nice to have buffet breakfast every morning (albeit limited food options). the location is far from city centre, suitable for people with good fitness and don’t mind walking to and from the centre as there’s no public transport basically - polar summer, no problem; polar night, weather may make the walk harder. staff were friendly and helpful. cooking amenities and dining space were adequate and guests could enjoy dinner together after cooking. there’s a polar bear sign at about 50m up the road from the hotel, and the mountain view was great especially covered with snow.

Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Our room was quite spacious. Although it featured shared bathrooms, our floor conveniently had four, and they were all impeccably maintained by guests. A laundry room and a kitchen are also available on-site. The property itself is spread across multiple buildings. Breakfast was excellent! While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, the journey there offers some lovely scenic views.

The hotel restaurant is great, the room is very warm and has a snow view. It is suitable for two people to live in. The hotel breakfast is very good. There is free tea in the lobby. It is very Nordic style. The room has good hot water and a bathtub. Recommended for the Arctic region

Initially, considering the prices of the Svalbard Islands, we were considering budget accommodation, but the photos we saw in the review were very attractive. I chose this hotel. As a result, this choice was correct. Location: 5 minutes walk to the city center, 10 minutes walk to the sea, clock tower and sake brewery, very convenient location. Landscape: From the large windows of the room, I was able to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain 々. Comfort of rooms: enough to use alone, central heating is complete in winter 　　　　　　　I was able to spend comfortably without feeling cold. There is also a lamp at the bedside and the brightness is sufficient. 　　　　　　　And WIFI is no problem, fast. Shared bathroom: Very clean and managed, despite sharing with many guests 　　　　　　　　It was always available when toilets and showers were needed. Breakfast: The repertoire was constant, but the bread and baked confectionery were freshly baked and crispy. 　　　Especially the croissant was very delicious and it was exceptional to eat salmon and cheese. Tour: I didn't make a reservation through the hotel, but I was able to participate smoothly because the tour company bus picked me up at the bus stop in front of the hotel. General review: I stayed for a total of 4 nights, but the stay was comfortable, so it was a satisfying stay that I wanted to postpone the flight until the day before departure and extend my stay.

This is a camping wooden house and the overall atmosphere is very good. This hotel also includes breakfast, and overall we are very satisfied. The house is large and there is a kitchen, so we are very convenient to cook. Recommended

Breakfast was rich! Choose a lot of these! This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Svalbard! There are saunas and outdoor baths! It's warm inside the hotel! Also close to the local supermarket! Environmental facilities are really good, love his sauna! It's so comfortable!
