Excelente atención, nos recibieron con una cortesía enviada a la habitación para nuestra celebración un buen champaña y fresas bañadas en chocolate!, hotel recomendado 100%. Su salón para desayunar muy amplio con una súper vista y la comida muy fresca y deliciosa.

Muy buena ubicación. Lamentablemente, la habitación que me ofrecieron no coincidía con la de las fotografías mostrada en el portal web. La ventana era muy pequeña. Me prometieron un cambio de habitación al día siguiente pero al final dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad para los días en que me quedaba en el hotel.
Por otro lado, el mal diseño de la ducha ocasiona que el agua salga y se inunde todo el baño.

The hotel is located a bit away from the center in a very good and safe area with restaurants nearby. The reception is very friendly; our room wasn't ready, but we were immediately upgraded to another room. The breakfast is very extensive. The pool with a Jacuzzi area is very large and has plenty of loungers and bar service. There is ample parking for self-drivers.

Amazing
The bed is the most highly recommended feature. It's very soft, and lying in it feels like being enveloped in a blanket; I even fell asleep while wearing a face mask. The room is spacious, and the area near the entrance is very quiet. The environment is pleasant, and you can often hear birds chirping. We encountered a thunderstorm, but the sun came out again. Is this like experiencing two seasons in one day? Taxis are readily available. Transportation is convenient. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby, the room was very quiet, and there was parking available. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. The most beautiful part was the Caribbean coast; its grandeur and beauty are indescribable. A very satisfying business trip.
