Hotel Dengan Spa di Xinjiang, China

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

首先酒店的環境呀和衞生啊各方面都非常好因為已經住過一次了這次是第二次入住體驗感依舊很棒離泡温泉的地方也很近非常貼心的是早餐沒有用餐但是我們退房的時候幫我們裝了很多麪包雞蛋水果之類的非常貼心走的時候還給送了伴手禮!衣服落在酒店了還給幫忙郵寄回來還包郵!這個含金量誰懂！！！總體説就是環境好，服務好！還會再來的～

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly impressive — every staff member was very attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile at any time. From the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance (who promptly fixed a light bulb), everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Special thanks to 蘇熱亞木，吾勒達娜，吾修汗 and a few other who I was unable to get the names for their exceptional service and warm hospitality — they really made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel provides good facilities especially free water and oxygen. Staff is helpful although they could not speak Englisg

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

First, the view from this hotel is incredible, the rooms and beds super comfortable and breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel itself is great, what’s even better are the people. We were made to feel like old friends retiring for a visit. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and Mr Chen was especially hospitable and helpful during our stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！前廳的小哥哥服務態度特別好，辦理入住手續高效利落，還主動幫我們提行李、耐心介紹酒店周邊的美食和遊玩路線，讓人一進門就感覺特別暖心。 房間的衞生狀況更是沒得挑，床單被褥乾淨平整，衞生間一塵不染，就連角落的縫隙都打掃得很徹底。房內的空調、電視、熱水器等設備運行都很順暢，沒有出現任何故障問題。 最值得一提的是酒店的位置，出門就是公交站，步行幾分鐘就能到商圈，不管是逛街購物還是出行辦事都超級方便。整體性價比很高，下次再來這邊，一定還會選擇這家酒店！

酒店服務超好，大廳遇到不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，前台還有客房服務人員也超級熱情。外賣送來酒店自己的工作人員會幫送上去，這也是讓人感到非常安心的點。需要接機工作人員也會仔細詢問航班訊息，大廳環境很棒，主打一個安靜舒適，適合商務出行，酒店大廳還有旋轉樓梯，很有設計感。交通便利，停車也很方便，進電梯刷房卡很有安全感，房間佈局合理，乾淨整潔，床品也很舒服，早餐種類繁多，很棒的一家酒店，推薦！！

This hotel is a very modern and high quality luxury hotel. There are many smart features throughout the room to give it a nice feeling. The rooms are also infused with oxygen to help with the altitude sickness. The included breakfast was excellent and the hotel also had many other amenities. We only stayed for a short time and didn’t get to explore many features, but if I were to come back to Tashkurgan for a longer stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Great service, good location for road trip to west Sayram Lake and South to Nalati. We did not go for the hot spring as we do not have enough time, but this hotel comes with a supermarket, you will not be left out even you forgot your supplies.
