Fantastic stay. I only wish we had booked longer. The staff truly made it exceptional. They were warm, attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great nightlife just outside. Despite that it still feels calm and relaxing inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable (slept amazingly) and the buffet plus all the thoughtful extras were a great touch. The hotel coffee is good and having Luckin Coffee connected to the building was a bonus since it’s my personal favorite. Next time I’m in Xi’an I won’t even look anywhere else.

Clean, simple boutique hotel and the staff are exceptional. Free water refill in the room everyday and you can ask for as much as water as you want . Hotel has laundry facilities and small gym. There's a robot butler that goes around with room deliveries. Loads of food nearby and very easy to catch Taxi or metro too. The hotel manager Mr Wen and the house keeping lady Ms Tian really made our stay memorable. They went above and beyond in helping us with every little thing we needed. Definitely recommend it as a great place to stay when visiting Xi'an

The hotel location is excellent. The room is very clean and the front desk service staff is very helpful. Only 1 issue is that the hotel allow smoking in the room. Good for smokers but not good for non-smokers. As the hotel is only at one level, there is no way to escape the smoke in the aircon system that is connected to every room. Front desk staff are very helpful to get housekeeping to remove the smell from the room when I go out during the day but it is recur through the night. Unfortunately, I love the hotel but could not get to rest as the smoky smell continued to blow through the aircon system during the night.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Bell Tower Xian and highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient - short walking distance to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated, and beddings and linens are of very high quality. What make it stands out is the service level from the staff, especially Mr. Samuel Wang of the front desk- he checked us in, made sure we are comfortable and reacted very quickly whenever there are any nitty gritty things that needs to be attended to. We will be back next time we are in Xian.

Great stay at Miko Oriental Hotel, friendly staff and cleaners. Housekeeping came in everyday even during the Spring Holiday. Thank you, will recommend to other travellers. Location is very nearby to everything - metro, huimin street, drum tower & bell tower.

We were in this hotel 2 days. Breakfast was very tasty, Chinese and European food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with all the requests we had. We visited the hot springs and were very pleased, the temperature was from 30 to 50 degrees, with various additives inside: herbs, fruits and even wine. I also visited gym, its simple but functional. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city and enjoy good service.

We were a bit unsure at the beginning because the price was quite good, and the hotel seemed quite new, so we didn’t really know what to expect or if it would look the same as in the pictures. Sometimes places upload edited or outdated photos. But in this case, everything was exactly as shown, even better in person. The whole place felt really cute and cozy, and the lobby smelled incredibly good, which made a great first impression. The lobby itself was beautiful, very clean, and had a minimal, modern style that we really liked. The room was also great. Everything was super clean and well taken care of, and we especially loved the small tea area, which was a really nice touch. It made the room feel more special and cozy. The service was very good. The staff didn’t speak fluent English, but using translation tools we were able to communicate easily, and they were always trying to help us as much as possible, which we really appreciated. The amenities were nice overall. The gym is not very big and mostly has cardio equipment, so don’t expect heavy weights, but it’s enough for a quick cardio workout. They also have a laundry room that you can use yourself, and they provide everything you need, which is very convenient. The location is very convenient. It’s right next to the city wall, so you can walk there easily. It took around 40–50 minutes by taxi from the airport, and about 40 minutes to get to the Terracotta Warriors, so everything is quite well connected. As a final detail, when we checked out, they gave us a small gift bag with snacks and some skincare products, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Chose this hotel due to the brand and newness, although location is slightly off center but it's still within walking distance from Metro and that's the most important. Very good connection to Xianbei Railway Station and Xian Airport with Line 4 direct from hotel. Room is as shown in Trip.com photos, and in fact it feels larger and luxurious, maybe due to the ceiling height. Going to the City Wall, Bell&Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Dayanta, are all very easy with Metro. This is our first time in Xian, and really enjoyed the traditional costume rental and photography with it, don't miss this when you are there. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good. Thanks for a memorable stay in Xian.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at in China. The location is great, within the city walls. The rooms are equipped with everything you could need. It has a casual hostel feel, but with all the features of a hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff go above and beyond to help you enjoy the city. The tourist map they give you is very useful. The breakfast is nice and includes hot food. You also get a complimentary drink at the bar opposite. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Xi'an.

A real gem in China! Friendly staff, who were very happy to help with tickets for attractions and shows, as well as provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well located for everything and for anything further afield, Xi'an's Didis are inexpensive and the drivers are generally super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were fine, everything is cooked to order, which we all liked as usual hotel buffets tend to be less fresh and hot. The hotel was quirky and interesting, and my children really enjoyed their time at the cat cafe. All in all, a fantastic stay in a comfortable, well appointed and very reasonably priced hotel.
