酒店藏在殖民風格建築裏，大堂的復古吊燈和木雕裝飾超有氛圍感，一秒讓人愛上這座高原古城。房間現代又温馨，落地窗能看到遠處的火山輪廓，晚上枕着安靜的街景入眠特別舒服。工作人員效率很高，入住退房都快，還主動幫忙預約了去附近峽谷的出租車。早餐的現磨咖啡和厄瓜多爾巧克力太驚艷，搭配當地的奶酪麪包，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。步行10分鐘就能到市中心廣場，逛教堂、買手工藝品都方便。性價比沒得説，下次來昆卡還住這兒！

酒店位置不錯，新城區，走不了多遠過河就是老城區，酒店設施齊全，沒有空調，晚上有點熱睡的，不知道是不是沒開窗户的原因。我覺得他們的服務很好，免費送機服務、沒有熱水反映了馬上去維修。特別要説，早餐不錯。

酒店整體環境挺好的。但是房間很小很逼仄，沒有空調，比較冷，住在二樓早晨和晚上有4次試圖去洗澡，但衹有一次有熱水。房間可以説沒有任何隔音，Wifi也沒那麼好用，經常卡頓得斷了重連。
雖然裝修看着不錯吧，但設施體驗並不是很好，就馬馬虎虎吧，整體體驗一般偏差。

酒店有種古色古香的感覺，正好在鬧市區，睡覺不會覺得吵，房間還可以，這個季節洗澡有點冷，價格也還不錯，這邊飲食比較便宜，酒店一點偏貴，酒店去周圍比較方便

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir.
Personnel très accueillant, toujours prêt à aider.

位於景點附近，方便遊玩。在平台申請了安靜的房間，但能聽到一羣足球運動員在走廊説話的聲音。在3樓，WiFi信號特別差，需要重新連接很多次，無論在房間還是大堂。房間被子很薄，冷到要穿羽絨睡覺。衞生間洗浴用品單獨配備盒裝，非常高級。晚上洗澡沒有熱水，温水也很難熬，幸好衹住一晚。早餐很豐盛，一樓也有午餐和晚餐供應，價格中等，可以接受，出品可以。

The retro chandeliers and wood carvings in the lobby are super atmospheric, and one second makes people fall in love with this plateau ancient city.
