Hotel Romantik di Shanghai

"I cannot rave enough about this hotel. From start to finish everything about my stay here was incredible. Thank you Xiao Wu and Xiao Ting for making this stay great. Xiao Wu especially was lovely. He created a kind, warm, and professional first impression of the hotel. The room itself was unlike any I've ever stayed in which is why I chose it. Often pictures do not live up to the reality, but I feel like this room surpassed it. Another poster mentioned the costumes, which were indeed a cute touch. However, what stood out to me were the other small, but meaningful touches. There were bath salts near the bath which also had artificial rose petals and an eye steam mask on the sink. The bed was also strewn with petals without me having to especially request any of it. It really meant to the spa/romantic escape atmosphere. There was also a tub cover and toilet seat cover for sanitary use and floor towels for both the shower and the tub for safety. Five Senses: This room appealed to all of them. Touch: The bath towels themselves were the softest I've ever had at a hotel as was the robe. It wasn't the usual rough, abrasive texture. I don't know what they use differently their laundry, but it works!! The bed was also super comfortable Hearing: I don't know if it was because of the location of the room or the way the room is designed, but it was also the quietest stay I have ever had in a hotel. I didn't hear a peep from my neighbors. Even if I had, I could have used the thoughtfully included ear plugs. Smell: I'm not sure what the fragrance was, but the room smelled incredible. No smoke. No mildew. No bleach. Not overwhelming perfumed either. The scent was subtle but unmistakable and soothing. Sight: Aesthetically pleasing in every way. A serene retreat from the sun, the heat, the busyness, and the bleakness and sterility of the city. The the many textures appealed not only to the hands, but to the eyes. Taste: Water, tea (with real leaves and tea set), coffee, and soda are in the room. I was also offered some delicious cherry tomatoes to snack on when I checked in. I could continue, but I've gone on long enough!! 😅 TLDR; Well worth the time, money, and an extended stay. Wonderful staff. Clean, aesthetically pleasing room with many comforts and amenities. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again."

"Lokasinya bagus. 10 minit berjalan kaki ke People's Square dan Nanjing Pedestrian Street. Disambungkan dengan baik oleh Metro Line 1 Red, stesen Xinzha Road. Jika anda menggunakan sistem basikal, Bund adalah 10 minit perjalanan sahaja; atau anda boleh berjalan melalui Jalan Nanjing dan pergi ke Bund sambil melihat banyak kedai dan tarikannya. Starbucks dan kedai kopi lain, serta restoran, berhampiran dengan hotel, kurang daripada 5 minit berjalan kaki. Hotel secara amnya OK. Katil yang selesa dan bilik yang luas, bilik mandi dan pancuran mandian yang baik, pembersihan yang baik, menyediakan air mineral percuma. Kakitangan: tiada siapa bercakap walaupun 1% bahasa Inggeris. Ayuh kawan-kawan, saya tahu ia adalah China, anda sepatutnya, sekurang-kurangnya asasnya... mereka tidak dapat berkomunikasi dengan saya. Anda menerima ratusan pelawat antarabangsa, berusahalah (saya juga bukan penutur asli bahasa Inggeris…). Titik buruk hotel. Sarapan pagi: mengerikan. Tiada pilihan. Hanya goreng telur, beberapa buah tomato dan beberapa buah. Kopi tapis biasa yang agak hangus dan terasa pahit. Hanya roti buatan (yang mereka jual di pasar raya). Tiada kedai roti segar. Bakeri manis seperti croissant yang berkualiti sangat rendah. Dan kemudian makanan Cina yang saya suka tetapi bukan untuk sarapan pagi saya, mungkin makan tengah hari atau makan malam. Saya cadangkan untuk tidak membayar sarapan thar sama sekali."

"Pros: Convenient location near the Hongqiao railway station (20 min walk or 10 min taxi). I was given a free upgrade from a basic room to a spacious suite, which came with a kitchenette, sofa area, and extra toilet room. Comfortable bed. Great lighting controls next to the bed. Plenty of space for luggage etc. 24 hour front desk, so it wasn't a problem for me arriving after midnight. Cons: Although the room had clearly been well cleaned (no dust or dirt), there was some mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and signs of wear here and there (e.g. the flooring). This felt somewhat out of snyc with the otherwise spotless and modern vibe of the room (e.g. the bathroom and kitchen fittings seemed newly renovated, but they didn't replace the flooring at the same time?). Also, not an issue for me as a solo traveller but important to be aware of if you're travelling with others: the bathrooms had glass walls / doors, with fully transparent glass, so anyone in your room would have full view of you on the toilet..."

"A good hotel for staying in the city. Easy to go anywhere which is the main tourist point. The staff was friendly and helpful. Want to plan a city walk here, book this hotel is reasonable. Near to the famous crab meat noodles, lai lai xiao long, fruits stall with cheap price, Nanjing walking street...just walk can reach. Nearby also a Singapore investor shopping mall with lots of food choices. Downstairs is the 🚇 metro. Metro to Shanghai Train Station just a few stops to travel. Only the breakfast was too little of choices, until I skipped all the breakfast...😂"

When we checked out, the team was very thoughtful in giving us a farewell gift including bottled drink, hand lotion and some snacks. I would highly recommend the Treasury Hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai, especially if you value convenience, efficiency, and outstanding service."

"Sedikit kesal kerana bahagian luar hotel sedang diubah suai dan saya tidak dapat mengetahui tempat penginapan saya. Namun, biliknya agak memuaskan dan mempunyai konfigurasi yang agak asas. Semasa mendaftar keluar, saya terlupa sesuatu di dalam bilik dan mengembalikannya kepada pemilik asalnya Saya perlu memujinya 👍 Bilik mandi tidak berbau dan kualiti reka bentuk boleh dilalui! Penghawa dingin di dalam bilik juga sangat kuat! !"
