My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.

الفندق باشكل عامة ممتاز وخاصة المطعم و جميع افراده من المدير الى اصغر مو ظف . خدمة نظافة الفرف رائعين و متعاونيين . خدمات الصيانة لا يسجيبون هل المشكلة من الاستقبال لا يبلغوهم ام منهم.
الاستقبال بشوشين ولكن ينقصهم بعض التدريب . المواقف قليلة جدآ

Warm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.

CCHUN HOThe room was much larger than expected, with plenty of room for activities, the air conditioner could be adjusted freely, the room temperature was comfortable, the bathroom had sufficient water pressure, and the cleaning matters requested by the housekeeper were all handled one by one. It was a very good experience

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

AAnonymous UserWe are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .
We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night ! They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room.
It is unfair !! So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view.
Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.
We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room. In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.
I am not satisfied for this matter.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.

CCarlo Jake HamacI arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!
