飛行機の関係で1泊しました。深夜遅くのチェックインは問題なくできました。wifiは部屋にいると遅くて使えないので、共用部分のソファで使いましたが、蚊に刺されて不快でした。ドライヤーは部屋にありませんでしたが、フロントに言って貸してもらいました。部屋は昼でも薄暗くて、長時間滞在はしたくないと思いました。

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations. Right in town, 2 blocks from the river front. Exceptional position, spacious immaculate rooms, very attentive staff, very quiet rooms . Only stayed overnight but would spend several days here!

GGuest UserThe general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.

IIr AleksThe hotel is located close to the airport and bus station. Taxi drivers know it well. A nighttime ride costs $10. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has hot water and necessary toiletries. We want to say a big thank you to Christian, who warmly welcomed us after midnight, helped with our luggage, and in the morning he fed us a delicious breakfast. We recommend this small but cozy and welcoming hotel. The only drawback is that it is impossible to reach the hotel at the number provided after 10 PM.

Environment: The key point is that it is next to the largest shopping mall in the area. You can walk directly to the shopping mall on the second floor of the hotel without leaving the house. Service: The service is very good. It is the only hotel in Guayaquil that has a waiter at the front desk to help you carry your luggage to the room. The important thing is that he ran away without asking for a tip. I gave him 1 dollar after I called to stop.

Hotel service is very good. . I needed a car for a business trip to Machala. The front desk was busy and contacted the driver. There was a problem with the other party’s payment system and I couldn’t receive the money. The hotel charged a handling fee and paid for it for me. The rate is not high, very fair, and the service is very good good! !
Overall, this hotel is really worth the money, and I will choose this hotel again next time
