They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!! Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!! Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!! As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!! Reasonable prices at the bars!! I can say value for money!! I wish we could have stayed longer!! I hope and wish that we will visit you again!!!

I was put in the room 508, the dirty balcony door was not closed and the curtains were hanging. The bed stuck on the wall with no easy access to light, the furniture old... At least the room and the bathroom were clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations. Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

The room is of suitable size and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. There is a floor-to-ceiling window for ventilation. The bathroom is larger than expected and has a full range of toiletries. Overall clean and comfortable

If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage at the reception for free and access the common area on the 6th floor. The common area is very spacious, air-conditioned, with sofas, beanbags, and a TV corner with raised seating. It also has a large kitchen for cooking and dining: 8 ceramic hobs, 2 sinks, 3 refrigerators, and 2 freezers, an electric kettle, a microwave, but no oven. Everything is kept clean thanks to the housekeepers. Finally, the view from the glass walls of the common area is worthy of a luxury hotel. The 4-bed dorm is air-conditioned, and you can adjust the temperature and fan speed. A towel is included. The dorm is quite narrow, but each bed has curtains and a very large locker. In the room, the toilet and shower are separate. There's also an open wardrobe with hangers and space to put your shoes away from the beds. Some negative points: The room door doesn't close properly, but there's an audible signal after 10 seconds if it's not fully shut. The shower door is made of semi-transparent glass, and there's no hook inside the shower to hang a towel.

Although the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room. The price benefit ratio is excellent

It is also close to the metro station and is conveniently located. The reception staff is kind and will tell you everything you need properly. The water and beds were basically cleaned, so I was able to spend a comfortable time, and I was able to spend a relaxing time using the cafe space at night. Just because the person in the room was necessary to meet the grandson of cancer, it was a little bit of money... (30 euros → 20 euros → 10 euros and the price fell.) The only thing I wouldn't rate with a strate 10 would be the measurements of the beach.It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at.Near the city center but far enough to have your peace.The staff is very professional and welcoming,especially Andreas who was in charge of us and we were feeling like really special guests thanks to him.The food is great too.Rooms are nice,everything is clean and neath.This hotel is something I would definitely recommend and probably go back at some point.
