Hotel Dengan Pools di Harare Province, Zimbabwe

I’m glad I was able to look at the room before officially booking here, as I made a mistake and booked at another hotel and the pictures were nothing like that actual thing. I had a nice kind size bed, refrigerator, complimentary water, cable tv with Netflix and HBO options. There was an outside pool I’m terribly upset I didn’t get to utilize. Because I hadn’t made other plans, I was able to extend my stay for an additional night with no problems. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’m glad I stayed here; will stay here again my next visit to Zimbabwe.

The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room. The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light. Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

It's a bit old, the water in the bathtub is yellow, but it's the best hotel in the area. The breakfast is good, but the front desk can't change coins. Zimbabwean taxi drivers pretend they don't have change and don't give change.

This is a hotel with a British colonial feel. The proximity to the golf course is a personal favorite. The restaurant has very good food and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere in the bar is also very pleasant. Worth booking again.

Breakfast is ok but at that price you could eat anything in town. Room is always clean and comfortable. The two bed room, the bed is quite small.

The hotel is very good in the centre of Harare. The hotel is a bit old but the room was fine. The beds were fine and the bathroom was basic but ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Professional and friendly.  Recommended for business and for the discerning traveler.  The gourmet breakfast was excellent.  Rooms are lovely.

It was amazing, and relaxing that what my mom reviews from staying in this place.. Thank you Amanzi Lodge although I am a little bit sad for not able to book the massage for my in-laws it seems like something wrong with the telephone number but anyway they enjoyed thats more important😊

First of all, the breakfast room service is very good, the front desk service is average. Secondly, the facilities are old, this is the third time I have stayed, the safe is bad, no slippers are provided, the air conditioner is noisy, and the bathroom door is easy to get stuck.

The internal hardware of the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean. The overall environment is very good and safe. The breakfast is also very rich. It is worth recommending.
