Snow Crown Hotel Tashkurgan was a comfortable stay—clean rooms, warm service, and a great location with beautiful mountain views and easy access to town.

Very nice hotel and new and clean. Excellent parking area right in front of the hotel. Rooms were big and clean and great staff too especially the cleaning staff who were kind and friendly and immediately catered to every need. Would definitely stay here again if passing by. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

來塔縣入住最驚喜的就是般藍酒店，全屋彌散式供氧，房間寬敞明亮。 衞生做的很好，設施齊全，健身房桌球桌茶室都有 還有高壓氧艙 完全不用擔心高反！ 早餐種類也很齊全 中西式都有 味道也很棒！推薦給大家 下次有機會來的話還會選擇這家酒店！

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

It’s my third year staying here and what I loved most is the fact that this hotel has got butler service and this time I’ve been served by XiaoFang. Super responsive and helped resolution almost all my requests. My partner forgot to return the skii resort card and XiaoFang had the driver to return it for him ✨

趕了一天的路滿身疲憊專門找了個檔次高點新點的酒店，進入房間衞生乾淨整潔，窗外視野也很開闊，環境很好，酒店距離景區入口也很近，很方便。諮詢了前台一些景區事宜，服務態度也特別熱情。酒店硬件設施很不錯，房間從台盆水龍頭到馬桶淋浴器都是九牧，大堂衞生間的全是TOTO，設施設備也都很新。很滿意的一次入住體驗。

We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.
