Just love travel by JaxThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

Excellent welcome, but the bedding was the only positive.
Poorly insulated room (outside and other rooms: I didn't sleep all night), shower complicated to use, only usable in bath mode, pools accessible free of charge without jets from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. When I went there, I couldn't find access to the indoor pool, so I went to the outdoor pool, which was closed, and I locked myself out. The code didn't work, and there was no way to contact reception. Some guests let me in after 10 minutes outside.
Friendly departure, but they didn't ask me if I had a good stay.
Room cleanliness approximated (hair from previous guests).
Disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I think it was better maintained when it was the Vichy Spa.

Guest UserThe hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English.
For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied.
It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets.
All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends.

This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

Guest UserVery welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.
The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests.
We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh.
Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍)
10 out of 10 would recommend.
I wish had more time to stay more days 😄😉

C ARTUROClean - comfortable - an extra pillow would be nice for those who want one. The pool isn't 28 degrees but 25 degrees - in winter, two degrees more would be good. Good breakfast with a very friendly waitress. The welcome was also great, by the way.
We recommend.

Guest UserAll good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍
