The location is the best! Definitely worth the visit! And the views are very memorable! The room was great too and I appreciated the breakfast delivery as well. BUT even though the staff were nice, it was very unfortunate that none of them could communicate in English, and they always ran to use their translation apps... This was very sad! The result was to only chat over WeChat, which isn't good.

The giant Optimus Prime in front of hotel is hard to miss. I really like the sci-fi themed room. I traveled solo, but I am certain family with young children would really enjoy these rooms. The beds are comfy and clean too. Breakfast is also very good.

Great location! Near Bell tower, Drum tower, Muslim Quater, city gate, shopping malls, restaurants, shops and more! Close to subway stations . Very convenient! We highly recommended this hotel, only one thing that we don’t like is the cigarette smoke. We were so surprised to see a guy smoked at the hallway in front of his room! We thought it was non smoking hotel, but overall we will definitely book this hotel again in the future trip.

Love the hotel interior decoration and the amenities provided. We booked the suite room and was blown away by the size and room layout. The interior fixtures are also very nice. Very thoughtful hotel - they even provide a disposable bathtub cover for use. Good location, it is near a metro station and guests can use the laundry room for free (with detergent provided).

Great location, clean room, room was small but ok for a short stay. On top of manner coffee too which is a bonus! I had left an item behind and they were very good and let me know straight away.

We were in this hotel 2 days. Breakfast was very tasty, Chinese and European food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with all the requests we had. We visited the hot springs and were very pleased, the temperature was from 30 to 50 degrees, with various additives inside: herbs, fruits and even wine. I also visited gym, its simple but functional. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city and enjoy good service.

Let's start with positives: + Great location. Right next to the city wall and the embankment, very scenic with lots of greenery, flowers, and good vibes :) + Rooms are spacious, with cool balconies for tea parties Now about the negatives: – We got 2 rooms for 4 people, one room was available immediately, while other we had to wait about an hour. It's not a big deal, but considering we were checking in late (3pm), I would expect all rooms to be ready — Breakfast was very scarce, I would appreciate a bit more choice. Also, coffee machine was broken during our visit, which is a bummer — Rooms that faced the alleyway was quite noisy at night even with windows shut. I believe the rooms facing courtyard are much quieter, so keep that in mind — In general service was a bit lackluster — for example, we got vouchers for breakfast that we pre-paid, but only for a single day. We had to come to lobby to get another voucher for the next day — honestly, unnecessarily complicated for such a simple task, why not just ask room numbers at breakfast point, like in many other hotels? All things considered, not a bad hotel, but has some room for improvement.

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. A special thank you as well for the wonderful birthday surprise! My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

A real gem in China! Friendly staff, who were very happy to help with tickets for attractions and shows, as well as provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well located for everything and for anything further afield, Xi'an's Didis are inexpensive and the drivers are generally super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were fine, everything is cooked to order, which we all liked as usual hotel buffets tend to be less fresh and hot. The hotel was quirky and interesting, and my children really enjoyed their time at the cat cafe. All in all, a fantastic stay in a comfortable, well appointed and very reasonably priced hotel.
