Excelente atención, nos recibieron con una cortesía enviada a la habitación para nuestra celebración un buen champaña y fresas bañadas en chocolate!, hotel recomendado 100%. Su salón para desayunar muy amplio con una súper vista y la comida muy fresca y deliciosa.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

GGuest UserObjectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a casino downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for showering, and the facilities are relatively old. However, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the burgers made by the restaurant in the swimming pool are also very delicious. If you bring children, I don't recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

MMitch HanThe environment, location, service, and facilities are great. The garden has the feel of a tropical rainforest. The hotel itself has a long history. It is convenient for shopping and dining nearby. There were any political events on the day of check-in. The president was here. I will recommend it to my friends and I will do it again next time. OOksanaAt the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!

GGuest UserFollowing an error made at the reception, I was upgraded, which allowed me to discover the premium floors of the hotel. The rooms do not differ much from those on the other floors. But the roof top service is much more personalized, the view is superb. I enjoyed the experience very much.
