Ia adalah hotel yang bagus untuk bermalam sebelum penerbangan anda. Mereka menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang. Jika anda bercadang untuk tinggal membawa tuala anda sendiri, mereka apabila mereka tawarkan adalah agak lama.

Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport. Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures. BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

Ini adalah penginapan kedua saya dan sekali lagi tidak mengecewakan. Bilik-bilik tenang dan luas. Makan dan sarapan sedap. Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang yang lancar. Tiada aduan.

It’s not easy to find, it’s in the check in « D » area, next to Bakmi GM and just follow the « barbershop ». The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is no lift, just wait for someone from the reception to help bring the suitcases until your room. I arrive at midnight, the hotel serves food 24h but there are also other restaurants in the check in area that open for 24h. I’m alone but I booked a double bed room for more space. There’s no window, I guess it’s not suitable for person with claustrophobia.

Bilik bersih dan kemas. Kami telah dinaik taraf kepada dua bilik tidur supaya ia benar-benar luas. Semuanya bersih. Tetapi agak sukar untuk mendapatkan makanan di sana.

Location near to the airport , but is quiet. No shop, and if you hungry you only can order from hotel restaurant or grab food. Hotel is clean, breakfast is not bad , service is just average .

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.
