★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

It was all very to our satisfaction. The location is perfect, you are in a few minutes on the beach or at the restaurant. Breakfast was whatever good, especially waa with it. Your staff were very friendly and helpful, where may even be in our rooms earlier.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the meeting place, surrounding restaurants and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the desk and Internet connection are perfect for work. Breakfast options are varied and can start the day with a quick meal. The front desk service is intimate and efficient, and the overall experience is very suitable for business trips

As a result, the coffee is charged, not the hotel prepared for the wet waiting guests. In addition, the shortcomings of the boutique hotel are fully reflected in this hotel. In the toilet, press the flush button, and the water will reach the body. There is a towel rack for hanging clothes on the toilet paper towel, but hanging the washed clothes will make the paper towel wet. For the price 370 euro per night deluxe suite, I would expect 5-star service and amenities, yet that is not what you will get. And it is a bit strange for a small hotel like this. First positives: Nice good size rooms, which looks less tacky than on photos. Good breakfast. New and nice hotel. Negative: There are no sunblinds in the second room which makes it hot and brings light early. There is no AC. How is it possible to have 5-stars without AC? For this price? Refrigerator did not work. I reported to reception - 0 impact. The spa is a joke. It is just a sauna and jacuzzi. Moreover, the staff did not even bother to fill it with water. They do not care. If you want, you can fill. In a 5-star hotel! There is nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Even 0-star hotels have that. In general, there is nobody who can help you with baggage at all. Is it arrival or departure - looks like they do not care. It did enjoy my short stay, yet was disappointed with service.
