Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

fuuyunghaiI stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

Tt.xiaomanshengwanquanThe airport transfer service is really inconvenient. The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, which makes arranging a pickup very difficult. Plus, they don't offer transfers after midnight. Many other hotels in the same price range offer transfers hourly or on demand.

The decor style is just terrible, and the hot water for the shower is equally bad – it only lasts for about three minutes. If you have long hair, I'd suggest not washing it here, as there simply isn't enough hot water. There's no hairdryer either. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the sink drain is also broken. Also, why is the smoking room right next to the lobby? Every time I walk past, it stinks!

Anonymous UserStayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

Guest UserThe environment is good, quiet, and close to the airport. The gym is decent. This hotel is a good choice for business travelers. Taxis are easy to find. It's clean and well-equipped. Recommended.

ShenzhenFoodieThe hotel is located inside Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Both departures (domestic and international are nearby. There are many restaurants around it. The room is small but adequate for those transiting for half a day. The bed is comfortable, but the AC is annoying since it is not built-in. I haven't ordered anything from their restaurant; therefore I have no feedback about the food selection.

Anonymous UserI booked the deluxe room and extra bed for 5 people, it was spacious enough to accomidate us all and our luggages.
The service was on top with free shuttle (better to boook in advance because it gets crowded and easily filled) and fast room service. They had smart TV and wifi so we could really rest and snuggle in the room before flight.
Thw beds and bathroom was clean although there was no hairdryer available. But the other amenities was ok.
The breakfast was quite okay for the price. And the restaurant's food was also ok.
The only downside was the location, because it is located a bit far from the airport, so if you have to book online taxi without the shuttle it cost pretty much a lot.
Overall, it'd be a great place just for transit.

Guest UserThere's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk across the street from the hotel, with restaurants and shops. An Indomaret convenience store is located opposite the mall. Breakfast was average, and the room had a safe.
