A experiência no Praia do Sal Resort foi excelente. O ambiente é acolhedor, moderno e muito agradável, o restaurante Omaggio é perfeito para desfrutar de uma refeição super agradável para quem gosta de uma boa massa e de uma boa pizza com valores super razoáveis. O atendimento do hotel foi atencioso e simpático, disponibilizaram até o WhatsApp para um atendimento ainda mais próximo dos clientes, sempre prestáveis e com atenção aos detalhes.
Os quartos muito cheirosos e também super acolhedores, destaco também a vista e o espaço envolvente, que tornam esta experiência ainda mais especial. As piscinas exteriores são excelentes para relaxar bem como o espaço todo a volta, que é maravilhoso! O SPA também merece destaque, piscina aquecida, sauna e banho turco são excelente para um dia relaxante. E ainda se preferir ainda mais relaxamento, o atendimento de massagens faz ainda os teus dias de estadia serem mais relaxantes. O pequeno-almoço também é um ponto excelente a referir, tudo super bem confecionado e ambiente super agradável. Este Resort é sem dúvida um excelente para uma escapadinha em casal,uma experiência que recomendo e voltarei a repetir.

O hotel tem vistas mar mas não é primeira linha, esta num alto mas afastado.
Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos.
O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído.
O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã.
O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares.
O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada.
Foi uma estadia agradável.

Un hotel silencioso, muy cómodo y agradable, con muy buena decoración y habitaciones amplias.
Buen restaurante y buenos desayunos.
Una de las mejores piscinas que é visto en hoteles y, aunque es pequeña, suficiente para refrescarte y pasar el día.
Solamente se hace de menos una zona ajardinada más amplia psra pasear.
Esta a 10 min en coche de las mejores playas de Costa ds Caparica y de muy buenos restaurantes de todo tipo.
Equipo muy servicial a todas horas.

”Heerlijk verblijf in Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisbon”
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Crowne Plaza Caparica. Het hotel is modern, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en goed uitgerust, ideaal om tot rust te komen na een dagje strand of een uitstapje naar Lissabon.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd met een glimlach en bereid om mee te denken. Voor gezinnen is dit hotel een echte aanrader: de kidsclub is geweldig! Onze dochter voelde zich er helemaal thuis dankzij de lieve en enthousiaste juffen die met veel aandacht en plezier activiteiten organiseerden. Ook het zwembad en de kinderspeelruimte waren een groot succes.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, met veel keuze en verse producten. Elke ochtend was het weer een goede start van de dag.
Het strand ligt niet direct op loopafstand, maar er rijdt een handige shuttlebus vanuit het hotel waardoor je er toch makkelijk en snel kunt komen.
Kortom: een fantastisch hotel waar gastvrijheid, comfort en kindvriendelijkheid voorop staan. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug naar Crowne Plaza Caparica!

Tryp is a very nice hotel located near the coast which allows you to go out for nice walks along the pathways by the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice they had a large mirrors on the wardrobe doors thick were very aesthetic and the toilets were clean. The food they serve is also very nice and cooked well I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it’s somewhere I plan on staying again.

Para um Hotel de 5 estrelas achei que as instalações eram de um hotel de 4 estrelas .
Este hotel está a precisar de uma remodelação, quer nos quartos, quer no restaurante Salinas, onde são servidos os pequenos almoços.
O chão do quarto onde fiquei alojada, tem um revestimento já bastante desgastado, e o sofá está a precisar de ser substituído.
Quanto à sala do pequeno almoço, as cadeiras estão praticamente todas com os estofos em baixo.
Na minha opinião, deveriam investir na renovaçao das infra-estruturas, porque o Hotel tem uma localização excelente.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa and had an overall positive experience but felt there were areas where improvements would enhance the stay for future guests.
Pros:
• Location: The hotel’s location is serene, offering beautiful ocean views, peaceful mornings with birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city.
• Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance.
Areas for Improvement:
• Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference.
• Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms.
• Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated.
• Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility.
• Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup.
Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. AAugusto H.The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

GGuest UserThe hotel has sea views but is not the first line, it is on a high but remote.
The staff were generally very sympathetic.
The top room is small, as well as the toilet but enough, the minibar is super silent, the hygienic swab had a little uncontrolled pressure. Noise for the corridor and for the outside is not the best but it is not too bad, but I haven't heard noise from the other rooms.
The SPA pool is small, they control the lotion with pre-reservation and the small children can only attend in the morning.
The gym has some machines, enough to work the large muscle groups.
The breakfast is varied, I see missing the typical alentejan bread, on the first day the mosquito eggs had a very resqueeze look, on the second day they had already a good look, I think the 10 a.m. is bad to start the staff in a snack to collect the boards and conditioning access to only a part of the buffet, starting cleaning and no longer putting anything back.
It was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe spa is quite basic with a steam room and sauna, indoor swimming pool is not heated which a bit of a shame for this weather. Feel like the spa area and the pool should be separated with different tempera.
Food from the restaurant is great, just feel like it’ll be more amazing if they do room service not take away.
It’s great it’s nearby a beach although the view wasn’t that amazing, but maybe it’s not the season ( February)
Will be great to have a kettle in the room.

AAna Cláudia Mouro DiasI went to the hotel with my mother to spend the weekend of her birthday and we loved it. The facilities and rooms are well decorated and the staff are very friendly. The outdoor area is very pleasant.
The breakfast is very varied, however we went with half board which included dinner, giving only one option of fish or meat on the menu, leaving the guest's choice limited.
In any case, the overall evaluation is very positive, and for that reason I intend to repeat the experience.

IIsabel RepresasFor a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served.
The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced.
As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down.
In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location.
