早晨六點火車就到烏魯木齊了，這時間相當於我們平時的凌晨，因為新疆十點左右才上班的，我們去到酒店就是小竇接待我們，非常周到熱情，因為大冷天，安排我們先去餐廳坐着等，保安大哥也非常給力，大冷的黑天跑出去為我們提行李，入住後每個服務員都很客氣，洗衣房也很不錯，方便旅行的人，過兩天才禾木回來又訂的這家酒店，值得推薦，住着很舒心。再次謝謝小竇，烏魯木齊第一體驗人😄👍👍👍

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

Walking distance from the airport so perfect for me who just had a few hours to catch some sleep before having to return to the airport early the next morning. Room was basic but worth the price for me.

這家酒店的前台服務，真的讓人印象深刻，尤其是前台小婉，不僅熱情周到，而且無論提出什麼問題，都能用心解決，效率很高，大廳佈置的 很漂亮，衞生很乾凈，房間安排的很滿意，房間採光好，所有窗户都是明窗，通風好，房間窗户大，窗簾遮光性好，被子柔軟，床高低合適，睡得很舒服，枕頭有軟的跟硬的，這點很好，選擇性強，電視清晰度很高，還能投屏，衞生間乾濕分離，水温合適，出水還快，洗手枱配備的洗漱用品很齊全，鏡子還帶智能燈光，酒店的位置離機場很近，交通便利，早餐的菜品還可以，餐廳衞生乾淨，酒店前台還提供行李寄存，還有叫醒服務，效率很高，很準時，整體感受很滿意！

住的標準單間雖不大但很暖和，距離地窩堡機場T2囗步行6分鐘即到，出門右邊商店吃個簡單早餐趕飛機真方便。 設施：標準間配置齊全挺温馨的也很乾凈 環境：安靜也安全

First and foremost, foreigners are accepted so book with confidence. The reception speaks no english so a translation app is useful, they will kindly help as much as they can. It is very close to Nanmen metro station (walking distance). Convenience store is almost next to the hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Wifi works fine. You can walk to the Fountain plaza (5-10 mins walk, check my last 3 photos with the Chinese name) to buy China Mobile sim card and use data internet. I use LetsVPN and everything works perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for foreign travellers. More on the expensive side but I came in winter time and very happy with the heater and the convenience it offers.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel was newly opened in 2024 and everything here is good and comfortable. The staff and manager are very friendly, understanding, helpful and kind. The manager is an honest and fun loving person. The bedroom and bed mattress are comfy and new. The amenities in this hotel are good and new except you can't cook here. It has a microwave oven and a coffee and tea bar and sell good coffee and tea to guests. The guests can use washing machine facilities with a small fee.

Today im here to appreciate@Housekeeper Guli in Altay Jiyuhe Hotel for her Great care of my injured wrist during my stay in this hotel，@Housekeeper Guli is a really nice lady with a huge warm heart，under the circumstances that i didnt even say anything about request her to take care of me， She volunteered to take care of me with great patience，she brought me ice，medicine ，fruit and anything can help my wrist heal，im so appreciate for @Housekeeper Guli‘s care，under her care my wrist healed quickly！ 在吉域合酒店住了将近十天，住宿体验极好，特别向阿勒泰吉域合酒店点名表扬及感谢@管家古丽阿姨，在入住五天时本人在滑雪时不小心摔伤，原本半夜手腕疼肿不知所措的人我，管家古丽阿姨在听到客房部说有旅客受伤后，立马赶来询问我的受伤情况，连续超过三天分别在中午下午甚至半夜拿来冰块给我消肿，还四处打听帮我找来云南白药，膏药，照顾无微不至，帮我敷药按摩手腕，每天帮我送来一大堆水果，在管家古丽阿姨的悉心照料下，我的手腕很快恢复可以继续滑雪，对管家古丽阿姨的感谢无以言喻，只能望管家古丽阿姨往后工作顺利，升职加薪，好人有好报，同时也将这个环境优秀，服务极好的吉域合酒店团队推荐给即将到新疆滑雪的朋友们！

The place is fantastic for families or friends. It’s on the higher price point compared to hotels in the old village but it’s nearer to the ski resort. Plus, there are free shuttles to the resort so say ByeBye having to pay one way 60CNY transport to the mountains. Lastly, we got a free upgrade to a double toilet room which was rather pleasant. Though the network & wifi in the basement is almost non existent

最近我在這家酒店度過了一個非常愉快的假期。首先，酒店入住和退房時，前台員工都非常專業且細心，確保了我能夠順利辦理手續，同時還詳細告知了我酒店的各項服務和設施。他們對待客人的態度非常友好，讓我感到賓至如歸。 酒店的環境也非常舒適，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。床鋪的舒適度更是無可挑剔，讓我每晚都能有一個良好的睡眠。此外，酒店的早餐也非常豐富，提供了各種美味的食物和飲品，滿足了我的口味需求。 我還特別喜歡酒店的地理位置，距離滑雪場僅有一百多米，走路也就5分鐘。而且，酒店的員工對於周邊的景點和美食也非常瞭解，給了我很多實用的建議。 總的來説，這家酒店的服務、環境和位置都讓我非常滿意。我會向我的朋友們強烈推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再來入住時能有同樣愉快的體驗。

The hotel location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes, interesting restaurants and all kinds of shopping. It was difficult to manage the over heating in the room, particularly the bathroom (bidet was a nice touch), but leaving the windows open at -20 brought the room temp down to a comfortable +22. Disappointed that the cafe/bar wasn't open, but laundry and gym were clean and modern. Rooms were 'cleaned' each day however clean cups and regular stock would have been appreciated. Water was provided. Front desk and other hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Apabila anda datang ke Xinjiang, anda mesti datang ke Hemu Anda mesti menginap satu malam apabila anda datang ke Hemu supaya anda boleh melihat matahari terbit pada keesokan harinya. Apabila tinggal di Hemu, anda mesti memilih Taoyuan Butler kacak mengingatkan saya untuk membelinya dua hari lebih awal untuk tiket ke Hemu Scenic Area, dia menghantar saya maklumat tentang laluan dari kawasan pemandangan ke hotel, dan menyambut kami di pintu , lemah, sakit dan muda Apabila kami meninggalkan hotel, pembantu rumah mengatur basikal roda tiga untuk mengangkut bagasi kami ke pintu masuk stesen, yang sangat bertimbang rasa. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Hemu Bridge. Terdapat juga sebuah kafe di mana anda boleh duduk dan duduk di luar tingkap. Ia sangat selesa untuk minum kopi dan makan pencuci mulut. Masakan restoran Taoyuan dan periuk panas tempatan tidak akan mengecewakan anda.

Laundry and gym is in another building and not operate 24 hours. a bit inconvenient but the front desk offer help to send our clothes for laundry and we collect from the counter. The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance. A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel.

整體：酒店乾淨整潔，離雪場打車不到10分鐘，非常友好。 已經是第三年來將軍山滑雪了，每次都是金橋，前兩年重新裝修了，房間各方面都升級了，性價比非常好，居然還增加了健身房，非常驚喜！ 服務：工作人員和清潔阿姨都很好，早餐豐富，一樓有個無人售貨店，生活用品和一些吃的都能買到。 周邊：周圍商業街市場什麼的也很方便。 滿分推薦！

早餐很好吃，房間很大，很方便，外賣可以讓機器人送上樓，酒店還有洗衣房可以洗衣服，烘乾出門打車後方便酒店還要送接送機，很推薦

入住體驗非常棒 到了禾木就有管家來接我們 很酷的小車子 房間有地暖 景觀房落地窗很可以 還可以泡個澡 很貼心的有個一次性泡澡袋 第二天可以有接駁車上山看晨霧 雖然我沒起來😁 外面可以看到星空 很漂亮 早上6:30還能看到滿天星星 然後贈送的下午茶也很不錯

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants. The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere. The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip. Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

It is directly just opposite the ancient city of Kashgar. Very convenient to get cabs to other points of interest and back to airport. It is an oasis of calm when you are inside with one of the better buffet breakfast spread and elegant dining room to be enjoyed compared to a lot of other China hotels we went to. The ancient city can get very commercialized with a whole row of loud night entertainment joints facing the hotels opposite but non the less for us with inner room facing, it was not noticeable at all. The Kashgar TV Tower is just a short walking distance down the road which is a must see for its observation deck for a bird’s eye view of the city. At night with the lights on ( the ancient city and tower) it is just magical! Furthermore if you buy a certain amount in it’s gift shop you can get a free ticket to go up. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming back.

11月初去的新疆 人生第一次去新疆，真的是太美了新疆 吃了架子肉（羊肉，不羶 吸了氧，去了塔縣吃毛牛肉火鍋 見識了祖國最西邊早上9點天亮，晚上8點天黑 去了沙漠玩耍，飛車太炫酷，太值得了 一路向西塔縣，看冰川，山川，沒能看到盤龍古道，班迪爾湖，祖國的大好河山真的是美極了，不虛此行 設施：酒店設施新 衞生：衞生乾淨，還有加濕器 環境：酒店就在古城附近方便 服務：前台米日，蘇比服務態度好，提醒我們多喝水，這邊幹，去塔縣玩準備吸氧，告訴了我們出行方向路線，yyds 還有個是店長應該，跟他諮詢，他説他也去過安徽，聊了好多，推薦我們住氧吧房，多吸氧 最後我還自己買了這個氧吧蛋，不錯不錯 推薦！必須推薦！去新疆喀什必須推薦！ 還有接機服務ƪ（˘⌣˘）ʃ優雅

這次來喀什，是帶家人出來旅遊的，在網上看到了這個酒店，看了看評分以及評論內容，毅然決然的選擇了美豪麗致。實惠且驚喜。實惠的是價格方面：不到300的價格體驗到了七八百的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有個小冰箱，裏面有飲料，咖啡包，茶包等。房間的洗漱用品用的還是八件套的，從洗髮水到洗面奶都有，對出門在外住酒店的人士來説真的很棒啊，而且大堂還有免費的水果無限吃。驚喜的是：服務很好，從進門時的保安大叔到大堂的公衞阿姨都會微笑打招呼，讓我最具有印象的是客服管家小李，她服務專業且貼心，在住當天晚上我需要洗衣服，但是呢，我當時拿下去想洗的時候，恰巧有別的客人在洗，因為是自助的，我想總不能在洗衣房等別人洗好吧，況且已經很晚了，我又犯困了，我就把衣服放在那兒排隊等候，回到房間想了想第二天我需要這幾件送洗的衣服，當我正在苦惱之際，突然想起加有客服管家小李的微信，我想都沒想就給她發訊息，大半夜的也沒有考慮到她是否已經入睡了，但是她很快就回復我了，令我驚喜的是她不僅能及時回覆我訊息，還能很及時的幫我把衣服放進洗衣機洗並且烘乾了，而且第二天她能準時地給我把衣服送上房間，真的非常感謝她，不然我都沒衣服穿了。在我們入住的時候，她主動的幫我把行李送上房間，我提出的要求她都能幫滿足，知道我帶有小朋友，她還給我送來了一套小朋友的洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，很熱情的小姑娘，晚上還送了當地水果和晚安牛奶，在住這幾天期間，需要她幫忙的地方她都能及時的幫我解決了，我真切的感受到她很用心的在做服務，離店當天，她在休息都能及時的回訪我的入住體驗，難道這不就是極致的服務？因為小李，我會再次選擇美豪麗致，美豪也因小李的服務在我心裏更加加分了。以後去到其他城市也會認準美豪麗致這個品牌啦~~

The hotel is located about 1km from town centre. There is nothing close by, but we managed to walk to town centre for dinner. Hotel was very modern and clean. However, there was no aircon.

這家酒店的早餐應該是我南疆遊住這麼多天最好吃的一家，早點樣式很多，還吃到了現做的牛腩麪，非常開心，另外全房間裏彌散式供給氧氣也是一大亮點，説明這家酒店的老闆眼光很超前，會站在客人的角度去裝修酒店，解決了高原地區客人會有高原反應的問題，另外，房間雖然不是特別大，但整體乾淨整齊，還有自己獨立的供熱系統，雖然現在還沒到政府供暖的時間，但高原地區晚上外面温度接近零度，但這家酒店房間內暖烘烘的，有自己的供暖系統，房間內特別舒服。還有停車場特別大，停車場邊還配置快慢沖電樁十幾個，這次開的新能源車就在這裏充電，特別方便，下次來塔縣還會住這家酒店，推薦給朋友們。
