Hotel Dengan breakfast di Guayas, Ecuador

The general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.

I stayed at Grand Hotel Guayaquil for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated after a long trip. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in Guayaquil’s heat! The location was also perfect — just a short walk to the Malecón 2000 and lots of great places to eat and explore. I loved the pool area — such a nice spot to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choices and some tasty local options. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay here. It’s a great hotel with a warm atmosphere and excellent service.

I stayed in this hotel and I am very happy to picked Uniparkoroverde. Very good staff friendly worms make you feel you are in your home. Location was great very close to Malcolm area so you can go walk and a lot of restaurants and activity.Jacuzzi, which it helped me a lot after 32 hours flight make me relax. Very good buffet breakfast in the morning,it was delicious. in all I had a great time stayed with them. Thank you Unipark oro verde

They will check if there is anything missing from the room during your check-out so please make sure you inform them immediately when getting into the room and you dont see anything. My case, they were looking for the feet towel which I did not get it at the beginning. No one is going to steal used dirty feet towel back home, I would say this is probably a bag management from the front desk and house keeping people. Hot water in the shower was not working in my room. Breakfast was terrible, bad quality of ingredients. However, the price is reasonable and it has a good location. WIFI was strong. Great option for overnight transit.

The hotel is located close to the airport and bus station. Taxi drivers know it well. A nighttime ride costs $10. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has hot water and necessary toiletries. We want to say a big thank you to Christian, who warmly welcomed us after midnight, helped with our luggage, and in the morning he fed us a delicious breakfast. We recommend this small but cozy and welcoming hotel. The only drawback is that it is impossible to reach the hotel at the number provided after 10 PM.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations. I stayed here for one day before going to Cuenca and it was much better than expected. The most modern hotel I stayed in during my trip to South America. Convenience: The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so you don't have to leave the house for shopping, supermarkets, and meals. There is a dedicated gate to the shopping mall, so the hotel is quiet and undisturbed.

A well-appointed stay with spacious rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient amenities including a large outdoor pool, spa, gym, and multiple on-site dining options — great for both leisure and business travelers. Guests appreciate the convenient location near the airport and easy access to Guayaquil’s waterfront attractions, though some note the service can vary during peak times. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable choice in Ecuador’s largest city with good facilities and welcoming staff.

The hotel is about 3 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the Mall del Sol. The staff at the reception (and also on the phone before my arrival) has been incredibly friendly and helpful: thank you so much! The room was big, full of light, very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a handy and welcome treat. All in all, great hotel.
