O hotel está a meio caminho entre o aeroporto de Confins e o centro. O atendimento na recepção é gentil, mas tem momentos de entrada/saída que tem pouca gente para atender os clientes. O quarto é espaçoso, mas não muito bonito. Detalhes como acabamento mal feito, pintura que parece suja e corredor sujo depõe contra. O hotel não tem restaurante, a geladeira do térreo tem congelados ultraprocessados, que não agrada quem procura uma comida mais saudável. A padaria ao lado tem moscas sobre os pães, é bem suja. O café da manhã tem frutas picadas, pães variados, iogurte, leite, café, bem variado, só precisava caprichar na apresentação. Pelo preço é uma opção razoável em BH, melhor que os hotéis do centro.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

Escolhi esse hotel pois foi uma viagem de negócios e era o mais próximo do compromisso que eu tinha, porém ele fica ”isolado” e não é perto do centro de BH. As toalhas estavam limpas, porém tinham um cheiro diferente e estranho. A coberta era ótima e o ar funcionou super bem, porém havia marcas de rodinha de mala de viagem nas paredes brancas o que eu considero um aspecto feio pro quarto. Ele era bem escuro e como foi num andar alto, não tinha barulho nenhum. O frigobar funcionava bem e foi bastante útil. Esperava mais do café da manhã. Tinha basicamente pão e poucas opções de frutas e sucos. Estava doida pelo pão de queijo mineiro, mas estava frio. A sorte é que o café começa bem cedo, as 06:00, então para quem tem compromisso é ótimo. Enfim, para mim foi válido pois foi apenas uma diária e era uma viagem a negócios.

Excelente local para se hospedar, equipe muito educada e preparada, café da manhã sem igual (no domingo teve violino), piscina cristalina, academia completa para interino de viagem (bem completa), shopping e restaurantes na porta só saímos da região para ir ao parque do sabia fazer um cardio ^_^ Com ctz retornaremos, quarto? Pegamos com sacada, vista top com ctz, cama King super macia, com cobertor gigante e pesado se bobear vc perde o dia deitado m! Não fui pago por essa avaliação, mas foi minha experiência real!

O hotel é incrível! Atendimento impecável, área de lazer muito bem estruturada, com piscina limpa e aquecida, academia ideal para quem quer manter os exercícios mesmo durante o lazer. O quarto é simplesmente MA-RA-VI-LHO-SO! Vista perfeita de BH, cama perfeita, confortável e grande. O quarto é muito bem equipado, com mesa para área de trabalho. O hotel é localizado em uma dos melhores bairros de BH, perto de áreas de lazer e pra quem ama a vida noturna é PERFEITO. Enfim, amei a experiência e voltarei com toda certeza!!! =D

A moderna edificação apresenta apartamentos amplos e modernos com enxoval de cama e banho e colchão de ótima qualidade, assim como os amenities. O ar condicionado é bem silencioso e eficiente e a moderna tv apresenta uma boa variedade de canais a cabo. O café da manhã é bem farto e possui uma opção em pães, frutas e o pão de queijo é bem tradicional mineiro. Como ponto de melhoria seria uma internet mais veloz e instável e ponto de energia mais acessível na bancada de trabalho dos apartamentos.

Por exemplo: o Macarrão estava frio. - Tempo de resposta a alguns pedidos muito lento. Exemplos de descuido no hotel: algumas pinturas de elevadores descuidadas; os 3 relógios que marcam horas das diferentes cidades do mundo literalmente marcam a hora certa, mas os minutos diferentes, com diferenças de 10 minutos. Isso não é detalhe ou acessório, é FALTA DE ATENÇÃO AOS DETALHES. - Definitivamente, não é um hotel de classe mundial, e nem de classe regional. Talvez seja um hotel de bairro! - Serviço é feito de detalhes, e não somente de educação! Há muitas coisas para melhorar. Como sugestão, formar os colaboradores no serviço e não somente no atendimento. Atendimento é cumprir ou dar um plantão para cumprir uma escala. Serviço é ir além, é realmente estar focado em SERVIR.

Super charmoso, prédio retrô dos anos 1930. Ama gostosa, roupa de quarto limpíssima, otima higiene. Localização melhor não há. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã com pães e queijos fresquinhos, fartura de frutas, sucos, iogurtes e muita coisa legal pra fazer no entorno. Voltarei .

The hotel is simple but an excellent choice if you want a place to sleep. The bed is comfortable so are sheets and blankets, however the towels were very olds (so thin we could see through it). I’ve stayed in other budget and that was never problem, so I was very surprised by it. Anyway, as its part of a hotel chain, I believe those problems can easily be solved. It´s a place I would stay again. (Review originally written in English.)

Excelente estadia no H2 Platinum! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e faz de tudo para garantir uma experiência acolhedora e personalizada. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns é impecável, o que torna a estadia ainda mais confortável. A academia é completa e bem equipada, ideal para quem não quer deixar de lado a rotina de exercícios Com certeza, voltarei em futuro.

Tive recentemente o prazer de ficar no Minas Garden em Poços de Caldas/MG e foi uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que cheguei, o pessoal esforçou-se ao máximo para garantir o meu conforto e satisfação. As acomodações excelentes, aliadas a um serviço excecional e com muito carinho, tornaram a minha estadia verdadeiramente memorável. Eu e meu esposo fomos passar o dia dos Namorados e chegando em nosso quarto estava totalmente decorado com nossas fotos, bombons, velas e muito mais. Essa atenção e carinho devemos ao Gerente/amigo Daniel Machiesi. Não posso deixar de expressar todo meu agradecimento e carinho a todos colaboradores, sempre muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Simpatia e alegria é constante em todos os momentos. A localização privilegiada do hotel faz com que explorar a cidade seja muito fácil, e mal posso esperar para voltar ao Minas Garden e reencontrar à todos. Em julho estaremos de volta, para aproveitar essa Cidade e hotel Maravilhoso. Altamente recomendado!”

Hotel é muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e educados. A equipe, no geral, é muito solícita e as pessoas trabalham com muito boa vontade. Café da manhã do hotel é muito farto, tem muita variedade de comidas e bebidas. O único ponto negativo na minha opinião é o estacionamento que é pago a parte. Foi cobrado R$ 40 por cada dia do carro estacionado. Achei o valor muito caro tendo em vista que mesmo em hotéis que não tem estacionamento próprio, eles tem parceria com alguma rede de estacionamento que deixa o custo mais barato pro cliente.

O check-in no hotel é demorado e nada prático. Fazem até vistoria no carro! Fila de pessoas pra fazer o check-in. Vendem que tem o parque, piscina e tudo mais, mas esquecem de informar que os horários são super reduzidos! As piscinas ficam fechadas das 22h até às 10h! Mesmo as cobertas e aquecidas. Ou seja, se você acordar cedo e quiser pegar o melhor sol que é o da manhã, até pode, mas nada de entrar na água antes das 10h! Loucura. O parque? Só fica aberta das 13h(quando são pontuais) até às 16h40!! É isso mesmo!! Ou seja: se você ficar no hotel apenas 1 dia pra aproveitar o parque, NÃO VAI CONSEGUIR! Porque o check-in no hotel é depois das 16h e o check-out antes das 14h, exatamente no horário em que o parque está ”funcionando” e você entrando ou saindo. Um absurdo!! Do mais, a comida é muito boa e as bebidas também são boas, apesar da limitação de horário também.

Maravilhoso buffet, drinks, nota 10 para o atendente Mario pelo carinho educação, cuidado não só com nós mas com todos os clientes , q da para perceber nitidamente. Parabéns Mario e os demais funcionarios especial a Brenda tbm....Obrigada!!!

As instalações e as piscinas são ótimas. Deixei somente como ponto de melhoria mais atenção a limpeza do quarto e mais funcionários para o restaurante. Com o grande número de hóspedes às vezes era difícil achar uma mesa limpa. Mas, no geral, o hotel é muito bom e o restaurante é ótimo.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. After a 20hr+ trip (solo with a baby) I got to the hotel and was advised they do NOT have anyone to assist to take the luggage to the rooms and the guests have to do that by themselves. (Even having a baby in my arms). Then I was given a room on the third floor (last room of the 3rd floor) to take baby, luggages and stroller. The ELEVATOR DOES NOT go to the third floor. You have to take the service elevator to the second floor and switch to the main elevator down the hallway to take the next elevator to the third floor. Also, the elevators are so small you CANNOT fit two standard size luggages plus 2 people inside (and the elevators are stuck in the 50s and probably gonna stop working at any moment). Once you figure it out on your own how to get to your room (because at any point anyone offer to show you around the hotel or any help) you get disappointed once again with the oldest rooms you will ever see. Also, this hotel is not carriage or disabled accessible at all there are NO RAMPS anywhere so going to breakfast or the lobby you have to figure it out how to go down 4-5 flights of stairs with stroller/ wheelchair. (Also no help ever offered)… if you need to wash the bottles for baby.. you will be told find the nearest sink or do it inside the bathroom sink in your bedroom !!!! Yep, I was told that. The hotel DOES NOT have lunch/dinner you have to call the lobby in advance and pay a ridiculous amount of money for the nastiest food you will ever see that will end up in the garbage (really can’t be eaten. (And it takes about 40mins to be delivered to the room because the hotel orders it for the cheapest restaurant in town and probably makes some money on top of the real price). Now if you have kids, beware this is the most ridiculous place on earth. There is a tiny section of toys for kids in the kiddie friendly area. However, the gates to the pools are wide open tied with metal hooks so the kids can run straight to the pool, the outlets are not covered and the kids can just put their tiny fingers straight in them (and they are all over the room at the kids heights). Also, the platform for the bouncy house is loose and almost turned over with my daughter and other kids. The room service is despicable and left a plate of food in my room for two days and did not exchange my towels for days as well. I also asked to borrow a vacuum (to vacuum seal a bag for storage of stuff in my luggage) and was told the hotel doesn’t have a vacuum! I spent two days in the hospital with my baby as soon as I arrived in the hotel and not only I wasn’t offered any help the manager told my family members that came to visit the baby that they could only stay for a max of 10mins otherwise I would have to pay a fee of 20$ (which I had no choice but to do it for one guest). This hotel is beyond ridiculous, has horrible service, plenty of violations and should not be opened for service! Please STAY AWAY

Resort all inclusive maravilhoso. Regrado em comida e bebida e petiscos. Piscinas climatizadas e piscina aquecida e coberta. Resort amplo e bem estruturado. Porém achei os banheiros bem pequenos e sem respiração. Academia precária. Dos aparelhos lá só funcionando 2. Picolé à vontade. Acesso ao parque Walter word gratuito. Pizzaria muito boa. Funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Experiência inesquecível.

Passei o final de semana do feriado do dia 07/09/24 .pontos positivos : 1 - quartos grandes ,limpos e organizados ( tem mosquito ? sim tem ,mais você vai estar em um HOTEL FAZENDA, então não tem do que reclamar é normal ) 2- Recreação nota 1000 ,meninas muito atenciosa e criativas com as brincadeiras ,fiquei muito a vontade de deixar minha filha com elas . 3- Muitas atividades na natureza e com animais . Alias o hotel aceita animais ( tem uma taxinha ,mais vale muito a pena ,eles vão se divertir muito) 4 - piscinas simples ,mais dá para divertir com toboaba e tem 2 piscinas aquecidas também . 5 - e a MELHOR parte com certeza A COMIDA , muita fartura ,comida saborosa ,a maioria das vezes servidas em fogão a lenha comida de fazenda . 6 - em quase todas as refeições ( almoço e janta )tem banda no restaurante ,tocando aí vivo . Foi aniversário da minha filha no sábado dia 07/09 e a equipe do hotel ( como cortesia ) ainda fez um bolo surpresa para minha filha e cantou parabéns ! Pontos de melhoria : Como é um hotel fazenda ,senti que em algumas áreas talvez por falta de gestão precisam de melhorias . Exemplo as quadras de cimento ,as baias de alguns animais ,e algumas áreas das piscinas aquecidas . Mais de modo geral ,o custo benefício vale muito a pena . Com certeza vou voltar com minha família para o hotel .

Eu e minha família hospedamos para o Reveillon. Checkin dia 31/12/23 e fomos informados que o restaurante funcionaria até as 21:00 para pedidos. Íamos para uma festa. Descemos para o restaurante e fizemos o pedido as 19:00. O pedido saiu apenas as 23:00. Uma completa bagunça. O restaurante Santa Fé que atende a rede de hotéis dispensou vários funcionários deixando para tender todo o hotel que estava com ocupação máxima apenas 3 pessoas na cozinha (novatas) e 2 garçons. Os funcionários bem educados, estavam exaustos, choraram com grosseria e estresse de hospedes e ainda pediram desculpas. Caótico. O hotel e o restaurante sabiam do caos prévio, da lotação e ainda sim dispensaram funcionários. No dia seguinte apesar de dizerem que estava tudo regularizado, só tinha frango ou peixe. Não havia pessoas na noite do dia 31/12 para limpeza. Na recepção, Sr. Luis apoiou cada necessidade. Brilhante atendimento da Sra. Sandra e das cozinheiras, Sra. Maria, e do outro garçom Sr. Fernando. Seguraram o nervoso da situação e com bom humor souberam conduzir o caos. Na recepção do dia seguinte ficaram 2 pessoas nem tão acessíveis e nem tão educadas como na noite do caos.

My stay at the Mecure was great. The rooms are of great quality clean. Great bed. I had an extended stay and was offered a great room, good views with a separate little living area and balcony. The breakfast at the Coffee Shop Experience great as well. Spread is good including regional food. Thank you Yessica, Kaylane, Vivian, Daniela, Daniele and Michael. Excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and safe to walk around.
