Hotel Dengan Pools di Aichi Prefecture, Japan

The view from the room, the onsen and the pool is wonderful, it's worth the experience! The amenities are okay although the building is old it looks like it has been renovated the rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable! Excellent dinner and breakfast!

Although this is an old hotel but I would say it is much better than many new 4 star hotel in term of room amenities and cleanliness. Especially the free drinking lounge at the firth floor which is huge, quiet and clean. Furthermore there is direct limousine bus to this hotel from Nagoya International Airport. Location wise it's just 400m from Fushimi station and this make it easy to travel to most of the tourist attractions. The only downside is the room we booked is a bit too small for 3 adults with 2 medium luggage. I will highly recommended this hotel for those who plan to visit Nagoya!

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

只是在入住的過程有點阻滯, 因是第一次入住日本的汽車旅館, 不知道入住流程是怎樣的, 去到前台, 一個服務人員都沒有, 這都明白的, 因去得汽車旅館都是比較隱密的, 但前台也沒有指示可以怎樣CHECK IN, 自己周圍摸索了一陣子, 終於發現到在離開的那個通道的精算機旁有個電話 (因進入和離開是分開2個通道的), 便嘗試拿起電話, 好在一拿起電話就有人接聽, 我告知他我是來CHECK IN的, 很快便有人員出來幫我了..... 這是一個很好的經驗, 也慶幸自己有發現到那個電話, 否則不知有等幾耐先可以入住了....

施設は経過年相応であるが、建物は大きく広い。駐車場までは遠く、難がある。部屋内の付属品は最低限あり、困ることはない。食事は美味しく調理され、満足した。

Great Legoland Hotel and wonderful kid friendly facility provided, including kid play zone - Keep playing Lego. My kid enjoyed so much. Large room with treasure box quiz in room as gift. Good location and car parking area nearby, less than 10min walk distance. Adjacent to Legoland Japan. Fantastic buffet breakfast offered to visitors. Strongly recommended if you like Lego!

今回は梅雨の時期で天候は心配しておりましたが幸い天候が良くホテルからの眺めは良く本当にゆったりと気分が良く過ごす事が出来ました、ゴルフや魚釣りの趣味の方には最高の立地だと感じました。

This is the best hotel I have been to in Nagoya. Location is 100%, right above all major railways and such a life saver for tourists in the most ‘maze-like’ Nagoya station. It is wonderfully connected by express lift, and the staff pays attention to details. I left my credit card in a shop, while panicking the reception staff helped me with phone calls and follow up and managed to retrieve my card back. I will definitely recommend this to everyone travelling in Nagoya.

Hotel room is spacious but hotel feels dated. General cleanliness seems ok but my son found dead bug on his bed and PET bottle under his bed in his room. Area is convenient if you have a car. Loads of food and shopping in close proximity. Parking space is also abundant but seems to fill up quickly at night. Breakfast was excellent.

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.
