It is comfortable and not expensive, and it is a great experience. A good choice for business travel. I have lived for four days, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is a cheap place.

Stayed for a simple weekend getaway and really enjoyed it

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

We love staying at this hotel ! It has the friendliest staff and so clean and well kept .they have an indoor ,hot tub and pool and outside pool with fireplace..It's so close to stores ,restaurants that you can just walk most places ..We met the friendliest families staying and this trip was amazing..Will stay again every time

The hotel was much bigger than I expected and the facilities were good. The staff were all friendly. Due to my travel schedule, I ended up just sleeping, so I regretted not being able to use the pool, bar, etc. I would like to use it again next time I go to Chattanooga.

The location is pretty good, and it's convenient to downtown. There's a very famous local fried chicken restaurant downstairs. There's a supermarket nearby for shopping within a five-minute walk.

This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.

We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The eggs were delicious! A very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the room. Resort could not find our reservation at first, so check-in took a long time. However, AC did not work the last night we were there.
