The room is too small & the price is not cheap. Not recommended for couple or family. The Milling Hotel is much better !

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

It has an excellent location outside Herning, in the middle of Jutland and close to the highway. Most are self-service but are convenient for a business traveller and not restricted to certain business hours. The breakfast buffet offers cold dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

Vi havde betalt ekstra for et superior værelse, men synes godt nok at det var et lille værelse. Ikke mulighed for at lave te eller kaffe på værelset.

The hotel was simple but fine. The location was good for if you have business in or near Horsens. But unfortunately between 2 days they did not even come to clean the room and change the towels. Also the breakfast one the first day (on the 4th floor) was very good. But for some reason on the second day it was moved to the 3th floor where the breakfast did not have a coffee machine but only a coffee can. This was disappointing. Overall the experience could be better. But it is still a decent choice if you need to stay in Horsens.

Placering ved MCH i top, dejlig morgemad, sparsomme værelser men alt det vi havde brug for. Venligt og smilende personale.

God betjening, og god morgenmad Rimelig værelse, uden at være prangende - men vi brugte det kun som overnatningssted Eneste minus er måske lige prisen på en overnatning inkl. morgenmad for to - næsten 1.600,- :-(
