GGuest UserUnfortunately, the rooms are very outdated. No USB ports for charging and old outlets that were not all functional. Decor was not current. Rooms need a refresh. Air conditioning system was not adjustable either and was very loud. The flashing light from the in room coffee maker was also very annoying. Would be nice if shuttle service ran more than once an hour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful though. If you like casino vibes then this is a good option.

KKarlosjakobI had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

HHugo MartiresThe room is spacious and comfortable, although it needs some updates due to strong signs of use.
The shower in the bathroom is not closed so it sinks all the flor after showering.
The breakfast is very good with some variety.
The location only suits if you want to stay near the airport. It takes some time (around 30 minutes) to get to San José.
For a Radison brand hotel, it needs a big general refurbishment.

GGuest UserEven though we were only there for one night the staff were wonderful! The gentleman behind the desk carried our bags to the room when we checked in just after midnight. The staff at the restaurant in the morning were very kind and explained everything for us and the lady that checked us out was very sweet. All in all a wonderful stay

GGuest UserThe perfect airport hotel - clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and brilliant breakfast(seriously, the best I had on my trip). Be wary of that there can be a huge wait if you’re planning on taking the shuttle service to the hotel…San Jose traffic means it’s often very delayed!

GGuest UserNice hotel not far from SJO. In Belen more upscale part of San Jose. Rooms are big but could be a little cleaner. Service in the bar and restaurant wasn’t great. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. Casino is nothing to write home about. Other than that stay was good.

HHerreraVery close to the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver who picked us up was 10/10, very friendly and provided tips for travelers.
Clean rooms. Good breakfast included. Good value for money.
The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom air extractor or a window that can be opened, due to the musty smell after taking a shower.
