Exceptional Hospitality That Made My Birthday Special I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Kuching Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. A heartfelt thank you to I-Rene Saw, the Guest Experience Manager, and her wonderful team for their thoughtful arrangements. They beautifully decorated the room, surprised me with a birthday cake, and put us to a newly renovated room. These small yet meaningful gestures made a big difference and created a warm, celebratory atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the service was attentive, the room was comfortable and modern, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Pullman Kuching Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you once again to I-Rene and the team for making my birthday so special!

Damai Lagoon Resort is nestled between the Mountain Santubong and the South China Sea. The resort environment is serene tugged in a tropical rainforest setting. The area provides a tranquil retreat with dense jungles and sandy beaches. The Sarawak Cultural Village is located just a stone’s throw away. It is within 10 minutes walking distance. We were given all sea-fronting views with one corner rooms on the 3rd floor. We could listen to the waves crashing on the beach during high tide. The spacious space coupled with modern shower amenities and comfortable bedding made our stay an enjoyable experience and we had a relaxing time there. The buffet breakfast served was sumptuous with wide spread of local cuisines. We enjoyed swimming in the clean infinity pool in a sunset backdrop. There are many indoor games provided for the children. Thus, you will not get bored staying in this resort. The resort entrance is grand and the guest lounge is huge and beautiful overlooking the sea. The resort staff members are very helpful and friendly. The resort is highly recommended if you want to have a relaxing holiday outside Kuching city. Thank you.

Great location in Miri city, close to miri time square. However the room was a bit run down, with the malfunction of the kettle and body weighing machine in the room. The gym facility was good but some hours packed with subscribed monthly users and the instruction to get access to the gym was rather confusing.

The beach view... It's just that our chalet the doorknob since to have faulty as when we check-in the doorknob a bit hard to open.... The rest ok.

If you're going to Mulu, you really should stay at the Marriott. The rainforest is so hot, so it's super important to come back to the room, have a nice bath, and get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The service is decent, pretty standard. The A/C is nice and cool, and the hygiene is excellent. They also have shuttle buses to the airport and the park, although they do feel a bit like cattle trucks, haha.

The location is excellent, room is clean and quiet. We booked family room with breakfast. But the breakfast provided only for 2 person. Hopefully the hotel can consider to change it to the number of members who stay for the room. Generally we will visit here again in future

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
