El año pasado también me alojé en este hotel y la verdad quedé muy contenta, por eso volvimos este año, pero este año no fue lo mismo, la ducha de la habitación se salía toda el agua, que llego hasta donde estaba la cama, además, había una filtración en el lavamanos que, obviamente avisé, fueron a arreglar pero no quedó bien así que siguió la filtración, después nuevamente fueron y no quedó del todo bien, en fin, no fue muy cómodo, después de indicarles de la situación me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación pero a una más pequeña, que no acepté y la solución que me dieron que me quedara ahí en la misma y ellos me pasaban más toallas para secar el agua, mal ahí.
Lo bueno es la ubicación , muy cerquita de la playa, eso facilita muchas cosas.
No sé si volvería…

valparaiso真的是好美的山城，遠離了Santiago的喧囂吵鬧，又回到了像烏拉圭colonia一樣的小鎮，人們的美好又出現了，喜歡這些小地方遠離大城市，酒店還有平台拍攝也好，在小鎮依依不捨地度過了3天，坐大巴車來回首都，好喜歡這裏！
酒店去山城裡遊客集中區也很方便，走路1km，都可以到，最漂亮的也就在這附近，sandiago和Valparaiso的酒店安全措施都做得很好，好愛這裏！
退房時晚上的大巴車，還可以寄存行李，還可以去平台歇着，小地方真是好

趕去南極的郵輪超級方便，從首都聖地亞哥乘大巴直達，走15分鐘即可到酒店，從酒店到郵輪碼頭步行不超15分鐘，酒店早餐不錯，全是海景房，房間看日落超美，樓下就是大超市，注意八點半就關門了。酒店歺廳不錯，雖然價格不便宜但是量大，二人點一份就可以了

來Viña主喜來登準沒錯！窗外就是Viña著名的華夫城堡，V陽台非常適合看日出和日落，視野非常不錯！
酒店的服務非常好，屬於有求必應，而且自駕停車也非常方便，早餐品類算挺齊全的，而且食材都比較健康。
另外特別表揚一下酒店的泳池，水温和室內的温度都非常合適，酒店還給每個人提供加熱過的毛巾，看得出來在服務方面非常用心了！

Ну довольно странное место для отеля. Вокруг гетто и ничего нет. У нас был номер без балкона. Лучше не бронируйте его, тк вид на океан загораживала крыша ресторана, который расположен внизу. Сам отель приятный, чистый. Не хватает общих зон на улице чтобы сидеть с видом на океан. Бассейн грязный, даже ноги мочить не хотелось. Завтрак неплохой, есть колбасы, сыр, фрукты, йогурт, яйца. Есть своя парковка, что очень актуально в гетто-районе)

Un hotel literalmente en el mar, muy lindo, primer nivel. El spa muy buenos piscina, masajes, un hot tub en la azotea al aire libre maravilloso. Bar y restaurant excelentes. La atención destacada de Eduardo en el Bar y Benjamin en el restaurant. La comida muy buena especialmente el curry de camarones , los sorretinos al pesto y el gratin de frutos Del Mar.No dejen de tom**** un espumante de cortesía en la terraza del bar

住進了心目中的100分酒店，真是太棒了！！
一下飛機就受到了熱烈的歡迎，酒店的同事非常熱情友善，接送機的女孩非常漂亮～到達酒店的時候還收到了special welcome drink❤️
酒店的位置在小鎮中央，房間乾淨整潔，早餐特別豐富！在外面遊玩一天回到酒店感覺特別治癒和放鬆～
就算什麼也不做，靜靜坐在酒店門口沙發上吹吹風都很舒適和愜意😌還想再來，強烈推薦！

MMister StephenThis hotel is about 250 meters walk from the airport. Turn right out the front gate of the airport, cross the road and walk. Look for the hotel name on a big rock and walk down for ten meters. It's a twenty minute walk from town center. Kenatea was a great host, allowing me late check out. Very comfortable bed and nicely landscaped. Very good wifi. Nice pool. I enjoyed my stay. Good continental breakfast.

However, you can get well in the main street and use buses etc. The room was modern and spacious and had a great view of the port and the coast.
The bed was pleasant and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.
The bathroom was hygienic and the service was good.
The breakfast was very delicious and here is a great view of the terrace. The restaurant also offers delicious dishes.

XXiaoxuan3490The cruise to Antarctica is super convenient. You can take a direct bus from the capital Santiago to the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The breakfast in the hotel is good. All rooms have sea views. The sunset from the room is super beautiful. Floor Next is a large supermarket, please note that it closes at 8:30. The hotel restaurant is good. Although the price is not cheap, the portion is large. You can order one portion for two people.

GGuest UserI also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad.
The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier.
I don't know if I would go back...
