Excellent front desk staff, totally understand what the customer needs, highly recommended for English speaking clients.

The hotel is very good. The friendliness of the employees is perfect. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. There is no shower pressure but it is still fine. Lots of pillows. The people are helpful although they must be careful to keep the tables clean so that others can occupy them for breakfast. They must also bring clothes from the laundry to the room without having to ask for them. However, this does not diminish how good a hotel it is. Only details to improve.

Manaus' accommodation, the hotel is OK, the room card has a few problems, I feel that the magnetic is insufficient, I always can't open the door, and then I changed it again and there is no problem. For breakfast, it’s okay. For us, there is no vegetables, no to Sao Paulo, there are fruits, there are waiters, fried eggs, etc. Now they don't clean the room on business trips, so room service doesn't experience it. I went up to the rooftop pool too, small, but it's OK.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The environment is elegant, the location is excellent, and the restaurant is delicious. The key is that the staff are very kind, professional and have a superb service awareness. It was the most pleasant stay in my Brazil trip.

Hotel is very well located and is in the central region of Manaus. It has a good structure and has a good breakfast. I stayed at the accommodation for 2 days, but I only booked 1 through Trip. The negative point is regarding the first day, where there were two power outages, during the early hours of the morning, leaving the room without air conditioning. The heat in Manaus is terrible and the power only came back on around 2 hours later. Considering the structure of the hotel, they should have a good generator.

可能是當地經濟發展的問題，已經是當地最好的酒店了，但是整體跟國內維也納比都還弱一點的感覺。在主幹道邊上，治安不錯。 因為行程變更雖然攜程有標註不能退款，而且已經入住兩天後了，溝通後酒店還是同意退款。 很加分

The loge is beautiful, perfectly in the nature and treated in every detail. All you can expect from a hotel in the jungle is here: silence, genuine nature, comfort and a unique atmosphere.

Hotel breakfast is good But I don't know why my room doesn't have hot water. Because the number of days to live is small I didn't give feedback. I took a cold shower for two days. Haha.

The room is pretty good, the surrounding area is prosperous and the roads are convenient.
