Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with gorgeous breakfast that had multiple options. Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet.

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.

it was a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view was amazing too. they organise tours for the best sites in trabzon which i really recommend. only the location is hard to reach a bit since it’s on the mountain. the breakfast was good overall.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul

الفندق جيد جدا الغرفة تم حجز غرفة بالشرفة المكان بعيد عن الميدان والأسواق ولكن المطعم المقابل على البحر كان ممتاز ولذيذ خدمة الفندق ممتازه وسريعه ولكن يوجد بعض الاشياء مكسوره بالغرفه مثل الستارة جهاز المكيف ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات كثيره وامنه السيارة التي تم استأجرها تم حكها من شخص اخر

Отель находится недалеко до Трабзона (на авто). Номер был с видом на море, очень тихое утро с пением птиц👍завтраки хорошие, есть парковка для машины.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und einer ruhigen Lage. Selbst die Zimmer zur Waldseite sind sehr angenehm und sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sich das Hotel an einem Hang befindet, rund 10 Minuten mit Taxi vom Zentrum entfernt. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.
