BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor.
ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

It’s not easy to find, it’s in the check in « D » area, next to Bakmi GM and just follow the « barbershop ». The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is no lift, just wait for someone from the reception to help bring the suitcases until your room.
I arrive at midnight, the hotel serves food 24h but there are also other restaurants in the check in area that open for 24h.
I’m alone but I booked a double bed room for more space. There’s no window, I guess it’s not suitable for person with claustrophobia.

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.

- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

Mmago****Convenient for a layover, being close to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again. It would be perfect if there was a shuttle service available for transfers late at night.
The hygiene was good, and the service attitude was also quite nice.
GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

JJazzy MazzyLocation is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....
