Hotel Dengan Spa di Setubal District, Portugal

Moderne, saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur mit dem landestypischen Café und Cappuccino habe ich so meine Probleme, schmeckt einfach nur bitter. Großzügiger Spa mit Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad im Keller, Tiefgarage inklusive, beste Zimmerdusche ever mit herrlichem Rainshower, den man auch Waterfall nennen könnte, dazu feinste Frottee-Handtücher. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner, ruhiger Strand mit Duschen mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Ohne Auto etwas  beschwerlich einige 100 Meter und mit Stufen abwärts. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert 100%

Gostei mas sinceramente ficou aquém das expectativas! O quarto enorme , wc bom , a vista fantástica mas um pormenor que me incomodou foi ao deitar-me o cheiro da roupa de cama e almofada não era de lavado como já encontrei até em hotéis de 2 ⭐️ , cheiro de outro corpo que não o meu! Não era suposto num hotel desta categoria. Acreditoque a almofada e o edredão não tivessem sido lavados após a utilização do hóspede anterior . Quanto ao pequeno almoço, fantástico, com vasta esolha. O spa bom também embora o banho turco não estivesse disponível.

Muito cómodo e bem atendidos. Excelente pequeno almoço. Parabéns ao pianista.

Everything perfect, the staff took really good care of everything.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was in a great location close to the costa de Caparica surf break (walking distance). The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable.

O hotel tem um interior lindíssimo, muito bem decorado e com uma atmosfera moderna e acolhedora. Os quartos são espaçosos e agradáveis; no entanto, vale mencionar que as duas camas de solteiro unidas, mesmo com um sobrecolchão, não oferecem o conforto esperado. Com o uso, as camas acabam por se separar e cria-se um espaço desconfortável entre elas, o que prejudica a qualidade do sono. Outro ponto importante é o acesso ao SPA. Apesar de ser um serviço pago à parte mesmo para hóspedes, o acesso nem sempre é possível, uma vez que depende da existência de vagas. A oferta do SPA também é limitada: consiste essencialmente numa piscina interior muito pequena para o número de quartos do hotel e num banho turco que não apresenta a melhor qualidade. Isso acaba por tornar a experiência aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria. No geral, o hotel tem potencial e uma estética irrepreensível, mas há aspetos de conforto e gestão de serviços, especialmente no que toca ao SPA, que precisam de ser melhorados para justificar plenamente a estadia.

Review for Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa and had an overall positive experience but felt there were areas where improvements would enhance the stay for future guests. Pros: • Location: The hotel’s location is serene, offering beautiful ocean views, peaceful mornings with birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city. • Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

Passamos duas noites neste hotel,para festejar o aniversário de casamento,e gostámos muito , é moderno e sossegado,podemos andar á vontade. Foram todos simpáticos e acolhedores ,a piscina interior era boa ,a água não era muito quente ,mas nada apontar sobre as instalações. As refeições foram sempre feitas no ommagio ,o atendendimento é muito superior da parte da manhã em comparação com o da noite . No geral,ficamos com vontade em voltar .
