Walking distance from the airport so perfect for me who just had a few hours to catch some sleep before having to return to the airport early the next morning. Room was basic but worth the price for me.

酒店靠近交通樞紐，出行方便。房間佈局合理，空間也很大。床很舒適。Wi - Fi信號強。前台小李辦事效率高，服務很熱情。停車場空間夠大。電梯速度快。早餐種類很多，還有新疆特色小吃。走廊整潔。客房打掃及時。水電從沒出過問題。窗户視野好。插座數量足夠。電視畫質清晰。淋浴噴頭出水均勻。毛巾質量不錯。提供免費的茶包。禮賓帕克還幫忙到一樓提行李。隔音效果好。有健身房和洗衣服。房間温度可調節。傢俱都很新。燈光亮度合適。

I had few nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Li is a down to earth person and don't forget about his front liners Ms June, Ms Chen, Mr Huang, Ms Chuen, and Ms MA all are very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, especially Ms June would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here as everyone mix and chat around especially at the living room and pantry (as my pictures) The brand embassador of the hostel is Mr Bo a cute and fluffy cat. Yunbo Hostel in a strategic location about 30 mins walk to Urumuqi Train and Bus station too and you can catch local buses to places with only RMB2 By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls below the building It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

為了到吉克普林滑雪場滑雪，在網上搜到了該酒店，評價較高，所以很早就定了五天。其衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務熱情，設施完善，很好。 我更想説的是酒店的服務，因同時到店人較多，前台極時增加了多人辦理，秩序井然有序，很快辦完入住手續，還有服務管家幫助搬運行李，有賓至如歸感覺。為方使雪友滑雪酒店開通了專門到雪場的班車，司機大哥不緊開車還講安全。酒店早歺衞生，乾淨，且豐盛。酒咆、咖啡咖屋愜意、温馨。還有健身房和洗衣間。灑店不管是前台還是歺廳員工，以及打掃房間的大姐都在敬業的工作，從他們的言行中能看到他們的職業素養。灑店還有專門的管家服務團隊，他們不光服務客人還為客人排憂解難介紹周邊景點，讓人感到了賓至如歸。也説明酒店管理的規範和一切為了顧客的理念。 今後來禾木我還會住該酒店，我也會宣傳該酒店，讓更多人知道該酒店。

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

Today im here to appreciate@Housekeeper Guli in Altay Jiyuhe Hotel for her Great care of my injured wrist during my stay in this hotel，@Housekeeper Guli is a really nice lady with a huge warm heart，under the circumstances that i didnt even say anything about request her to take care of me， She volunteered to take care of me with great patience，she brought me ice，medicine ，fruit and anything can help my wrist heal，im so appreciate for @Housekeeper Guli‘s care，under her care my wrist healed quickly！ 在吉域合酒店住了将近十天，住宿体验极好，特别向阿勒泰吉域合酒店点名表扬及感谢@管家古丽阿姨，在入住五天时本人在滑雪时不小心摔伤，原本半夜手腕疼肿不知所措的人我，管家古丽阿姨在听到客房部说有旅客受伤后，立马赶来询问我的受伤情况，连续超过三天分别在中午下午甚至半夜拿来冰块给我消肿，还四处打听帮我找来云南白药，膏药，照顾无微不至，帮我敷药按摩手腕，每天帮我送来一大堆水果，在管家古丽阿姨的悉心照料下，我的手腕很快恢复可以继续滑雪，对管家古丽阿姨的感谢无以言喻，只能望管家古丽阿姨往后工作顺利，升职加薪，好人有好报，同时也将这个环境优秀，服务极好的吉域合酒店团队推荐给即将到新疆滑雪的朋友们！

First time booked & stayed in this hotel, locality very convenient, room is cozy & bed was comfortable to filled my night, the stuffs is helpful & polite, full of eatery surroundings & till late night. This space capsule bed is very good and comfortable for me. It's conveniently located and you just go up one floor to check in your flight. I recommend travellers this space capsule bed because even if you take a 6 hour stop over or transit to rest. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

入住百麗酒店，我第一眼被他們的小度小度語音服務吸引。只需呼喊小度，便能輕鬆開關電視、調整音量，甚至開關燈光，實在是便利至極。 選擇這家酒店的主要原因之一是他們浴室裡設有兩個洗手盆。作為一個愛整潔的人，我經常為與他人共用同一個洗手盆而困擾。擁有兩個洗手盆真的是太棒了。此外，他們還提供免費的泡腳服務，服務員會幫助調節水溫，讓我感到無比幸福。 雖然我購買了包含早餐的住宿套餐，但這次因時間匆忙未能品嚐，有些可惜。晚上，在酒店的酒吧點了兩杯酒，whisky和gin tonic，但感覺是house gin，口味不盡如人意。 酒店的空間不算很大，打開兩大兩小行李後空間有些狹窄，但仍能自在走動。 淋浴水力十分強勁，非常舒適，淋浴露的香氣令人愉悅。 不過，我對前台服務員的態度感到有些失望。他們的態度平淡，與同事聊天似乎比服務客人更讓他們快樂。作為一家新開的酒店，我原以為員工的培訓應該會很出色，但這家酒店的前台服務確實讓我失望。 不過，我很欣賞負責泡腳服務調節水溫的阿姨，以及門口負責拿行李的服務人員，他們的服務態度非常好。 總的來說，我認為酒店間的設施大同小異，但前台服務員和其他酒店員工的態度真的能左右我對一家酒店的印象。這家酒店的前台服務員態度一般，對我來說是個遺憾。下次再訪，我可能會考慮其他選擇。

遊覽了喀納斯夜宿白哈巴睡到自然醒，在攜程網上預訂了阿勒泰芳華漫記酒店，又原路返回布爾津，途徑中哈邊境大峽谷，漂亮的景色很迷人。從布爾津，走217國道下午5點多到達阿勒泰。阿勒泰是座山城，據介紹是滑雪的發源地，還有有著名的將軍山滑雪場，每年雪季明星雲集。酒店交通非常方便，免費停車場的車位充足，周邊環境非常安靜，透過窗户能看到山上的滑雪場滑道。酒店説不上華麗但很温馨，服務熱情周到，智能客控，房間裏空調、窗簾、燈光、客房服務等，衹要呼叫“小杜小杜”應答後説出你的需求就實現你的願望。酒店乾淨整潔，布草很新，備品齊全，在這安靜整潔的舒適的環境裏，一覺睡到早上8點，是我新疆之行休息得最好的一天。酒店的早餐很健康，還有幾種民族特色點心。特別適合自駕來新疆旅行的朋友。特別推薦阿勒泰芳華漫記酒店！

很不錯的， 衞生：乾淨，沒有異味，木屋能做到不容易的 環境：在禾木景區內，要買票和區間車，自駕車開上來以後也是要換乘區間車到景區 和睦的美是去和睦的路上，如果不是特別執着或者是帶長者家不方便的話，我建議還是可以到山下去住，但是中國人的美德：來都來了！

第一次來可可託海，在軟件上對比了好多家選出的酒店，晚上到的，前台很熱心的幫我辦理入住，熱心的前台小姐姐還幫我把我雜七雜八的快遞都搬上去房間，很熱心。這次訂的是豪華大床房，床很大，房間還配備了加濕器，我這個南方人也能接受地暖了，其他洗浴用品都配備齊全。酒店配備了洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，這種天氣根本不用擔心衣服洗了幹不了。早餐餐廳食品很豐富，會有甜點、粥、炒菜、麪條等，照顧到各地方的飲食習慣，餐廳叔叔人也超好，還擔心我吃不飽😇，照顧了我第一次來的不安感，下次來還會選擇再住的酒店。

Apabila anda datang ke Xinjiang, anda mesti datang ke Hemu Anda mesti menginap satu malam apabila anda datang ke Hemu supaya anda boleh melihat matahari terbit pada keesokan harinya. Apabila tinggal di Hemu, anda mesti memilih Taoyuan Butler kacak mengingatkan saya untuk membelinya dua hari lebih awal untuk tiket ke Hemu Scenic Area, dia menghantar saya maklumat tentang laluan dari kawasan pemandangan ke hotel, dan menyambut kami di pintu , lemah, sakit dan muda Apabila kami meninggalkan hotel, pembantu rumah mengatur basikal roda tiga untuk mengangkut bagasi kami ke pintu masuk stesen, yang sangat bertimbang rasa. Laundry and gym is in another building and not operate 24 hours. a bit inconvenient but the front desk offer help to send our clothes for laundry and we collect from the counter. The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance. A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel.

離滑雪場很近，滑雪有車接送很好，房間很安靜 吹風機很一般，都是滑雪的晚上洗澡吹頭髮很慢，而且會過熱保護停止工作！其他的很好！服務態度，性價比都很好！如果能升級下吹風機就更好了

服務：大堂門口的接待小姐姐們很熱情，一下車九幫着提行李。有接機服務提前電話聯繫，超級貼心。接機的司機應該是外包，丹有這個服務就很棒。 環境：下雪了過後很有意境怎麼樣都不會讓人失望夜景白天都好看。 衞生：房間乾淨床品整潔。loft 房間超級適合3＿4個人一起住也不算賴。房間很寬敞。 總之會再來。提前預訂將軍山開板的時候就很適合住他們家。淡季住他們家看雪景陽台也很有意境。 題外話：酒店很有愛心有流浪貓貓也不會趕走。點贊。

整體：酒店乾淨整潔，離雪場打車不到10分鐘，非常友好。 已經是第三年來將軍山滑雪了，每次都是金橋，前兩年重新裝修了，房間各方面都升級了，性價比非常好，居然還增加了健身房，非常驚喜！ 服務：工作人員和清潔阿姨都很好，早餐豐富，一樓有個無人售貨店，生活用品和一些吃的都能買到。 周邊：周圍商業街市場什麼的也很方便。 滿分推薦！

設施：設施比較新。 衞生：房間乾淨整潔，毛巾被子乾淨。 環境：酒店靠近喀什古城，離喀什古城入口幾十米，古城裡特色美食缸子肉、烤包子、羊雜湯好吃，古城夜景很美！ 服務：前台熱情，服務好，早上趕飛機還給打包了早餐！

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

Location of this hotel was excellent as it was near a shopping mall with a good variety of food options to choose from. Room was clean and they also had a humidifier which was perfect for the dry weather. However, there were not many plugs in the room which can be inconvenient at times.

Superb location near food, shopping and ancient city. Excellent facilities and comes with very well equipped laundry room. Check-in and check out was fast and efficient. 依诺 and 悦琳at front desk was very helpful during check out process.

Fantastic location. Right above food street in old town. Great attitude of staff. Very helpful. Beautiful decoration in the rooms. Air con is under sized for the room so it needs to run all day to keep the room cool. Beds are very hard. Old Chinese style. Walkways and balconies are dusty. I know hard to keep clean as Kashgar is a dry place Definitely recommend but be aware of above

這家酒店的早餐應該是我南疆遊住這麼多天最好吃的一家，早點樣式很多，還吃到了現做的牛腩麪，非常開心，另外全房間裏彌散式供給氧氣也是一大亮點，説明這家酒店的老闆眼光很超前，會站在客人的角度去裝修酒店，解決了高原地區客人會有高原反應的問題，另外，房間雖然不是特別大，但整體乾淨整齊，還有自己獨立的供熱系統，雖然現在還沒到政府供暖的時間，但高原地區晚上外面温度接近零度，但這家酒店房間內暖烘烘的，有自己的供暖系統，房間內特別舒服。還有停車場特別大，停車場邊還配置快慢沖電樁十幾個，這次開的新能源車就在這裏充電，特別方便，下次來塔縣還會住這家酒店，推薦給朋友們。

Walking distance to Ancient city. Lots of food outlets, clothing stores and easy to get transportation. The room was clean and no smell. Hot water with good water pressure. Maybe can change new towels. Outside bus stop direct bus to Xiangfei tomb.

We booked a twin bedroom without a window. So the room was too warm and we couldn’t clear the air. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can here the people walking and talking in the hallway and you can hear your neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice.
