정말 너무 뷰가 최고였어요! 스파 시설도 좋았습니다. 마지오레 강 바로 앞에 비치 클럽도 포함되어서 인생 경험하고 왔습니다!

Hotel is in much need of some updates. The sheets and bedding were all ripped and ball-y and the carpets are stained. One pillow each on bed. We were really disappointed after staying at the hotel majestic in bologna. Would not rate this as a 5 star hotel more like 3. Location is great and breakfast buffet was just ok. Most hotels now let you order omelets or eggs how you like, we missed that. This is our 4th time to the lakes and we would not stay here again. Hotel needs some painting and updates to rooms

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

Il compenso è ottimo si tratta di un lavoro e deve avere un adeguato compenso racconto questa esperienza su tripadvior solo perché molto divertente. Non ero intenzionato a scrivere recensioni talvolta lo faccio sperando che possano servire non ai Clienti ma in particolare ai proprietari o gestori di alberghi o ristoranti come spunto per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Quando mi capita di scriverle le documento come nel mio lavoro da evidenze oggettive ma in questo caso non ne ho molte. Premetto che l'albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e questo non era riportato chiaramente su TripAdvisor. Una forte carenza nel controllo di un'attività straordinaria così rilevante, da parte della Direzione dell'albergo mi porta a consigliare di evitare la prenotazione sino al termine dei lavori. Nella ristrutturazione in corso sono state momentaneamente eliminate le scale esterne su un lato dell'albergo da utilizzare come vie di fuga in caso di incendio, restano quelle sul lato opposto. Sul lato dove è in corso la ristrutturazione ho notato che vengono eseguiti lavori di profonda perforazione che mi fanno pensare a problemi strutturali da risolvere. All'arrivo chiedo di utilizzare il parcheggio interno a pagamento anche perché una parte di quello esterno ė utilizzato come parcheggio per i mezzi che stanno lavorando alla ristrutturazione. Scendo verso il parcheggio interno e volendo andare al coperto come generalmente faccio nei vari alberghi a 4 stelle dove mi reco scendo sino al portone interno. È chiuso scendo e lo apro premendo sul comando per l'apertura. Il portone si apre io proseguo e mi trovo anziché in un parcheggio libero in un salone colmo di mobili o altre cose accatastate mi è impossibile accedere per fare inversione di marcia e sono costretto a risalire in retromarcia ovviamente affrontare la forte pendenza in retromarcia causa una forte usura al mezzo che si guida, e questo è stato evidenziato dal fortissimo odore di gomma bruciata che si sentiva. Risalito in retromarcia il posto macchina più comodo era occupato da una carriola colma di vetri rotti. Non me la sento di spostarla così vado verso i posti a pagamento esterni. Parcheggio la macchina con estrema difficoltà, correttamente nei limiti circoscritti, dato che lo spazio per parcheggiare non permette una facile manovra. Sceso dalla macchina noto che, appena sopra al cofano della macchina termina un tubo delle grondaie e tutta l'acqua finisce sul cofano dato che sta piovedo. La cosa non mi piace e decido di spostarla. Con estrema difficoltà, dato che lo spazio e molto stretto riparcheggio la macchina altrove. Visto che l'albergo è in ristrutturazione non è possibile accedere direttamente dal retro dal parcheggio, ma è necessario ripercorrere con le valige la stradina ora in salita uscire da parcheggio per rientrare in albergo. Arriviamo alla partenza, ed al recupero della macchina al parcheggio. Ca

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional. It is a grand old hotel though well maintained with modern comfortable rooms. The beds were good. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The grassy area outdoors near the pool is a great place to sit and look at the lake and at Isola Bella. Service was very good. Only problem was the food. We were here as part of a group and had half board. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was very spotty. Mostly not so good, a few good meals. Avoid the fish, always way overcooked. If you are not tied to a group walk into town for dinners.

Nice and clean rooms bathroom is big and nicely set, very good service and convenient access. My only regret is the poor quality of fruit juices served for breakfast, very close to perfection. Included in my roadbook for next journeys.

This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. The hotel is located in front of the railways station, extremely convenient it is managed by an attentive staff. Beautiful and spacious room with a modern restroom. Ideal to explore Turin!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, conveniently located near the Polytechnic. The room, all services and breakfast were all of a high standard. The room temperature was set at 21 deg C (high coming from UK winter) which I changed daily to something lower, when I remembered to do so. As a result, I used the minibar for two tins of lemonade as became very thirsty. I realised there would be a charge but I could find no information as to what this would be. I suggest that at 5 Euro per tin (on an honesty basis) this charge is far too high a markup ie half this would have been acceptable. So I downgrade my rating from 5 star to 4 star.

This hotel was booked due to our car broke down in Turin. So not the happiest couple arrived in a rental car to the hotel and from that moment we were just amazed by the hotel staff. What a team! The hotel service turned out to be at a 5 star level hidden in a suburb to Turin! This was not what we expected! We left Turin after just one night with a fixed car and a fantastic hotel experience! Hotel in an excellent location in front of Porte Nova train station and very close to Via Roma. Adjacent to the hotel there are few parking spaces for hotel guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, the staff at reception, cleaning and the dining room are very kind and helpful (especially Marco from reception). The room we stayed in (254) was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast.

L’hôtel est très bien situé Le petit déjeuner avec des produits des grands qualités locales.. L’accueil chaleureux et professionnel Grands plus pour le parking sur place et la prise charger ma voiture électrique (le prix de 45 euros) La chambre grande mes un peu viellot..

We had a great stay here. The photos don't do the hotel justice - it's bright and clean, and the spa is fantastic. Location is excellent for exploring the city, but despite the central location, it was so quiet and peaceful - and our stay was great value. Really enjoyed the breakfast and we had a classic room which had a balcony which was a lovely surprise. Plus, a free late check out. The only thing we'd flag is that you have to book a spot in the spa, so you need to do a bit of planning rather than going along when you fancy. But, this did mean it was always really quiet, and we got the slots we wanted most of the time. It's a really minor point, because for the price, location and ambience, this hotel is a must for a break in Turin!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti 22-23/04/2023 di seguito lascio mio feedback per i prossimi potenziali clienti: Camera (al 5° ed ultimo piano): Premetto di aver pagato €345 a notte (SOLO PERNOTTO) per una quadrupla anche se all'atto del check-in uno dei due colleghi (no il Sig. Rodolfo, l'altro) ci ha detto di averci riservao una junior suite (allo stesso prezzo), nient'altro che una mansarda (allego foto con nome ”Camera” e ”Camera1”) le junior suite e le quadruple sono strutturate diversamente (salotto e più ambienti..). La mattina presto siamo stati svegliati sempre da un forte odore di cucinato per quello che preparavano per la colazione. No canali ”pay per view”... Camere, pulizia: lascio che parlino le foto (allego foto con nome ”Camera2”, ”Camera3” e ”Camera4”).... Bagno: nulla di particolare se non lo strettissimo indispensabile (allego foto con nome ”Bagno”). Colazione (si paga a parte €7 a persona): nella norma, niente di particolare. Un grazie al simpatico Nicolas e alle cameriera educate e premurose. Per finire, essendo non rimborsabile la tariffa, rispetto al 22/23 Aprile date del soggiorno, mi hanno addebitato la somma totale nettamente prima: 12 Aprie, MAI VISTO!! In definitiva per quello che ho pagato: NON TORNERO' PIU'...

Beautiful hotel and location.Great staff,very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t give a 5 stars for few flaws: 1)The hotel is expensive,even so there is no kettle in the room and if you want you need to pay an extra 10 euros.I have travelled a lot around the globe and this is first time it happens. 2)There is a sauna but again you need to pay an extra 12 euros to use it 3)At check out we were charged a 5% of the total bill in service charges.This wasn’t mentioned at the time of the booking (only the tourist fee), so I have found it unfair.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for everything the @villapalazzoaminta offered to us on our wedding day. The whole experience was so perfect, that we felt like we were at our houses. Villa Aminta is now our place in Stresa. And Stresa, our love's place in the world. Comfortable rooms, stunning views, tasty food, and a kind and helpful staff. Por segunda vez volvimos a este hotel que nunca decepciona aunque deben mejorar la forma en que exponen las ofertas. Al llegar al hotel pedí que quería tener la oferta relax total que figuraba en la pagina web. En la mima décia desde 1399 Euros por lo que di oor obvio que ese era el precio para 3 días ( publicidad engañosa, sin necesidad.). Pensando que este era el precio me dijeron en el chek in que no podían generarlo ellos, debía subir al Spa para arreglar con la persona de ahí. Subo al Spa antes de hacer chek in; y le muestro a la persona la oferta a lo que me dice que si la podemos tomar. Me dice que lo debo arreglar en el chek in. Bajo a chek in y hago la gestión por el programa Relax Total. Después de un buen rato me dicen que esta ok y les pido para pagar toda la estadía. Siempre hago de esta forma. Cuando voy a pagar cada habitación ( eran 2); me dicen que el total de ese programa eran 1799 Euros en vez de 1399 Euros. Les reclamo que en el Spa había mostrado la oferta y que me habían dicho que estaba ok pero me dicen que esa tarifa es para otros meses, no el que estaba en curso. Yo ya le había dicho a mis acompañantes que tomaríamos ese programa. Estaban todos ilusionados. Pero al enterarme que valía 400 Euros más de lo que decía en la página inicial tuve que cancelar. Pedí para hablar con el Gerente y este me dijo que no iba a hacer nada; no siquiera una atención por haberse equivocado cuando subí al Spa ( que ellos me mandaron) y le mostré el programa a la chica, la que me dio el ok. Un Gerente que no sabe tratar a un cliente. Yo tengo empresa y si me pasa eso busco una solución. Ellos alegaron que si yo ponía la fecha me arrojaba el precio que decían ellos. Cosa que era verdad. Pero entonces , porque me hicieron ir al Spa para arreglar la oferta? Y si la chica me dio el ok cuando le mostré el precio y el programa; no deberían haber aido flexibles ? Que necesidad tiene el hotel de hacer publicidad engañosa ? La verdad que el hotel es espectacular. No tengo nada que decir respecto a sus habitaciones, las piscinas , el Spa etc. Todo es de primera. La cena que tuvimos ahí no me gustó. Cara y porciones muy pequeñas. El resto todo de primera. Aconsejo que cambien la forma de promover estas ofertas Igualmente recomiendo el hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Splendid for 2 nights while enjoying Lake Maggiore, we had wonderful weather. This Hotel is beautiful, quite grand but in a friendly way, the interiors are classic light and airy make the most of stunning views across the lake. The reception team are very welcoming and friendly and we were greeted like old friends. They very simply and efficiently organised a private water taxi for us to tour the lake and the islands with a lovely skipper who dropped us off and picked us up as we wished. It saved so much queuing on the Islands and we could follow our own timetable. It cost €100 for the both of us and was worth it. We had dinner one night on the terrace over looking the lake which was fabulous. Beautifully presented melon and their local cured ham which was sweet and delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection and my husband’s perch fresh and tasty. The restaurant team were both efficient but fun too. A lovely evening. Our room was one of their corner suites which was roomy, light with two balconies on the 5th floor so again wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. It had everything we needed including a welcome bottle of Prosecco. The only hiccup was a small bathroom incident when I got stuck in the toilet! The sliding doors that separated it from the main bathroom got jammed and there I was. Fortunately there was a phone on the wall so I tried enough numbers to finally attract the attention of reception who responded immediately and I was released. This clearly needs looking at and was not fixed during our stay but the Hotel from management down were apologetic, understanding and could not have done more apart from take the bathroom apart which I’m sure they will do now we have left. This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful place inside a charming and well run Hotel. Swimming in the lake was sublime, warm, calm with sun beds a few steps away from the water. If you book a suite the use of the Spa is included however at this time of year the lake is perfect plus there is an outdoor pool. Thank you Hotel Splendid.
