We stayed two nights in December with the family. We took two rooms with balconies. The views are incredible and the hotel is absolutely magnificent and the staff was quite nice. They could be nicer and they’re very typical Spanish. Overall very highly recommended.

Nuestra estancia en Castilla Termal Brihuega fue fantástica y totalmente recomendable. Desde el primer momento todo estuvo cuidado al detalle.
La habitación que elegimos fue la abuhardillada, muy amplia y cómoda. El baño contaba tanto con bañera como con ducha, algo que se agradece mucho, y todo estaba impecable.
La piscina termal es preciosa, grande y muy relajante. Destaca especialmente la zona exterior: poder salir al aire libre mientras el agua está caliente.
También queremos destacar el ritual de belleza que realizamos, el cual cogimos con un vale descuento. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y relajante, con un trato excelente por parte del personal.
El desayuno es simplemente espectacular. Dispone de una amplia zona de buffet con productos de calidad y, además, incluye servicio a la carta sin coste adicional, lo que lo hace aún más especial.
En resumen, una experiencia de diez: relax, comodidad, buena gastronomía y un entorno precioso. Sin duda, repetiremos.

All fine but you have to pay €15 to access the swimming pool and under 16s not allowed. A little disappointed as I booked the hotel for my child to swim.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

Classy hotel, located in a quiet location. It features big rooms, big bathrooms and a nice eating area. Only 3 stars because of the paying parking (11 euros per day) and rather high breakfast price (20 euros per person).

The staff seems somewhat inexperienced and although they put effort into it, the lack of experience is noticeable.
The rooms are very spacious and not noisy at all.
The pool is very nice and in general it is a hotel that, although not in the center, is worth visiting.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁

MMaxi RavidaThe hotel is very good, it is large and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive and very rich. We hardly used the facilities because the cost of the Spa was very high and the issue of prices and so on was not very clear. The entrance to the hotel and the parking lot are also not very clear, things that are improved with a couple of signs.

GGuest UserWe are a couple and, when check-out, the hotel has charged us 80 euros extra for the other person. I told them that no one had informed me of this when I checked in, nor when I used the hotel facilities. My question is: if the hotel is designed for two people, why don't they communicate it from the beginning, either when checking in or using the facilities? If two people are hosted, then only one person's breakfast and rights are included? I asked at the reception and suggested you to improve this, inform your customers in advance next time to avoid misunderstanding. I ask you: is this how Europeans do things? Is it not necessary to inform the customer in advance? The experience, which was very pleasant at first, has now been completely ruined. I will never come again.

Because it is a small town, the occupancy rate of the hotel is very low. Surrounded by parks and residential areas, supermarkets and eating prices are also affordable, but the health situation is general, the hotel elevator has a strange smell, and there are flies in the place to eat outside. Wake up in the morning, there were three flies in the house, and I don't know how to come in.
