Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

Het hotel was over het algemeen voldoende, maar naar mijn mening geen 4 sterren waard. Het ontbijt was prima qua hoeveelheid, maar miste echt smaak. Zeker in een stad als Antep, die bekendstaat om haar heerlijke keuken, had ik hier meer van verwacht. Het hotel zelf oogt verouderd en is duidelijk toe aan vernieuwing. Hoewel het beddengoed en de handdoeken schoon waren en ik geen zichtbare vlekken of vuil heb gezien, is er wel sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Al met al een acceptabel verblijf, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering, vooral gezien de classificatie als viersterrenhotel.

Konumu çok iyi , AVM nin hemen yanında ve havaalanı Ulaşımı çok rahat Havaş durağı hemen otelin önünde yürüyerek bir çok merkezi konuma ulaşmak mümkün

Otelin konumu cok iyi. Otelde ***et temiz, duzenli ve guzel. Acik kahvalti 10 numara. Rahatsiz eden 2 sey vardi; dugun varsa park yeri buyuk sikinti ve belki kaldigim odadan oturu, su tesisatindan cok ses geliyor. Ust kat veya yan oda bilmiyorum ama su acildiginda, sifon cekildiginde ses odanin icinde resmen.

Personel yardımsever, hava sıcaklığı 1 derece olmasına rağmen oda sıcaklığı ***et iyi ayrıca oda geniş ve ferahtı.

優點：酒店很新，設施現代化，停車方便，入住送歡迎果盤。 缺點：離老城區較遠，附近沒有景點，房間還有些裝修味道沒散，隔音不是太好。 PS：入住時查了十幾分鍾才查到我的訂單，明明是預付款，前台仍然以為是現付。連續住了2家Ramada都是這個問題，看來是攜程和酒店的系統對接出錯了。
