The location is fantastic. It's very close to the D exit of the subway, the Muslim Quarter, and the Bell Tower. Most attractions are directly accessible from the hotel by bus. The room facilities are complete; it has all the basics, plus a washing machine service. The hotel also offers airport and subway transfer services. If you need them, you can contact the hotel in advance to book.

Location: 8/10 — Ideally situated adjacent to the Xi’an City Wall, with the metro about a 10-minute walk away. Surrounded by plenty of eateries, shops, and charming laneways, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore the area on foot. Cleanliness: 10/10 - impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire hotel — rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless at all times.  Room: 8/10 — Fluffy towels, a very comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of hanging space that works well for a longer stay. The only downside was the central heating, which limited temperature control, so we needed to open the windows to cool the room. Service:  Service: 10/10 — While the breakfast selection was limited, it was sufficient. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, and the hotel staff were responsive and helpful, assisting promptly via WeChat whenever help was needed.

The service was great! The front desk staff seemed quite young, but they were very efficient at solving problems quickly. They also have a good selection of toys, including a small building block table and a ball pit for kids. It's not huge, but it's enough to keep a child entertained. I didn't book the cat room; I asked and found out you need to reserve it 30 minutes in advance. Since I wasn't sure about the timing, I skipped it this time. Maybe next time I'll get a chance to check it out.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Choosing this hotel for our trip was absolutely key! The location is super convenient; you can walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered all our travel questions. Check-in was super efficient, taking no more than 3 minutes. Our entire experience, from the facilities to the service details, was impeccable. The value for money is amazing! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This was my first time in Xi'an, and I wanted to experience the imperial hot spring culture. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** No need to say much; it's located within the Huaqing Pool scenic area, with beautiful landscaping featuring rockeries and small ponds, truly like an imperial garden. During my visit, some palaces were still under construction. The hotel lobby also had a very grand and Tang Dynasty-inspired feel. I didn't get to visit the outdoor hot springs, so I'm not sure about their environment. **Service:** The service was absolutely impeccable. During my stay, hotel staff would first come to sanitize the private hot spring and then fill it with water in the evening. They even brought complimentary white fungus soup at night. Throughout my entire stay, I never had to carry my own luggage. However, the service attitude at the hotel's restaurant was mediocre. Even though a service fee was charged, we rarely saw any staff. We had to refill our own water and so on. I really don't know what that service fee was for. At the end, when paying the bill, they didn't even bother to ask if we were hotel guests. It was only when we had paid and were about to leave, requesting the hotel's shuttle bus, that they mentioned hotel guests get a discount on dining. They then refunded some money to us. For a hotel of this caliber, it's quite unbelievable.

Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower: A Delightful 5-Day, 4-Night Ancient Capital Getaway My recent trip to Xi'an included a stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower, and the 5-day, 4-night experience completely exceeded my expectations. It truly was the ideal base for exploring the thirteen ancient dynasties! The hotel's location is a huge plus – it's just a 3-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station, offering easy transfers between Lines 1 and 2. The Bell Tower and Drum Tower are only about 200 meters away, and the Muslim Quarter is just a few minutes' walk. This makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and food hunting. The location, both central and quiet, maximizes travel efficiency. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: 1. A cleaning staff member left a wet rag next to my clothes while cleaning the room, and when I returned in the evening, my clothes were damp. 2. During breakfast, I ordered a bowl of noodles from the chef, specifically asking for a smaller portion and to have them cooked a bit softer. I said I'd pick it up in 5 minutes. But the chef gave my noodles to another guest. When I said, ”Isn't that a bit inappropriate?” she just smirked and said, ”Yes, it's all my fault,” which felt incredibly dismissive. Overall, the staff service was just average.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

Booked this for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! Forgive me for not taking any photos, haha. It's definitely worth recommending. The hotel is quite close to both the morning and night markets, which I really liked. I'd definitely stay here again.
