Отель , хороший, завтраки шикарные, рядом ТЦ. Бесплатный трансфер на гору, утром отвозят и вечером забирают 30 минут дорога. Центр города, днем интересно погулять и окунуться в атмосферу . Бесплатное spa , бассейн , сауна и хамам. Номер большой, утюг , доска гладильная, чисто, убираются каждый день, чай кофе в номере.

Dit is ons derde 3 keer dat we een verblijf hebben hier, zonder twijfel weer geboekt en uiterst tevreden. Het is een stedentrip en en hebt alle voorzieningen. Het is modern ingericht en in een rustige wijk, wanneer ik de drukte wil opzoeken ga ik daarheen. Zo niet kan ik rustig uitrusten. Ik de avond mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

В день заселения нас встретили, накормили и разместили отлично, хотя мы заселялись позднее стандартного времени (заранее их предупредили о позднем заселении по эл.почте). В день выезда , когда вернулись в 12:30 в отель за чемоданами (выселение в 12:00, номер мы заранее освободили, и оставили чемоданы у дверей в номере), чемоданы просто стояли на улице, а на улице зима, охраны нет. Мы не поняли, почему чемоданы не перенесли на ресепшн...
Расположен отель в центре, удобно, всё в шаговой доступности.
Номер аутентичный, большой, теплый, соответствует фото отельера, есть все необходимые принадлежности, включая хороший фен, но недостаточно чисто, есть посторонний запах (возможно травили муравьев, но безрезультатно), много муравьев, бегающих по своим тропинкам друг за другом (не один-два). За удобства сняла балл, т.к. зима, а дверь номера выходит сразу на улицу, т.е. на ресепшн и в ресторан нужно идти по улице. В другие сезоны это не будет минусом, т.к. двор красивый и уютный, но зимой неудобно.

приехали сюда во второй раз в январе 20206 на 1 ночь (до этого были 7 дней в новогодние каникулы 2022-2023). Все так же хорошо, вот изменения, которые бросились в глаза:
-завтраки ранее будто бы были лучше, но и сейчас твердая 5ка.
-добавился сервис сдачи на парковку и получения авто с парковки (не крытая) через ресепшен (бесплатно).

KKsusha RThe location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city.
The amenities are excellent; this is our second time staying at this hotel (we stayed two years ago). The beds, pillows, and mattresses are all superb. There's a pool, sauna, and hammam. The changing rooms were renovated this year, and you can tell they've been updated.
The view from the window onto the square is superb.
The rooms are very warm, sometimes even too hot.
Cons:
1. Cleaning and cleanliness - they're very poor in the rooms. They wash the floors every other time, and even then, they don't sweep or mop the corners or under the furniture, and they don't dust. Cleaning is a big issue here, and monitoring it is also a challenge. We're just not picky, so it's fine for us; the advantages outweigh the other advantages, but those who value cleanliness may not like it. However, if you complain to the hotel reception, cleaning issues tend to get resolved more or less.
2. The TV is an old model, if anyone cares. No Smart TV, no YouTube, and the hard drive or flash drive won't connect. There are plenty of channels, but we liked it.
3. The transfer to the mountain is poorly organized; it's not punctual and can be 20 minutes late! They drop everyone off at their hotels, and the transfer isn't their own, so sometimes the return trip took 1.5 hours, which is terrible.
4. The hotel breakfasts are very expensive, and the restaurant for dinner is also expensive.

OOsman Beyaztas2nd time I visit this hotel. Overal ok hotel to stay, but I notice that the rooms aren't maintained not that well. That's a putty, since last year it was a great hotel to stay and now it's OK ish... Hope next year it will be better and not worse.

CChangGreat location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport.
The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.

GGuest UserOn the day of settlement we were met, fed and placed perfectly, although we were settled later on the standard time (previously warned of late settlement by email). On the day of departure , when we returned at 12:30 to the hotel for suitcases (exile at 12:00, the room we released in advance and left the suitcases at the door in the room), the suitcases were just standing on the street and on the street in winter, there was no security.
