"Best hotel in BSD. Just 2 minutes walk to AEON Mall with excellent choices of food cruisine. During my 6 nights stay, my husband and I tried all kinds of cruisine at Aeon. That's the best place to dine and shop. There is also a supermarket. The room itself is super clean. Bed was very comforfy. Water heater is perfect. Transport via grab is very cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly. Gym equipment are clean too. Hotel breakfast has a lot of variety of Indonesia food but it was not to my liking. It's just personal preference. The only thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to Change the TV to smart TV where travellers can watch netfix and YouTube."

Excellent value for money with great facilities and service
I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout.
The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay.
Other highlights included:

Anonymous UserThe check-in process was slow. I arrived at 3 PM, and the room wasn't ready; I was asked to wait 30 minutes. After a long wait, I was given a room, but there were still guests in it. After complaining, customer service provided a replacement room. In the future, please improve the check-in service and ensure that keys are not given out for occupied rooms again. The swimming pool facilities are quite good.

간등This hotel offers a wonderful view of Anlier's beautiful sea. It's well-built, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast is pretty standard.

Guest UserThe room was spacious, and we even got an upgrade. However, the facilities are a bit old and average. The location is excellent, especially if you're attending an exhibition, as the exhibition hall is right below the window, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices. The croissants were baked very slowly, and there weren't enough, so they'd often run out as soon as a new batch came out. I stayed for several days and never managed to get one. There's a large shopping mall not far from the hotel, easily accessible by taxi.

Anonymous UserI stayed here during a layover. The hotel was well-maintained and I slept comfortably. One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

Guest UserThe hotel is really nice, and the breakfast is abundant. The cleanliness is also top-notch. It was quite unlucky that the day my colleagues arrived for their business trip, a pipe burst at the hotel. They were temporarily moved to another hotel, which made for a very bad experience. The next night, when we stayed at this hotel again, it felt like we were back in paradise.

Reyna26This place is really near to the airport.
They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable.
Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

Ismail Hamdun SaidI am very disappointed with my stay at D'Prima Wellness Center Terminal 3 International. I booked two rooms through Trip.com because the photos clearly showed Queen-size beds, which were essential for my travel party. However, the actual rooms did not match the advertised images.
When I raised the issue, the hotel only offered paid solutions: IDR 250,000 per room for extra towels and water, or IDR 400,000 per room for a room upgrade without breakfast. Even one of the staff acknowledged that the photos on Trip.com do not accurately represent the actual rooms.
What surprised me most was that the Operations Manager stated the hotel does not even have a Guest Complaint Form. After 18 years working in the travel industry, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel without a basic complaint procedure.
The misleading room information, poor complaint handling, and lack of standard customer service are unacceptable, especially for a hotel located at an international airport. I hope the management reviews this issue seriously, updates the online information accurately, and provides a proper explanation and fair resolution for affected guests.

kenterI flew from Bali to Jakarta. Apparently, I got food poisoning before the flight, I was vomiting, shivering, and dizzy. We checked into the hotel very quickly and an hour later I decided that I needed to go to the hospital. There was no thermometer in the hotel, but a receptionist named Rio Renaldi (I hope I wrote the name correctly) said that he will help me get to the car, take me to the hospital, explain my symptoms to the staff and take me back. This person is a real professional and an excellent worker who is ready to quickly take you to the hospital at 2 am and pick you up at 4 am. This person deserves a bonus. The security guards and other hotel staff were also understanding and helped in every possible way. Very pleased with the hotel
