Such a beautiful hotel! Will recommend to all friends. Firstly , staff are so friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Nancy who recommended and arranged for tours with massive patience, and kept following up and we felt so looked after. Other staff including house keeping ladies were very friendly too. Location is prime, subway station is only steps away. Some major Xian attractions are within short walking distance. Hotel is at the end of the main South Road with lots of restaurants along the Road. So happy to have picked this hotel which helped make our first Xi’an experience so pleasant. Also highly recommend people to come at low peak season, we are so lucky to have experienced many attractions without crazy long queues and without being pushed to back of the crowd. Heard from guide that people came during peak who just lined up for hours, yet missed many viewing opportunities because of the crowd.

The service was great! The front desk staff seemed quite young, but they were very efficient at solving problems quickly. They also have a good selection of toys, including a small building block table and a ball pit for kids. It's not huge, but it's enough to keep a child entertained. I didn't book the cat room; I asked and found out you need to reserve it 30 minutes in advance. Since I wasn't sure about the timing, I skipped it this time. Maybe next time I'll get a chance to check it out.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Choosing this hotel for our trip was absolutely key! The location is super convenient; you can walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered all our travel questions. Check-in was super efficient, taking no more than 3 minutes. Our entire experience, from the facilities to the service details, was impeccable. The value for money is amazing! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The hotel's services were excellent across the board. Staying here comes with free entry to Huaqing Palace and access to the same hot spring baths enjoyed by Consort Yang, and the hot spring area staff were incredibly attentive. Breakfast was decent, and there was a heartwarming sweet white fungus soup served before bed each night. The initial mini-bar selection was very generous with a wide variety of drinks. The only minor drawback was the poor soundproofing in the corridors; I could clearly hear guests returning late or leaving early. However, this wasn't a frequent issue and was tolerable. Overall, my stay was almost perfect! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Oliver's service truly redefines 'feeling at home.' He greeted us with a genuine smile throughout, making check-in swift and efficient. He also took the initiative to meticulously explain the hotel's layout and offer tips for exploring the surrounding area. Later, whenever we had questions, he was always quick to respond and patiently provide answers. His professionalism and attentive demeanor made our trip exceptionally worry-free and pleasant. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were absolutely impeccable. Public areas like the lobby and corridors were spotless, with no dust or clutter in any corners. High-touch points such as elevator buttons and door handles were clearly disinfected regularly, and the air was fresh without any unpleasant odors. Our room was bright and tidy, the bedding was soft, clean, and stain-free, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was thoughtfully designed with no water stains or limescale. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and the cleaning was truly thorough, leaving no spot overlooked. Facilities were equally satisfying. The smart devices in the room were easy to operate, the air conditioning maintained precise temperatures with minimal noise, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable and fast. The mattress firmness was just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The recreational facilities in the public areas were well-maintained, and the overall layout was very user-friendly. This truly showcased the classic quality of the Four Points by Sheraton brand, balancing practicality and comfort in every detail. This hotel, with its outstanding service and high-quality environment and facilities, is absolutely highly recommended. I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations. Service excellence in every respect
