I enjoyed my stay, the customer service was amazing, the staff were really friendly and helpful
I enjoyed the private beach and the pool and the view was so beautiful! I enjoyed the breakfast too, I wished there was more variety though but it all tasted really good.

La atención excelente. El balcón con vista al mar.
Las instalaciones no tiene casi espacios en común.
El desayuno era demasiado simple, podrían mejorarlo. Era todo frío y solo podías tomar café. Sumaria más frutas y tipos de té. También sumaria mucho poder calentar o tostar las cosas para comer.

I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely room. It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. They served good breakfast too. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for.
The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit disappointing—TV needs wifi or internet to work too. I managed, but it would definitely improve the experience if Wi-Fi were available directly in the room.
Overall, a charming place to stay, and I’d happily return once the Wi-Fi issue is sorted!

Séjour mitigé au début, mais qui s’est nettement amélioré au fil des jours.
Le parking est très compliqué d’accès, avec une descente assez difficile. L’accueil n’a pas été particulièrement chaleureux à notre arrivée.
Nous avions réservé une chambre double, mais nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits collés. Le petit-déjeuner est également à revoir : manque de variété, café de mauvaise qualité et absence de micro-ondes. Après réclamation, nous avons cependant pu avoir du vrai café.
Un changement de chambre nous a ensuite été proposé, ce qui a amélioré notre expérience. Malgré ces points négatifs, l’endroit reste très beau avec une vue magnifique.

The room was clean, the staff was super helpful and nice. The pool outside was amazing and open for a long time, they provide towels. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different options. The only thing missing was a thicker blanket. And the time for checkout is pretty early.

The Best View in Saranda, Period. A Spectacular Rooftop Pool & Amazing Staff. Honestly, the view from this hotel is just unreal. Watching the sunset from our balcony—and later from the amazing rooftop pool bar—was the absolute highlight of our entire trip. What really makes this place special, though, is the team. You can immediately tell it's a family-run hotel from the personal care they put into everything. They were always available to help with a smile, and our room was fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and with a really comfortable bed. A quick note on the location: Yes, it's on a hill above the city, but for us, this was the perfect trade-off. You're only a 5-minute drive from the busy center, but you get total peace and quiet (and that view). It was also the perfect base for exploring the area. We did easy day trips to Butrint National Park, the stunning beaches at Ksamil, and the Blue Eye. Seriously, if you're looking for a hotel in Saranda with the best view, a stunning pool, and genuinely wonderful service, just book it. We will 100% be booking our stay at Sunset Shoreline Saranda again.

Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

Amazing
What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

GGuest UserThe room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly.
The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level.
Some lights weren’t lighting
The toilet is not very clean - it smells.
The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all.
But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time.
View is beautiful - sea view
Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

I recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting. The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

We have stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights and its located in the center of the city and really close to the main public beach in Sarande. The owners have their own restaurant and the hotel and they are doing a great job as the lady cooks lovely food and you will find it affordable to eat and stay as its really beautiful and efficient to visit nearby places. There are all types of facilities around the hotel. Do ask the owner or the people if you need help in navigation to vista places they will let you know. I loved my stay and will visit it again without any doubt.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay
