Efetuamos a reserva da hospedagem com base nas fotografias divulgadas. Realmente parecia se tratar de um hotel 4 estrelas, como anunciado. Chegando ao hotel, notamos um odor desagradável na recepção. Para atender aos 11 andares de quartos, havia apenas um elevador operante, este pequeno e com odor extremamente desagradável. A preocupação com a pandemia de Covid-19 inexiste. Vários funcionários não usavam máscara, bem como muitos dispenseres de álcool gel encontravam-se vazios. O primeiro quarto que nos foi disponibilizado apresentava aspecto decadente. Colchão desconfortável, roupas de cama rasgadas, limpeza deficitária (incluindo um carrapato no lençol), além do ruído ser bastante desconfortável. Feita a reclamação nos reacomodaram em um segundo quarto. Este era ainda pior. Encontramos aranhas, formigas, uma latinha de cerveja no banheiro e o colchão era extremamente desconfortável. Feita uma nova reclamação, fomos reacomodados para um terceiro quarto, este era um pouco melhor e foi possível prosseguir a estadia. No último dia da viagem, a fechadura eletrônica apresentou problemas e a equipe do hotel levou cerca de uma hora para realizar o reparo. Vale ainda destacar a baixa qualidade do café da manhã. Pelas fotos no site de reserva parecia ser uma refeição completa, no entanto, haviam apenas algumas opções de pratos quentes, um ou dois tipos de bolo, café, suco e apenas um tipo de pão. Tudo limitado, se acabasse, acabou… Para finalizar, destacamos ainda a falta de cortesia do staff durante as solicitações e atendimentos.

The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. The best thing about the hotel though was Silvia at the reception desk. She warmly welcomed us, quickly sorted out some issues with my reservation and more importantly, was a superb concierge as well. She answered all our questions patiently about what to do in and around Manaus, recommended different tours to explore the Amazon rainforest and in general was super helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you Silvia for making our Manaus trip rich and enjoyable!

很好很強大的酒店，性價比極高，除了空調聲音稍大，其他無任何問題。乾淨衞生，設施齊全，服務周到熱情。早餐也很豐盛，強烈的推薦入住。 這次馬瑙斯之行非常開心，一切都很順利，在馬瑙斯港檢票口旁邊的代理那裡定的一日遊性價比太高了，他們説是150，我剛開始以為是美元，後來再三確認是150亞雷爾，包括粉紅海豚食人魚黑白河交匯原始部落等，當然還有豐盛的午餐。一直到結束也不敢相信中途沒有強制收取任何費用。整個船是拼接的都是本地人。玩得挺開心的。衹是導遊全程用葡萄牙語服務。 導航到ponta negra beach內格羅河有沙灘可以游泳，河水讓我想起額爾古納河。從porto da CEASA坐輪渡到Porto do Careiro da Várzea，這裏的碼頭也可以游泳，這裡是亞馬遜河幹流。

In this hotel is really hard to find someone who speak any other language than portuguese; they do not speak english, spanish, Italian or any other. In addition, the makes you pay an additional tax if someone comes into your room just for few time, not to sleep of course, like the room was for two people when it is for one. Really strange! One night the elevator was opening and closing the doors all the night in the floor.... I couldn't sleep. One day I go for breakfast but there was a political talk, after a few minutes of waiting (there was no place to sit) I had breakfast in the middle of this talk with many people, photografers and so... another strange moment.

Good value small rooms perfectly good for 1 night. Clean and shower was fine. WiFi good and location near shopping malls. Disappointed as no free water and they charged Brl 10 for some water. Staff looked bored. Good location for restaurants and check in was smooth. Rooms feel like you are on a cruise as small with small window.

Stayed at Casa dos Frades following a cruise on the Amazon. I arrived a day early for my reservation, but luckily, the hotel had vacancy for an additional night. I had booked what I understood to be a basic single room, but was given an enormous double room in the end. The whole house is beautiful too. A great and varied breakfast included in the price, which makes this place great value. Location right by the Amazon Theatre is very nice.

Hotel muito bom, mas para o nosso objetivo que era turístico não indicaria. Como queríamos um hotel com piscina, para o nosso grupo de 2 adultos e 2 crianças foi o melhor custo benefício, porém fica mais distante do centro e o transito de Manaus é lastimável, acredito que o valor no uber não foi tão mais alto, mas o tempo de deslocamento sim. Com agenda turística cheia para 3 dias só usamos a piscina 1 noite e bem pouquinho, em suma se sua viagem for turística fique mais perto do centro.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They displayed a great can do attitude after we had a medical emergency. Well done to them and thanks a million for being so supportive. We had a lovely top room with a balcony they seem to be superior. Again many thanks

O hotel é ruim . Quarto pesquemos . Banheiro minúsculo . O atendimento da recepção é deplorável . Todos sem exceção tem muita má vontade em resolver os problemas que eles mesmos criam. Cheguei para fazer o meu check in e ao chegar no quarto não tinha toalha de banho e piso . Pedi a recepção e eles simplesmente me falaram que não podiam fazer pois a hotelaria tinha fechada , detalhe era 19h . O máximo que poderiam fazer era mandar um e-mail para o setor e no dia seguinte me entregar a toalha . No dia seguinte reforcei o pedido . Mesmo assim a toalha não veio . Além disso dormir uma noite com o ar do meu quarto estragado no valor de Manaus . Todos os funcionários não se esforçaram para resolver os problemas . Não são nem um pouco solícitos . Nem sorrir e dar um bom dia eles são capazes . Fujam desse hotel

Good hotel for this price . I booked for 2 people, and we got a 3-person room with a large bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable, although the sheets were too small and did not cover the mattresses completely. Air conditioning ok. No possibility to make coffee, tea, no welcomeing free bottle of water. Breakfast included, continental buffet. However, a few products were missing, the juices were of poor quality, and making toast was a miracle. Outside there is an outdoor swimming pool, a small gym and a sauna. The sauna smelled bad - later I found out that the saunas in Manaus have such a smell because of the wood used. The pool is unserviced. There were literally 4 sunbeds next to it, and the rest have to make do with chairs. In the corridors and common areas, the air conditioning seems to work to the max and it's cold, and then you enter the very old elevator, where there is no air conditioning - it's easy to catch a cold. For a hotel with a swimming pool in the city center - nice! However, the details mentioned above make me rate it a 4, not a 5. I recommend for ahort stay, but not for long holiday
