My 2nd time staying here. Service and environment beautiful. Set in the grounds of university of Birmingham. Very peaceful as not of a public road. Staff are very friendly, decor has a Scandinavian feel. Food is reasonably priced.

The location was good just 10mins walk to and from the Wolverhampton train station. The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean and they have a AC and heating system. Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly and nice, when you check in you get the wifi login and password. P.S. I don’t have any photos or videos.

Quite nice. Very clean and good to have parking available. A bit out of the way with some weird one way streets. But a great choice if you have a car.

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice and modern hotel with a large room and comfortable bed. The use of the spa was complimentary with the room and we were very impressed. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and although service at times was slow (but it was busy) the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only downside was that there was no hairdryer but other than that all that was provided was very good.

I booked Hillscourt for 2 nights to attend my brothers funeral, unfortunately I had an accident while I was here and had to stay another night. The care I had from the staff was excellent they couldn’t have done more for me, even bringing me breakfast in bed! Highly recommend, the personal care and kindness was  second to none and I shall definitely stay here again!

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the registry office (opposite). Found the check-in staff to be very friendly and efficient. Only one elevator was functioning during our stay. Had booked a double room but was initially allocated a twin, this issue was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Rooms were small but contained all you needed, however as they all had a connecting door there was an issue with people talking in the next-door room late at night and during the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard ”luke warm” stuff made worse by a lack of marmalade.

Staff were very friendly and inviting. Service from everyone was fantastic with all going above and beyond

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

Location is abit for from city center about 1.5km walk Cozy bed. Room and toilet very clean. Come with common place and kitchen convenient for self cook No locker for luggage or backpack Staffs are friendly and helpful
