Manxin Hotel memang di luar jangkaan! Hiasan di kawasan umum hotel ini sangat menarik perhatian saya, dengan ***a retro dan moden. Lantai kayu herringbone memberikan sentuhan mewah, dan hiasan seperti lukisan ***a Shanghai lama serta bagasi kulit vintaj boleh ditemui di mana-mana, mencipta suasana yang sangat menawan ✨. Restoran ini mempunyai suasana yang elegan dan selesa, dengan meja bulat marmar yang dihiasi bunga segar yang cantik, serta tempat duduk booth yang luas dan empuk. Pencahayaan lembut dan menenangkan. Terdapat juga kawasan santai dengan skrin besar, sudut buku, dan ruang muzik dengan pertunjukan live. Ia sangat menyenangkan untuk makan atau berehat sambil membaca buku di waktu lapang. Perhatian terhadap butiran sangat mengagumkan, seperti tisu hotel yang ditempah khas dan hiasan perabot lembut yang halus, semuanya menunjukkan kualiti. Dari papan tanda panduan lif hingga ke setiap reka bentuk ruang, semuanya dipertimbangkan dengan teliti, memberikan sentuhan mewah tetapi dengan daya tarikan retro. Pengalaman makan dan bersantai adalah sempurna, dan keselesaan penginapan adalah maksimum. Hotel Manxin ini adalah pilihan utama saya untuk penginapan, sangat disyorkan!

I had a very pleasant stay at Le Méridien Shanghai Sheshan. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is very well maintained and remains in excellent condition. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options and quality food. I would especially like to thank Bob for his kindness and professionalism. He was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. The concierge team also did a great job — they were efficient, responsive, and always ready to assist. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again when visiting Happy Valley.

Recommended hotel with nice service with good facilities. The location is nearby Mall at Chuansha area. Room is large, so you don't need to worry to put your luggage, and it's very clean. They provides complete amenities in the room, had laundry room with iron steamer, gym and nice breakfast venue too. They staff are very helpful yet serving a fast check in process and smooth transportation arrangement to Disneyland and Pudong Airport.

Due to the recent Typhoon Dolphin, I opted for a staycation at Kerry Hotel Pudong by Shangri-La. Upon arrival, there was no assistance from the bell staff or porters. During checkin, The receptionist handed me a small slip of paper which, at first glance, I assumed was some sort of advisory regarding Typhoon Dolphin. Upon closer inspection, I realised that this tiny, thin and flimsy piece of paper was actually the Kerry Club welcome letter. I found this genuinely surprising. A Club welcome letter is one of the first touchpoints for premium-room guests and would normally be presented on proper stationery. Instead, this looked more like a piece of scrap office paper I would use to test whether a pen still had ink. More importantly, the receptionist did not explain my Club benefits. There was no explanation of breakfast hours, breakfast venue, hotel facilities, checkout time, Club Lounge opening hours or other Club privileges. There was not even a simple introduction along the lines of, “You have been assigned a park-facing room on the Club floor.” As a result, when I entered my room on Level 25, I was initially rather confused. My first impression was that the room felt noticeably dated and I genuinely could not tell whether I had actually been assigned a Club Room. I was not sure if it was one. There was no Club welcome letter placed on the desk, no welcome amenity and no Nespresso machine. In its place were several packets of instant coffee. Even the complimentary bottled water was the basic Coca-Cola-owned Chun Yue (纯悦) brand. At that point, the sign along the corridor was the clearest indication I had received that this was a Club-level stay. Not a great first impression. However, it did get better from there, since I discovered that John Masters toiletries were available in the bathroom, which were nice to use, and I was in fact placed in a high floor room that overlooked century park and I could see the lovely view of the 3 iconic skyscrapers of Shanghai. The housekeeping team were amazing, the longest I waited was just 30 minutes after I had requested items, and they were checking in on whether I needed anything during the turndown service, they were also incredibly friendly and polite. The room was also immaculately cleaned. Truly 5 stars! The lounge was also great - evidenced by the amount of people using it during my 3 nights here at this hotel- the lounge was always busy. The evening cocktail service served beyond the usual typical hors d'oeuvres, and was more like a simple dinner buffet. The main dish on my last night - Beef Biryani was really good, and quite authentic in my opinion. It was good by club lounge food standards. The club lounge staff were also excellent. I remember a Caucasian male staff member — unfortunately, I did not get his name or position — who spoke fluent English, answered my queries clearly and resolved any issues I had promptly. Kudos to him! The gym was so huge and well equipped that I thought I had walked into an expensive commercial gym a la FitnessFirst or Virgin Active. The pool was also large with 5 swimming lanes. Back to the room. The bed was quite hard. On the positive side, the air-conditioning remained strong, quiet and effective despite the age of the hotel. The bathroom was probably where the age of the room was most apparent. There was no rain shower or bidet. Some of the floor tiles near the entrance also appeared to be loose, as I could hear and feel slight movement beneath them whenever I walked in and out. Check-out was brisk and straightforward. This time, a member of staff proactively assisted me with my luggage, loaded my bags into my DiDi and helped with the car door. Overall, I believe Kerry Hotel Pudong remains a good choice for business travellers who need to be close to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Huamu or other parts of Pudong. However, I would rate its value for money as merely average.

Time spent at Banyan Tree has been very pleasant. Had a lovely weekend trip with my family, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fulfilling with plenty of choices, including ala carte menu.

First of all, I want to thank Manager Peter for upgrading our room to Executive Room. It gave us an excellent stay and experience. He was very helpful considering he's the only one who can speak English. He even helped us with our Taobao orders, online food cravings, etc. Even when he's on leave, the other receptionist was calling him and let him talk to us in English. He didn't have to do that since it's late at night but still, we appreciate it. Pros: 1. The Executive room was huge. 2. Variety of breakfast at the hotel and the One Step Restaurant that serve western food. 3. You can do your laundry for free. 4. Make-up room service was consistent and gave us generous amount of water bottles. 5. The whole vibe of the hotel was light and positive. 6. Smart toilet. 7. The hotel area was huge and full of trees, we didn't mind staying at the hotel for a whole day because of how relqxing it was. 8. With fresh towels everyday and the room jas a dyson hairdryer. Cons: 1. Only one person can communicate in straight english but app translate works. 2. The location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station but since the fare was cheap, we didn't mind at all. 3. Other than the restaurant, there is no convenience store nearby so buying food might be a struggle. Make sure you buy food/snacks before going back at the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend the hotel because of the service and the amenities. Thank you for the upgrade and youe service, Peter. 😊

Nice hotel but you need to go to the 54th floor to reach the reception. Amazing building but the carpet to the rooms was really worn out which is surprising for a 5 star hotel at that level. The rooms were not bad but the shower is not good at all, very complicated water delivery system. When you take a shower the water splashes everywhere in the bathtub it’s a really silly design. And I could not believe there was no complementary coffee.

Saya sungguh menggemari Toy Box Suite di Toy Story Hotel! Sebelum ini, saya sering rasa Toy Story Hotel agak jauh dari taman tema, sesak dengan orang ramai, dan hanya ada perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik sebagai pengangkutan, serta berjalan kaki juga tidak semudah di Disneyland Hotel. Tetapi sejak adanya Toy Box Suite, semua masalah ini dapat saya atasi! Semasa daftar masuk, kami diberikan autograf Rex si T-Rex. Bilik ini penuh dengan elemen Toy Story, kemudahan yang lengkap, termasuk pembersih udara. Yang paling praktikal ialah ia mempunyai dua bilik air, dengan pancuran mandian dan tab mandi yang berasingan, dan kelengkapan mandian dalam bungkusan kecil. Akan lebih sempurna jika bungkusan luarnya boleh dijadikan tema Toy Story pada masa hadapan. Suite ini juga datang dengan sarung beg pakaian bertema Toy Story, sangat cantik tetapi mudah kotor. Televisyen besar itu pula penuh dengan filem Disney, boleh dipilih sesuka hati. Servis hotel memang luar biasa! Tidak kira sama ada bahagian bagasi, concierge atau pengemasan, mereka semua cekap dan teratur walaupun sibuk. Walaupun hotel ini hampir penuh setiap hari, kakitangan mereka sangat cekap dan bekerjasama dengan baik. Kali ini, semasa daftar keluar, saya tertinggal kamera DJI saya di dalam peti besi dan langsung tidak menyedarinya. Kakitangan pengemasan yang menemuinya dan segera melaporkan. Pihak hotel menghubungi saya dengan segera, barulah saya teringat tentangnya. Hotel ini tidak memerlukan saya untuk kembali mengambilnya, sebaliknya terus menghantarnya ke Disneyland Hotel tempat saya menginap. Apabila saya pulang ke hotel dari taman tema pada waktu malam, saya hanya perlu memberikan nombor bilik Toy Story Hotel di bahagian bagasi Disneyland Hotel untuk mengambil semula kamera saya. Sungguh berterima kasih! Kedua-dua hotel ini juga boleh menghantar bagasi antara satu sama lain terus ke bilik, menjimatkan banyak masa dan usaha untuk tetamu. Saya berharap hotel ini akan terus memperkenalkan suite bertema baharu pada masa hadapan.

帶娃沖迪士尼，住這裏真的省心很多 這次帶兩個小朋友來上海迪士尼玩，提前做了很多攻略，最後選了上海古亦居酒店，結果真的沒選錯。 酒店離迪士尼蠻近的，早上不用五六點硬爬起來，對帶娃家庭太友好了。附近去野生動物園也方便，我們第二天直接酒店免費班車過去，小朋友一路都沒怎麼鬧。 酒店整體不是傳統那種商務風，屬於現代感裏面帶一點復古美式調調，大廳燈光和裝飾挺有氛圍，晚上回來感覺很放鬆。辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐還主動給小朋友小零食，細節加分。 房間進去的時候還有歡迎音樂，小朋友體驗感直接拉滿[微笑]房間裏的窗簾、燈光、空調都能智能控制，躺床上輕輕按一下就能操作，真的很方便。晚上還有助眠音樂，我家平時很晚睡的小朋友居然沒多久就睡著了。 早餐也比我想象中豐富，中式西式都有，麪包、粥、炒菜、水果、咖啡這些基本都齊全，不會像有些酒店衹是“看起來多”。 整體住下來很舒服，性價比很高，下次來迪士尼大概率還是會訂這裏。
