Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.

Good location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and very helpful staff that used a translating app to communicate with me in English. Great breakfast buffet and also a good and not expensive restaurant. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I can recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

自認為目前大武口開業的酒店裡設施算最好的，但是這幾次入住都非常不愉快，第一次選擇的所謂的總統套房，可能是一直沒人住的原因，桌子上都有一層浮灰。叫保潔來重新打掃了一下還可以，晚上的服務大姐能夠及時的把我們需要的東西及時拿來而且服務很熱情，也算彌補了不愉快，這次還是訂了個套房，隔壁房子喝酒一直喝到凌晨2點多，又是吐又是喊的，我們給前台打電話，也有服務人員耐心解釋她們給説了別不聽。他們就沒辦法了，最搞笑的是第二天我去退房，我把情況告知前台人員，然後前台人員就跟沒聽見一樣，一點反饋都沒有，我現在有點期待那個新酒店趕快開門吧，這一次次的傷害我們這些回老家的人的心呢。真是希望大武口越來越好，但是如果都這樣去經營，真的是傷住客的心呢

這次住的地方太驚喜了，環境乾淨舒適，細節也到位，周邊配套方便，服務也熱情住的特別開心，住時主動介紹設施，房間環境超出預期，乾淨整潔的沒話説，這裏太方便了，旁邊就是滙融商場，酒店的後面就是玉皇閣景區，去景點或者商圈都近，周邊吃飯購物也方便，有免費的洗衣房，臨時洗衣服很省心，還可以烘乾，還會給周邊旅遊攻略值得一來！

看見賀蘭室內演藝門票（可觀看室內沉浸劇目《駝鈴書驛》《覺民學社》）:駝鈴驛書排隊看了，挺不錯的演出。在銀川看到這種演出還是很欣喜。據説是無固定情節的，在網上查到的劇情和我們看到的不同。過年期間來看到的，並不應過年的景，但主題
還是符合地域特色的。過年户外的演出豐富多彩，應接不暇。福建遊神，彝族歌曲，還有很多，熱鬧非凡。大戲的間隙，還穿插了好多個人的小演出，顯然下了功夫。不過感覺音響太大聲了，振的我這心臟不舒服。
酒店乾淨整潔，服務到位，早餐餐食尚可，最愛羊雜湯。

優缺點還是比較明顯的。
優點：
環境好，酒店力求營造的異域調調是達到了的。官方宣傳片與實際一模一樣。屋內設施設備，迷你吧飲品均在線。每棟樓下，公共客廳水果，半自動咖啡機，都可以自取。
服務好，無論餐廳、前台，管家，娛樂區服務人員，態度都很好。有求必應，幫忙約車也相當靠譜。
缺點：
或許3月下旬是淡季。客源不多，但，餐廳廚房廚師大概衹有一位，出餐實在是太慢了。
好在口味還不錯，中餐比西餐好吃。建議選擇中餐。
酒店滿分100的話，95分有的。天氣合適，晚上星星是🈵天的。

此次入住頤和大酒店，整體體驗令人滿意。
酒店大廳高端大氣，一進門就給人一種豪華感。前台的工作人員熱情禮貌，辦理入住手續迅速又周到，尤其是那可愛的丫頭，態度親切得就像回家一般。房間方面，雖有些陳舊的痕跡，但整潔程度沒得説，每一處都被打理得井井有條，住起來很舒心。酒店的服務態度非常好，無論是客房服務還是其他需求，都能得到及時響應。早餐種類尚可，能滿足基本需求。值得一提的是，大廳裏還有平價小超市，售賣枸杞特產、牛肉乾之類的商品，方便住客購買特色產品。老闆人不錯，問路，去哪裡怎麼走，哪裡好玩，哪有好吃的，都耐心解答，購買了枸杞，枸杞原漿，還給送了八寶茶。加了老闆微信，下次來銀還入住頤和大酒店。而且酒店位置優越，毗鄰高鐵站，出行十分便利，購物也輕鬆。無論是旅遊還是商務出行，頤和大酒店都是不錯的選擇。

GGuest UserThis hotel was a bit unexpected. I originally wanted to visit attractions in Xixia District, so I searched for a hotel with good reviews. It turned out to be in a tourist attraction, which was amazing. The hotel has an annex and a main building. Try to stay in the main building. The overall facilities of the annex are the same as those of a hospital ward. I asked the staff and they said it was a nursing home before. It feels a bit scary. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't care.
The facilities in the main building of the hotel are much newer, and breakfast and hot springs are also convenient. However, the hot springs are really mediocre, especially the shower area, which has a smell. Maybe it's because of the May Day holiday.
The attractions are quite novel, and I saw the most people during the May Day holiday. The quality of various performances is very high, and the NPCs are very dedicated and professional, and their appearance is also online. I watched the Helan Festival and the big circus, and the price-performance ratio is not bad.
The service is generally good, whether it is the restaurant or the guest room, the service awareness is not bad.

GGuest UserThe room was great, with an unbeatable beautiful view right outside the window. There were free sand toys available for guests on the way out, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were all very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. There were also many free parent-child activities, making for a very fulfilling schedule. We even borrowed astronaut costumes and took some photos ourselves – every shot in the desert looked amazing. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's photography team offered three complimentary travel photos. Since we brought our own DSLR, we just used ours for a few shots, and the photographer was incredibly professional, with fantastic results – we were absolutely delighted! After so many trips, the lens always only captured my husband and child, but this time, I, the mom, finally got to be in the photos, which made me so happy!

NNiki-SituHow difficult is it to put together a trip with close friends? We hadn't traveled together for two whole years. So we made up our minds: to go somewhere we'd never go on a business trip. Two southerners, like two potatoes, plunged from our +25°C hometown into the -10°C Zhongwei desert.
Why winter?
The answer is simple: we were fed up with the cramped conditions in the city, where even a square meter of peace had to be shared. The winter desert generously offered us the whole world. Before us were endless sand dunes, a crisp wind, and the uninhibited laughter of our friends—a luxurious, almost unrestrained joy.
This expedition was filled with warmth from the moment we landed. The plane arrived at Zhongwei Shapotou Airport at 9:40 AM. Our butler, Tom, had anticipated our early arrival and provided a seamless pick-up. Upon check-in, he meticulously introduced the room. When we hesitated about our initial ”snowy world” plan, he softly suggested, ”Perhaps the desert would be more special?”—this turned out to be the most correct turning point of our trip.
Our desert guide, Zhang, whom he arranged for us, was reassuringly professional. The pace of the trip was flexibly adjusted to our individual needs, and he transformed the hike into a vivid nature lesson. The stories of the desert plants and animal tracks made the vast desert approachable and engaging.
Tom's recommendations were like a treasure map full of hidden surprises.
The lamb restaurant he casually mentioned was praised by later taxi drivers: ”You guys know how to find it; even we locals go there often.” Whenever we got carried away with our adventures, his timely reminders about the return journey would ring out, gently soothing any anxieties we might have felt in a foreign land.
The off-season hotel provided a VIP experience. That evening, the head chef kindly drove us back to the hotel, stopping under the dazzling starry sky to teach us how to take time-lapse photos of the starry night with our phones. At that moment, the entire hotel team seemed incredibly skilled, yet also incredibly warm and welcoming.
And this trip also gave us a ”first” experience in the entire universe.
It was my first time specifically transferring flights for a sea of sand, my first time seeing camels with frosted eyelashes, and my first time standing in a real desert, speechless with awe at the magic of nature. Even more amazing was how the desert revealed its full spectrum of appearances over three days: the first day, a light snowfall blanketed the dunes like sprinkled sugar; the second day, the sun shone brightly, turning the world into a golden expanse; the third day, a strong wind arose, and a vast curtain of sand stretched across the sky—it felt like opening a completely new natural blind box each day.
As southerners, we hastily created a ”Desert Winter Clothing Guide.”
Our principle was: layering, with flexible disassembly (gear that could be worn again at home). Our practical setup was as follows:
Inner layer: Close-fitting thermal underwear to keep dry.
Middle layer: Lightweight cotton or fleece clothing to lock in warmth.
Outer layer: Windproof and sandproof jacket or down jacket to protect against the harsh winds of the open desert.
Footwear: A pair of high-top boots for comfortable walking across the sand dunes.
Accessories: Hat, scarf, and gloves for nighttime use.
On the last day, we were so exhausted that we abandoned all our plans. Lying in the hotel bar, we were completely healed by a cup of sweet eight-treasure tea (so much so that we frantically searched for the same tea at the airport before leaving). Three days was short, but it felt like a meticulously planned mini-adventure—compact, fulfilling, and without regrets.
A special thank you to our butler, Tom. His meticulous foresight, accurate recommendations, and silent support throughout were the warmest and brightest light in this vast desert.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the manager and concierge staff immediately extended a warm greeting and proactively offered to help with my luggage, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel's facilities are immaculately maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and offer expansive views. Both the fitness center and swimming pool are fully equipped. With its convenient location and picturesque surroundings, it's a perfect choice for both business trips and leisurely vacations. Highly recommended!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the highway exit and surrounded by a large square. The rooms are clean and sanitary, and they are equipped with disposable toilet seats, which is very considerate. Opposite the hotel is a Mayuchuan Airport Lamb Restaurant, which is very unique. What is even more touching is that the store will recommend the amount of food according to the number of people you have, so that you can eat enough without wasting. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Guyuan.

GGuest UserBecause I travel by car, I like to live near the city, where parking is easy and there is no congestion. I also like to choose new hotels with clean and tidy facilities. There are not many reviews on the Internet, which is basically a blind selection. I didn't expect this hotel to be perfect! The location is a little out of the way, but not too far away. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the famous Huaiyuan Night Market. There is ample parking space. Especially suitable for self-driving tours.
Facilities: Brand new. Not inferior to five stars!
Hygiene: Very clean, the supplies smell fresh. Even the carpets in the corridors are exceptionally neat. In the morning, I met an aunt cleaning other rooms in the corridor. I saw that she even cleaned the balcony handrails carefully.
Environment: Each room has a large balcony. It looks out to Helan Mountain. It has a wide view and a comfortable mood. There are no places to eat around. It is not recommended if you don't have a car.
Service: The service staff are of high quality and have good attitudes.
This hotel should have been established for internal activities of the Central Group. It has just been announced to the outside world. All hardware standards are very good. Details down to the room paper bags and laundry bags can be compared to five-star hotels. The breakfast tastes good, but because there may be too few people staying, there are very few categories, which is understandable, so as to avoid waste.

3. Brand new facilities, including smart room controls, brand-name bathroom fixtures, and high-speed Wi-Fi, provide a superb experience.
4. The room is spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout. Lying down and enjoying the view is incredibly comfortable and doesn't feel cramped at all.
5. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options, including seasonal fruits, freshly baked bread, and local specialties—perfect for starting your day with energy.
And here's the best part: the hotel provides a free shuttle service from the airport to the train station (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Only then did I realize that the Ctrip pictures did not match the rooms on the 5th floor. The hotel has guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors, and the rest are bathing centers. Only the king-bed rooms have bathtubs on the 6th floor, but not on the 5th floor. Then you should not show that there is a bathtub in the picture. Fortunately, I called for consultation and later booked a deluxe suite. To be honest, I was not surprised at all. I originally wanted to book it for 2 nights, but the room was not available the next day and was booked as a wedding room. The facilities are average, the rain shower head is flying, and there is no small shower head that can be taken down. Water pressure is very low. It didn't reflect the word luxury, so I changed to a double room the next day. The double room was fully equipped, and the shower room had a large amount of water and a small shower. The quality is better than that of deluxe suites, so as a reference, if you don’t have a requirement for room size, just book a double bed room. The facilities and environment are better than those in deluxe suites. The only bright spot is that the bath is very good. The service girls in the steam room are very good. Be patient with children. The hotel front desk service is just that, don't have high expectations. However, the service attitude of the front desk who was on duty after 3 a.m. on the 15th was very good.
