First, the positives: it’s incredibly photogenic and has a very exotic vibe, which alone is a huge plus. However, it was raining when I visited, so many activities were canceled. I had planned to stargaze in the desert, but couldn't, and also missed out on sandboarding. If it had been sunny, I think it would have overshadowed all my dissatisfactions. I imagine it would be a truly wonderful experience on a clear day. Now for the negatives: the service attitude was quite perplexing. Sometimes it seemed pretty good, but at other times it felt very cold. Because of the rain, we opted for horseback riding, and I found the instructor's attitude very perfunctory. Also, the hairdryer provided by the hotel felt completely mismatched with the overall price point; other hotels in the 1000-ish range often have Dyson hair dryers. The shower head was clogged and spraying water everywhere, so I had no choice but to use the handheld shower. When we arrived, the temperature suddenly dropped to 14 degrees Celsius, and even with the heating on full blast, it was still freezing cold in the morning.

This was my third visit to Tianmu Hot Spring in Manpu Town. We arrived at Manpu Town around 9:00 AM, booked a room after inquiring, and the staff were incredibly friendly, checking us in immediately. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the hot springs. We played until noon, then had a buffet lunch upstairs. The prices were reasonable: 69 RMB for adults, 49 RMB for children (half price), and free for children under 1.2 meters. After lunch, we spent some time in the children's playroom, children's cinema, and sauna on the third floor. I fell asleep while watching a movie in the children's cinema, and the staff member Gao Binbin was especially kind, bringing us several towels to cover ourselves, worried we might get cold. After waking up, we went back to the hot springs for a while longer. We didn't return to our room until evening. The children were very happy. They didn't even get to see the outside shows. We'll definitely come back next time.

After arriving at Shapotou, I spent the first night at Star Hotel and the second night at Suosuo Hotel, and the contrast was quite noticeable. Room: We stayed in Block B. The room was conveniently located and quiet. I had already anticipated the room size before arriving, and it was indeed difficult to even open a suitcase. However, the advantage was that my child could play in the sand right outside the door, then go stargazing in the evening, and the first thing they did the next morning was play in the sand again. This made it much easier for the adults. The air conditioning deserves praise – it was incredibly quiet! I've stayed in so many hotels, and few have such silent AC! But I have to complain about the curtains! They didn't block out much light at all, and by 6 AM, the entire room was bright, which affected our sleep. Service: It was rather average. On the second day, when we were still in the scenic area, customer service called twice to rush us to check out, saying we'd be charged for a half-day if we exceeded the time. Perhaps it was due to high occupancy. Suosuo Hotel's service, on the other hand, was excellent; they were responsive to all requests immediately, possibly because it's a newer hotel. Food: Breakfast and dinner were included and delicious, especially the lamb! The only downside was that it was very crowded, even during the off-season. Environment: We checked in at 4 PM and spent most of the next day exploring the scenic area, so we didn't have much time to properly explore the hotel itself. Overall, it was still a good experience!

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan.

A hotel I really like. Although the location is a bit remote, it doesn't matter because I drove here. It's not far from Huaiyuan Night Market. Let's talk about the hotel room. It opened in January this year and was just launched on Ctrip in April. It's very new, but it doesn't have any smell. The room design is very beautiful and the space is very large. The only regret is that there is no view outside the window, but there is a large outdoor terrace. The toiletries smell of lavender, I like it very much. The most important thing is that since I booked two nights on 4.29 and 5.2 respectively, but the price difference was very large, the front desk manager helped to upgrade the room for free, I was so happy🥳

Firstly, as a local customer who enjoys hot springs, I must say that Taoli Jiangnan's hygiene and water quality are excellent. I booked a large, spacious, and clean room for the Chinese New Year. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was excellent and welcoming. The private hot spring bath in the room offered great privacy, allowing you to watch TV on a large screen while soaking. However, there was a problem with the bath's drainage, preventing it from filling with water. We had to call a repairman, who promptly arranged for us to use a separate private hot spring room downstairs. Although it involved some back and forth, it wasn't a major inconvenience. This was very commendable! The only downside was the weak water pressure from the showerhead, making it difficult to wash long hair. The most problematic aspect was the food. Previously, when I went to the hot spring buffet on weekends, the selection was always limited, with many items missing. During the Chinese New Year, it was even worse; the hotel was overwhelmed with customers. Their handling of peak season emergencies was very poor. Because the hot spring hotel is located in a relatively remote area, finding other food options is inconvenient. The hotel's inadequate food service is a major drawback. Then there's the breakfast, which is even more outrageous. Between 8:00 and 9:30, by 8:50, everything was gone. Only one egg remained, and the soy milk and milk were completely empty. Putting aside the taste, at least offer something for customers to eat, something to fill them up. Everything was gone. For a room rate of over 1000 yuan, this breakfast is truly indescribable. If it's a tourist visiting temporarily, they might not come back. Therefore, the hotel needs to improve its catering. Buffets are not cheap, and the ingredients need to be of high quality, especially during holidays like Chinese New Year. Knowing that guest numbers increase during this time, it's not worth it to let the catering fail to keep up with demand and negatively impact the overall experience.

The front desk lady is warm and patient, and can communicate and deal with problems in time, 100 points. The room infrastructure is complete, there are sofas, tables, comfortable and soft mattresses, and automatic curtains are closed. There is also a good viewing experience with a giant curtain. The bathroom is well equipped, the toilet is clean, and it is equipped with two disposable bath towels and face towels. Toothbrushes are suitable for all kinds of travel, such as couples, parents and children. Equipped with elevators, convenient transportation nearby, soundproof environment without noise. There are also a variety of delicious restaurants and delicacies nearby, full of fireworks, in summary, is a hotel with high cost performance.

We booked a family suite, and the room was huge with excellent natural light and ventilation. The cleanliness was exceptional, even the hard-to-reach corners were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept incredibly well. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, responding quickly to any requests. It's super convenient for dining, drinking, and getting around. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended, this is definitely my top choice for accommodation in the area!
