酒店早飯沒啥吃的，而且屋裡的門鎖不上，淋浴間一股子多年不用的味道，晚上睡覺隔音不好空調嗡嗡的響，關掉空調熱的要死，不關空調調到30°都冷的要命，被子不乾淨都是頭髮。優點也有離着中餐館近，價格550左右，算是便宜的，下次不會圖便宜來住了。

Но к обслуживанию в отеле у нас есть несколько вопросов:
1. За 4 ночи к нам ни разу не пришли убираться (никто даже не предложил вынести мусор или поделиться туалетной бумагой и т.д.)
2. Все купальные принадлежности почему-то были в одном экземпляре (полотенца, шампунь, мыло и т.д.), несмотря на то, что нас заселялось двое. Не думаю, что хорошая идея — заставлять гостей выпрашивать это у отеля. Учитывая тот факт, что 4 дня не было уборки и возможности обновить полотенца тоже не было — это стало проблемой для нас.
Но нам очень понравилось, что номер был чистым. Также у отеля хорошие завтраки (с возможностью заказать свежий горячий омлет).

Great Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar!
Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

GGuest UserThe breakfast was pretty good, the location was decent, and the room was quite spacious. The main issues were the noisy air conditioner and the fact that they don't clean unless you specifically ask, so the lack of disposable toiletries was quite annoying, especially when you come back late and find the room hasn't been cleaned. Remember to call or tell the front desk to clean.

SSambuga”The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the check-in process was very slow. The front desk staff asked me to pay an additional fee even though I had already paid via Trip.com. I explained this, but they still made me wait while they checked and asked to see my booking documents. Not impress this hotel service.

AAnonymous UserWe are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .
We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night ! They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room.
It is unfair !! So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view.
Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.
We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room. In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.
I am not satisfied for this matter.

The hotel sits conveniently near the Corniche with easy access to seaside views and local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

완완기I'm on a business trip, and I use this hotel because it's close to my company. They give me welcome fruit, and the room and bathroom are both in good condition. I loved being able to have ramen for breakfast. They also make eggs on the spot.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.
