GGuest UserConsidering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

FfuuyunghaiI stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

From the smooth airport shuttle pickup 🚐 to every single hotel staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We arrived for a late night check-in 🌙 and the front desk still greeted us with the warmest welcome and made everything so easy.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is very strategic for transit passengers, especially for Umrah/Hajj pilgrims. Regarding cleanliness, the carpet should be replaced with a new one to avoid the musty smell. For facilities, there's no elevator to the rooms, which can be a bit challenging if guests have a lot of luggage. Overall, the hotel staff's service is excellent and friendly; they even escorted me to the check-in counter. Thanks!

AAnonymous UserStayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

KKucinta SetiaThis airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3.
To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel.
Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo.
Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.

AAnonymous UserI booked the deluxe room and extra bed for 5 people, it was spacious enough to accomidate us all and our luggages.
The service was on top with free shuttle (better to boook in advance because it gets crowded and easily filled) and fast room service. They had smart TV and wifi so we could really rest and snuggle in the room before flight.
Thw beds and bathroom was clean although there was no hairdryer available. But the other amenities was ok.
The breakfast was quite okay for the price. And the restaurant's food was also ok.
The only downside was the location, because it is located a bit far from the airport, so if you have to book online taxi without the shuttle it cost pretty much a lot.
Overall, it'd be a great place just for transit.
