I stayed at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport during a long layover, and it turned out to be a much better experience than I expected for an airport hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and even a safe for valuables, which gave me peace of mind. A detail I really appreciated was the quality of the hairdryer in the room, something small, but often overlooked even in higher-end hotels. The staff were another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Since I only had about 20 hours in Dubai, they went out of their way to give me tips on how to make the most of my short visit. That extra effort made a big difference. Food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good for the price, and the variety was more than enough for a short stay. For me, though, the real game changer was the free shuttle service that runs regularly between the airport and the hotel. It was extremely convenient and took away any stress about getting back in time for my next flight. Overall, Premier Inn is an excellent choice if you’re in Dubai for a layover or a short stay. Comfortable, affordable, and far better than your average airport hotel. i would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment good enough to fit me and my luggages.. got a huge kitchen, dining table, recieving area which is not nevcessary for me as a solo traveller😅 people from the breakfast area are very nice and accomodating! the general manager for the breakfast area, i forgot how he is called for his position, meet, great and welcome all the guest each table and is be welcoming... i hope if i ever come back, he will is still working there, it's very nice to feel a warm welcome. all the rest of the people are very welcoming speciallt the few filipino who works there..

Overall, everything is very good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience.

I had a very nice experience here from check in to checkout. Stayed at 6th floor. I wanted a quiet room and I got it. I must say the location is great. Everything is in there around the hotel. Very well behaved staff. Everyone try to make some effort. This is my first hotel stay in Dubai that I didn’t find any negative thing. I don’t write long reviews but here I have to compliment every person there and the hotel rooms and amenities are amazing. Definitely its now My Hotel in every stay in Dubai ☺️

My second stay in this hotel. The service here continues to be very good and it feels like a safe environment. The rooms are practical and comfortable. The repairs on floor 3 reception were more intrusive than expected as I could hear noise in my room on floor 7. I didn't like the large events going on in the restaurant, right next to the reception desks and the pool area is now ugly/more cramped with building stuff. I'm sure everything will go back to usual once the renovation is over and the hotel will be better for it.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel was quiet, so I slept very well. The breakfast had a rich variety of local specialties, offering a unique culinary experience. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway.

**Disappointed by Front Desk Experience** I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was cold and dismissive. No greeting, no smile—just a curt “ID and credit card.” I tried asking a few questions about the amenities and check-out time, but he seemed annoyed and uninterested, barely making eye contact. What really bothered me was the lack of professionalism. When I mentioned a concern about my room, he rolled her eyes and told me to “wait until housekeeping deals with it,” without offering any help or even acknowledging the inconvenience. I felt like I was interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as a guest. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire stay, and unfortunately, this one made me feel unwelcome from the start. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in proper customer service training.

I’ve visited Dubai many times, but this trip was extra special because I went with my niece, and it was her first time visiting the city. I wanted to find something unique for her, so after some research, I decided to stay at this themed hotel converted from a cruise ship. It turned out to be a truly amazing experience — it felt like living on a real ship! I actually learned a lot about what life is like aboard a large cruise, and it was both fun and fascinating. If anyone is looking for a unique themed hotel experience in Dubai, I would definitely recommend this one. That said, the location of the hotel isn’t very convenient. It’s quite far from the city center, and taxis aren’t always readily available unless you book through an app or have your own car. Another thing I noticed was that some of the front desk staff could be more polite. One evening, when we returned to the hotel, a lady at the entrance stopped us and insisted on checking our documents before allowing us to enter. I understand security is important, but as hotel guests, this approach felt a bit unfriendly. Even if someone isn’t staying at the hotel, I believe staff should still treat all visitors with kindness and professionalism — after all, a friendly interaction can easily turn a visitor into a future guest. Other than that, our overall experience was good, *************. The hotel’s design and theme were impressive, and it was definitely a memorable stay for both of us.

1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 2.when we are waiting the room ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about? 3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad 4.we want to keep the welcome card for Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost For the service 3star Hotel better than this we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst
