Oh wow! One of the best hotels I have stayed in with so many travels and more so on this particular China trip! Convenient location and a perk is they have a local tour consultant on site if you would like to visit what Xi’an has to offer! Amazing breakfast buffet choices too! I will definitely recommend Novotel Bell tower to anyone who wants to visit Xi’an. A special mention to Mia who helped me with the check out and helped me with some directions to get to the train station! I will be back! Thank you Novotel for the lovely experience and memory!

It's been an amazing stay, they let us stay a bit longer to take a shower, early check in, late check out, beautiful rooms, fantastic, would stay again!

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Hotel room very spacious,approx 450 sq ft,.. full set of room amenities. Shower room very spacious . Water pressure is good , .hotel staffs are very friendly. Breakfast delicious with various of food including fresh fruit . Free self service laundry room , inside with four washer dryer , free laundry detergent supplied. I can say staying at this hotel really value for money . I will not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Xi'an again. Strategic location , MRT jus located at the corner with short walk. Night market and restaurants are nearby.

I want to say thank you to all staff that work in the hotel. They were very helpful, kind and very good with me. They booked 2 attractions for me and always open for conversation. Always positive and with smile on their faces. Definitely I would like to stay in that hotel again. You are the best!

Love the hotel interior decoration and the amenities provided. We booked the suite room and was blown away by the size and room layout. The interior fixtures are also very nice. Very thoughtful hotel - they even provide a disposable bathtub cover for use. Good location, it is near a metro station and guests can use the laundry room for free (with detergent provided).

Check-in by Rena was excellent—quick, efficient, and warmly handled. She ensured my needs were well taken care of and proactively connected me via WeChat so any requests could be addressed promptly. All staff I encountered were professional and consistently helpful. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby. There was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell in the room, but the hotel promptly installed an air purifier upon request, which was appreciated. Given that this is an older property, it would be ideal if smoking and non-smoking floors could be more clearly separated. After receiving my feedback, Rena kindly arranged for a fruit platter to be sent to my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. A special thank you as well for the wonderful birthday surprise! My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!
