At the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Not bad, requires repair of the room, but again it is a standard room. There is no yusb routine, but the warm and chic view on the balcony, the bed is not bad. In general for its price a good room, but would like to be better)

Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

The huge minus of the hotel is the lack of parking and the full indifference of the staff where you can leave your car. Even loading your suitcases is not possible nearby. Breakfasts too were not impressed. I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. A wonderful hotel! Deserved 4 stars! Service wonderful, met, placed quickly. And even earlier for a couple of hours, without any extra, for which great thanks. On the day of departure, it was also allowed to leave things in a special room and go quietly for a walk as I left late. The room itself is at all without complaints, bathroom, furniture - everything is in a beautiful state. Bed in general super, I love hard mattresses (not sold), bed linen new, clean. Breakfasts are also excellent, choice is not very big, but basic things (cash, sausages, eggs, garniers are varied, muslies, etc.) are, so you won't stay hungry for sure. For sauna/basin I can't say anything, I didn't get there. Cleaning every day. The only minus - the window was on the track, so the noise from the road was quite heard, even with the closed window. But here as lucky, the more at night it still was quiet. I didn't spoil the rest. And by the way - I had a studio room, with a kitchen area, including a sink and microwave. So at all everything is super! Thank you the huge team of the hotel for the hospitality! I will definitely return if possible!

Абсолютно не понравилась шведская линия. Для отеля 4* очень слабо. Завтракать абсолютно нечем, для стоимости завтрака в 900 рублей-это абсолютный провал! Скрэмбл стоял прям в сковороде с ручкой, это очень странно. Хлеб подсохший. Чистота, уют, комфорт номерного фонда на отлично. Приветливость персонала тоже на 5. СПА-услуги тоже слабоваты: 1 небольшой бассейн, джакузи и 2 небольшие бани. Время работы СПА до 22:00, что тоже мало, да еще и по предварительной записи несмотря на отсутствие загруженности центра.

I liked everything except the bed. Very soft for us (this is subjective minus, whom on the contrary will seem plus) But the 140cm bed width is objectively small. It is not a full-fledged double bed. I understand that the size of the Classic Standard room simply does not allow to put a big one. That's the problem. There's no problem in everything else. And the location of the apartment and furniture and the trimmings needed for comfortable accommodation are great. The cherry on the cake is the SPA complex. Bani - Russian, Finnish, moghelovaya and Hamam. The pool is 25 meters depth from 1m to 1.5m. Portier and staff are cautious and willing to help always. The spacious parking for cars, the crossroads store in the building and the proximity of the rope road complement the conveniences. We liked it, I hope we will come again.

Были в семейном номере и мне очень понравилась обстановка в отеле. на 1 этаже люди играли в приставки, игры, настольный теннис, футбол. есть столовая, но цены неоправданно высокие. Есть серф кофе. Само местоположение суперское, высоко в горах, рядом альпаки парк, подъемник, вид шикарный. Есть магазин продуктовый! Советую

Чисто, удобно, красиво. Понравилось, что была колонка салют в номере, утро начиналось с музыки. Брали номер с видом на море и много времени проводили на балконе любуясь. Завтраки разнообразные и обслуживание прекрасное. Спа хороший. Ужины отдельная любовь, ооочень вкусно в ресторане, заказ по меню. Были там 5 дней, сплошные плюсы, уезжать не хотелось. До этого останавливались в других отелях Сириуса, но теперь только сюда:)
