Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff.
Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Service and facilities are great. I really enjoy the food (they have recently changed the chef and food quality remains very very good). Every time I come back, I'm delighted with the staff reception and quality of service. They are the best

Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out.
Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly.
Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed .
food is also very nice . 👍

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

GGuest UserVery good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at New Dream Homestay with my family, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The room was fantastic, offering comfort and great amenities. A special shoutout to the staff, especially Ramen and Hriday, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They always went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed anything. The views from the homestay were breathtaking, with stunning hill views, a beautiful night view, and an amazing sky view from the roof. I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely return next time. Highly recommend this place for a memorable and peaceful stay!

GGuest UserGot the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.

GGuest UserThe property is at a prime location in Pan Bazaar. Staff were cooperative, check-in was quick and the room was allotted within 15-20 mins of arrival. Room amenities included AC, TV, Twin Bed, Wardrobe, Tea/Coffee making sachets. No dental kit was provided however after calling the room service, the same was immediately delivered. In house dining is available but the price is very high. Overall a decent stay.
