La piscina es genial. No es muy profunda o grande, pero la zona de la piscina es muy agradable y se puede pasar un buen rato de relax y refrescarte del viaje. Apartamento cómodo, limpio y moderno. La cama muy confortable. Admiten perros. El hotel es moderno y agradable en sus zonas comunes. Volveríamos sin duda. Eso si, el maldito menaje de cocina no puede ser más limitado: ¿de verdad una única taza para un apartamento de 3 personas? y solamente dos vasos? Escribimos diciendo que igual no llegábamos a la hora del checkin y nunca nos respondieron, afortunadamente llegamos, pero no habría estado mal que la información que nos dieron al llegar (código, etc..) nos la hubieran remitido con anterioridad.

La chambre est très exiguë, au point qu’il est possible de se brosser les dents tout en utilisant les toilettes. L’absence de lunette sur les toilettes est gênante, notamment pour poser ses affaires en allant à la douche. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : des poils et des cheveux un peu partout, de la poussière, des toiles d’araignées, et des éléments en chrome ternis par le calcaire. Cela semble être un point sur lequel je suis particulièrement attentif, mais il est inacceptable d’accueillir des clients dans une chambre dans cet état. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais à notre arrivée, il ne restait plus aucun couvert, à l’exception d’un couteau qui était sale. Les verres étaient également sales, et nous avons dû demander à la réception de les changer. Le personnel est toutefois agréable.

The room was very big, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay. I was happy over all, only thing I was surprised that they are asking €150 security deposit ( hopefully I will get back in 24 hours as they said).

El alojamiento, en general, está bastante bien. El personal, también. Alguna empleada de recepción con menos ganas de trabajar que se implica menos, pero el resto bastante bien. La situación no está mal. A 15 minutos andando de la zona centro y donde está el ambiente y de donde partes para visitar cualquier cosa (incluida la oficina de turismo). Y fácil llegar. Lo único que no está bien, son las condiciones de contratación. Ya te hacen salir antes de las 11:00h de la mañana, cuando no puedes entrar antes de las 14:00h. Un poco más y no te da tiempo de deshacer la cama (algo que empieza a generalizarse desgraciadamente). Además, te sancionan si no friegas la vajilla y hasta si no sacas la basura. Es como estar en casa, pero pagando bastante más. Si entras por la tarde y sales temprano y tienes que hacer la limpieza, quizá lo de dormir sea escaso. Por otro lado, y más importante, la limpieza no era totalmente correcta. La ropa de cama no estaba en el mejor estado posible. Algún edredón (que por suerte de fecha no hubo que usar) con manchas grandes y el olor de la ropa de cama tampoco invita mucho a abrazarte a una mullida almohada. En resumen, bien de situación y de estado del alojamiento, pero regular de limpieza. El parking bien y a buen precio. NARBONA, como ciudad, muy bien. Para 2 o 3 días.

I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

Séjour d’une nuit à l’Eklo Montpellier début février avec mes filles à l’occasion d’un concert. J’ai réservé l’Eklo pour tester ce nouveau concept d’hôtel et surtout pour un critère qui est primordial pour moi : Le parking ! Parties a 00h30 du Zénith Sud,je me suis garée au parking de la gare après plus d’1h d’errance dans Montpellier dont le centre est en travaux. GPS de ma voiture,Waze,Google Map,aucun n’a réussi à me conduire à la fameuse rue du clos rené indiquée sur les indications données par mail avant d’arriver à l’hôtel.Peut-être parce qu’il faisait nuit noire,peut-être parce que j’étais épuisée ,peut-être parce qu’il faut rouler sur des voies de tram pour y accéder (chez moi c’est interdit !).J’ai pourtant appelé l’hôtel mais la personne n’a pas su me guider.J’ai du me garer à 400 mètres et faire le trajet à pied à 2h du mat avec 2 filles de 16 ans,donc nous avons eu peur.Sans parler des 24.50 euros de parking pour 12 heures de stationnement. Arrivées sur place j’avais demandé 2 chambres côte à côte comme je suis avec ma fille et sa copine qui ont toutes les deux 16 ans. Nous nous sommes retrouvées a 2 étages différents.Ça ne m’est jamais arrivé dans aucun autre hôtel !On ne sépare pas des parents de leurs enfants d’1 étage ! De plus 1 des 2 chambres était pour PMR donc inondation dans la salle de bains! Bref un fiasco total ! Les seules satisfactions sont le confort de la literie et la sympathie de la totalité des membres du personnel.Merci à vous tous de m’avoir écouté et de m’avoir remboursé le parking mais Eklo Montpellier et moi c’est fini et je ne conseille pas cet établissement !

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

We stayed here for 1 night in April 2022. Pros: - Excellent price point for a double ensuite with a balcony and a small kitchen (55 euro) - A/C - Very clean, quiet, secure - Kind, helpful staff - Kitchenette included all necessities for a few nights: kettle, refrigerator, stovetop, cutley, glassware - Strong free wifi Cons: - There were outlets, but hidden behind the nightstands. We had to move furniture. - It's not a great location- it is a 15-minute walk uphill to the center of town. This hotel is more on the outskirts - Very sterile, corporate/hospital vibe Overall, I recommend if you want a kitchenette. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying closer to town at the Ibis Budget at this price point.

The taxi from the Gare St Roche to the hotel took 20 minutes and cost 20 euros. (We later walked back to the station which was only a kilometre away) We arrived at the hotel at 1pm hoping we may be able to check in early. Instead we were advised to store our luggage at the hotel as check in was not until 4pm. This was deflating as it was a really hot day. There was little empathy shown by the staff. We checked in after 4pm and were advised what was prohibited plus a deposit of 250 euro was required. This was surprising as we were only staying for 13 hours. The room was ok with a tiny shower that was difficult to move in, a small kitchenette and 2 single beds pushed together. Staff were friendly but inflexible. The rate was reasonable but factor in taxi & public transport costs. Walking down the corridor to the room requires going through 4 or 5 doors where the lights go on after you go through the door and the earlier lights go off. It is eerie and reminded me of the kid in The Shining. Not a bad hotel, but not customer focused and a bit far from the centre of a very ordinary town.

Comodo hotel, con parcheggio privato. Un plus se viaggiate in macchina. Camera e bagno minimali ma puliti. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi non possiamo giudicare. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero valido, valutatelo se non avete grosse pretese.

The meeting I attended in Montpellier was held at the city hall, Hotel de Ville, which is an impressive, vast, modern bulk in a booming concrete district south of the centre. Three minutes walk away is the Adagio Aparthotel, which is also close to tramways and therefore easily accessible from the city centre. I was very satisfied with the accommodation in a clean and well-equipped mini-apartment with fridge, cooker and a small dining table. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of shelves and cupboards as well as good lighting. However, a comfy chair to relax in would have been welcome. There's a lounge area on the ground floor where a good breakfast (including eggs, croissant and fresh fruit) is served. Although it is built and decorated in a slightly soulless style the Adagio was more than adequate for my two night stay.

I suppose the overriding positive is the location i.e. centre-ville and right near the 'arene'. It's probably the shortest distance ever I have had to walk after a gig to get to bed. Wonderful. Parking underneath (by a separate parking business - but get a discounted rate at the hotel). It was a bit odd that we were given an 'accessible-needs' room. Not sure why. I mean fine, but everything was a bit low and a curtain-type shower. A handle had been repaired on a sliding door but had not been done very well and left in a poor state. Clearly, small stuff but just seemed a bit odd (again). Breakfast was fine. Again, continuing the 'odd' theme, it seemed to be in a different and smaller room. Not sure why. ....but location can not be beaten.

This hotel is in a great location and only a short distance from the train station and a very easy walk into the old town. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower nozzle was broken and the water just squirted out like a tap which was not ideal. The hotel has a central courtyard which is open all the way to the roof which means your hear everything going on if you leave your window open. The room is air conditioned which you would need in summer. The restaurant across the road had wonderful cassoulet.

You would not find a better location in Toulouse, over looking the main square where everything was buzzing yet you didn’t hear anything. The bed was very comfortable & the blackout curtains were great to help with a restful sleep. We choose not to have breakfast so I can’t comment on it. The staff were probably the friendliest we have had on this trip and their recommendations of restaurants hit the point each time. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Hotel & it is great value for the money.

I travelled to Lourdes with my 3 sisters, one of whom needs mobility assistance, and stayed in the Panorama Hotel. The staff are nice and welcoming, we got lovely rooms on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, with view of the top of the basilica and as requested, one room had mobility aids in the bathroom and walk in shower. The rooms were very clean, good size and beds very comfortable. We were full board and really enjoyed all our meals there. Loved the buffet style and the desserts were a real treat and we were right next door to a bar too. Great location for getting to the domain and yet very quiet at night. We all really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

非常舒適又空間十足嘅apartment，設施一應俱全： 大堂全天候免費咖啡機提供咖啡同熱朱古力，有Brita water dispenser可以撳still water同sparkling water。 Pantry有齊所需煮食用具同餐飲用品，最正係仲有洗碗碟機同足夠嘅洗碗碟機用嘅清潔片，可以買餸返apartment 煮。 掛衫地方好足夠，特別係沖涼間裡面可以打開掛牆晾衫架。 酒店lobby裝修好intagramble，每個角落影都好靚，食早餐嘅地方就喺lobby行入少少，好舒服，雖然嘢食係凍嘢為主：yogurt, cold cut, 生果，crepe, pancake, 蛋糕，麵包等，想要熱食要自己烚蛋或者飲咖啡。 酒店地點超方便，一行出去就係Garonne河，行兩步就到著名Toulouse代表景點 L'hôpital de La Grave，過河行多15分鐘左右就到Capitol廣場同市中心各景點。 唔想自己煮，行出街口個square就已經好旺，有不少唔錯嘅餐廳，可以chill吓，感受吓當地氣氛。 唯一留意嘅係無執房服務，而且唔好expect 100%好乾淨，我住間房嘅廁所係時不時有幾隻蟻仔行過嘅，啲地方有少少頭髮呀、少少污漬，去歐洲嘅酒店熱在所難免。 不過我覺得瑕不掩瑜，整體非常滿意！

Comment dire? Rien à dire sur l'accueil mais une fois dans la chambre, mouvement de recul! La chambre pas faite, c'est à dire: pas de drap, sol jonché de détritus et gobelets et déchets de nourriture, le lavabos de la salle de bain dans un état à vomir. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas difficile mais c'est trop pour nous. A l'accueil l'hôtesse ne comprends pas mais nous donne immédiatement une autre chambre. Celle ci est faite mais son état laisse franchement à désirer autant au niveau du sol que sur les meubles. Chasse d'eau cassée, support de douche cassé, porte d'entrée qui grince tellement qu'on a dû réveiller tout l'hôtel. Pas de prise prévue prêt du lit. Pratique pour quelqu'un qui vient avec son appareil contre les apnées du sommeil ... Côtés positifs: parking fermé et avec de la place et restaurant à proximité. Cet hôtel donne l'impression d'être laissé à l'abandon. il serait temps que la direction (le siège) aille y faire un tour et entame sérieusement des travaux de réfection. à tous les niveaux. Nous ne recommandons évidemment pas cet hôtel. Attention les photos du site ne reflète absolument pas la réalité et même pour 50€, c'est cher payé. Heureusement la dame de l'accueil a assuré mais on n'est pas prêt d'y remettre les payer et ça ne nous encourage pas à aller voir les autres hôtel de cette enseigne.
