I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

Clean and spacious room, separate dressing room, clean saucer, friendly staff, helped in the rain - approached the car with a umbrella, the service is excellent. Good night, birds sing in the morning, a pleasant garden in the yard... We'll be happy to stop again there.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Great stay! Always looked for an Ibis at the town and now I’m hoping to stay here very often on my business travels.
It is an hotel where you know what to look for, how it works, simplicity but at the same time functionality.

The hotel is very well located. The room is very good, the bed is very good. We ask for lunch in the room, excellent! Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular. Service and service needs to really improve. A very negative point: the hotel has no power generator, the energy ended when we were preparing for a dinner and we could not even use lifts, and that is not what we expect from a hotel at that level.

The rooms are good, but they do not follow the same pattern, for example, another day I stayed in a room with smart TV with streaming options such as Netflix and so on, this time I stayed in a room that TV was not smart. Delay in check-in and check-out, the reception should be faster.

Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!
