The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes getting around for sightseeing or commuting incredibly convenient and saves a lot of travel time. What's even better is that the famous Muslim Quarter is right next to the hotel. As soon as you step out, you're immediately immersed in the vibrant local atmosphere and food scene, with all sorts of specialty snacks available. It's a paradise for anyone who loves food and experiencing local culture. Plus, the Bell Tower is within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy its beautiful night view and feel the unique charm of the city. Staying here is incredibly convenient for transportation, food, and sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming every day. Its location is excellent, right next to the ancient city wall, offering fantastic views of the wall from the outdoor terrace. However, it's worth noting that the front desk is on an upper floor and requires an elevator ride, so the entrance isn't very obvious from the outside. The hotel's decor is a charming Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was great, a good size, and well-equipped. Each bed had a bedside table. The vanity was behind a half-partition within the bedroom. The toilet and shower were in separate cubicles behind the vanity. The bathroom area is visible from the bedside, but that was fine for us. The air conditioning worked very well. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. The self-service laundry area was a welcome bonus, featuring 3 washer-dryer combos, detergent, drying racks, and a garment steamer. Breakfast was excellent, primarily Chinese dishes, with some continental Western options available. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the subway, shops, and the ancient city wall from the hotel.

The service was great! The front desk staff seemed quite young, but they were very efficient at solving problems quickly. They also have a good selection of toys, including a small building block table and a ball pit for kids. It's not huge, but it's enough to keep a child entertained. I didn't book the cat room; I asked and found out you need to reserve it 30 minutes in advance. Since I wasn't sure about the timing, I skipped it this time. Maybe next time I'll get a chance to check it out.

The hotel is located in the Ankang Hi-Tech Zone. It is very convenient to go to Yinghu Scenic Area from the hotel. In fact, there are several parks by the Han River not far from the hotel, and there are beautiful scenery everywhere. The overall service of the hotel is relatively professional, the decoration is relatively new, the attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly, the pillows are more suitable than other hotels, the bedding is dry and soft, and there is no unpleasant damp smell, which is a plus. The breakfast is OK, with basic types, not particularly delicious but not bad, and the same is true for the buffet dinner, but the freshly fried steak and lamb chops are good. The size of the deluxe king-size bed room I stayed in this time is average, and I will try to book a larger one next time!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The room was very clean, and they provided plenty of water and tissues; if we ran out, they'd restock them. We brought our kids during the winter break, and there was even a place for them to do their homework, which was perfect for a family stay. The service throughout our stay was absolutely excellent. We stayed for three consecutive days without changing hotels. It's a fantastic hotel, and I've already recommended it to friends who booked a room for the 4th.

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel has an elegant, antique decor. The hot spring water is a perfect 43 degrees Celsius, and after a soak, your skin feels incredibly smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Saozi noodles. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. As a bonus, staying here includes a complimentary travel photoshoot by Jinghong Media, who did a great job and gave us three free retouched photos. We also got unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace, and from there, it was super convenient to visit Mount Li by just buying a cable car ticket within the park! Even though the room rate is over a thousand per night, considering all these services, it's actually excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at the YUTANG Hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The best decision I made on my trip to Xi'an was choosing this hotel! As a newly opened Marriott property, this Four Points by Sheraton absolutely delivered on convenience and comfort, exceeding my expectations. Ms. Sophia's service was incredibly thoughtful; she even gave us a free breakfast and asked about our stay. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable! It's right in the heart of the Bell Tower commercial district, just a 3-minute walk to the Bell Tower subway station. Turn the corner, and you're at the Muslim Quarter, making it super easy to explore authentic Shaanxi cuisine. The Drum Tower and the Ancient City Wall are also within walking distance. You don't have to rush around to visit attractions during the day and see Xi'an's night views in the evening, saving a ton of travel time.

We booked a twin room with mountain view. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was large. After a full day of playing in Huashan, it was really comfortable to return to the hotel and soak in the hot springs. The service staff in the hot spring area are very attentive. They served chrysanthemum tea and introduced the characteristics of each hot spring. Five stars.

We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations.
