We had a great stay, the pool was excellent. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is quite easy to get to and to access other attractions in the city. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby.

I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

Foi uma vigem de 3 dias/2 noites, incrível, hotel excelente, desde o atendimento e cordialidade dos funcionários até as refeições e atendimento nos bares. As equipes de recreação e do cassino, são muito atenciosa. Recepção excelente. Com certeza estou planejando uma volta!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

AAlidaWonderful hotel!!!! Food and drinks could extend until later!!! Some tbm activities!!! The 22:00 is closed and we see “sweet sweets”... we don't have drinks, food or activities, but we are la a curtir until a little later and we don't want to sleep...
