"O pessoal do hotel é super atencioso, mesmo estando sobrecarregados. Tanto recepção, restaurante e piscina. Parabéns a equipe! O café da manhã e o jantar buffet, deixaram a desejar. Muita variedade mas pouco saboroso. Nada marcante. O jantar no restaurante a la carte foi ótimo. O apartamento jå apresenta sinal de umidade na parede. Ar condicionado não funcionou bem."

I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

I liked this hotel generally. It was quite good hotel with amazing breakfast. Location was also good. Near by was a drugstore, supermarket, a little shopping mall and good restaurants.

Wonderful hotel!!!! Food and drinks could extend until later!!! Some tbm activities!!! The 22:00 is closed and we see “sweet sweets”... we don't have drinks, food or activities, but we are la a curtir until a little later and we don't want to sleep... be suggested!!!

Amei meus dias no Cassino. Meu Ășnico problema foi para dormir, pois havia MUITO barulho no corredor (pessoas falando e rindo muito alto, umas crianças correndo e outras batendo nas portas dos quartos e saindo correndo. E a insatisfação foi que o monotrilho nĂŁo estava funcionando.

The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

The hotel staff is super careful, even overloaded, both reception, restaurant and swimming pool. Congratulations to the team! The breakfast and buffet dinner were left to desire, a variety of but not so tasteful, nothing significant. The dinner at the la carte restaurant was great. The apartment has already shown a sign of moisture on the wall.
