There are coin laundry on 2/F The room is clean and many hangers available, which is very useful in winter time to hang all the jackets and coats

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

Price wise, CP value is high.  Breakfast is great with different varieties for buffet; it is also very good for the Okinawa style.  You could choose either one.  Rooms are quite big, good view at higher levels.  Facilities wise, it is satisfactory with all you needs.  The only comment is on the room lighting, it is a bit dark at the TV area, the rest are very good.  Location, it is not near to the beach but hotel has shuttle bus provided.  I am highly recommend this hotel and would return next time.

A new hotel under Vessel Hotels, you have access to the public baths at the other two Vessel Hotels at American Village. I would recommend everyone to take breakfast as it serves Blue Seal ice cream, and lots of local delicacy. The rooftop swimming pool was closed, but it's a very small pool anyway. Outdoor free parking for hotel guests, laundromat next to public baths on 2/F.

It was ok. But there were some miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel. We requested baby cot but they say we didn’t. In fact I have rven reach out to trip.com personnel to put across the note specifically that we need a baby cot. Because of this. Our check in took 20 mins and we stood there for 20 mins to get this sorted. Also, the aircon seems to be central controlled. At times it was too cold, and at time it was too warm.

We love Maihana wellness resort especially the onsen in the resort. After a day out the onsen make us recharge and refresh. Clean and cozy stay 30/1/24-2/2/24. Free parking available and there are many places to eat around the resort.The room are spacious and have partial seaview .We will be back here if we are in okinawa again

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

Travelled with family and booked a room for 4 pax. The room was of decent size. Location of the hotel was great, conveniently located next to train station. The hotel was of close proximity to supermarket and food options. For those who drive, can chose to park at the hotel or surrounding car park.

The breakfast is really very good. There is a quiet area near the reception facing the sea with meditation music which is very calming & relaxing. Just not use to having the sink in the bed room area and not on the the toilet area as it is easily wet & there was no spare floor mat or table cloth to dry the place. The location is abit out of the way, need call the taxi & is difficult if language is a problem, however the staff is helpful to help call one.

帶爸媽來這個酒店住了6晚，提前看了好多家酒店，這家的選擇完全沒錯 服務：接觸了好幾個前台服務人員，態度都超級好，晚上我爸想去泡樓下的温泉，下電梯前我打電話和前台溝通好，等我爸到了的時候接我電話的服務人員主動招呼我爸幫他買票，早餐餐廳的服務員也超級温柔，小姐姐和小哥哥都好漂亮😍😍 環境：非常乾淨，尤其喜歡屋裡的窗子，很日式的感覺，研究了一下發現製作其實很簡單，不得不佩服日本人的智慧 設施：屋裡很寬敞，浴缸也很大，很喜歡這家酒店的睡袍，穿着很舒服，茶几很大，足夠放下三個人的晚飯，泡完澡一家人圍着桌子吃頓便餐，很幸福的回憶 有兩天趕上下雨，酒店門口的免費使用的雨傘太方便了，雖然我媽説看到有兩個退了房的中國人拿着兩把酒店的傘走了，希望出門在外給自己祖國少丟點臉😒😒😒 從酒店步行到縣廳前的一日遊集合點15分鐘左右，離波上宮900米，離國際通大概半小時，一路上有些葯粧店力度很大很值得逛逛，因為爸媽肩膀疼去買膏葯，讓店員老爺爺推薦了一款，超級好用，隔天又去買大盒的，老爺爺還記得我，還送了梅子給我們，努力説中文的樣子太可愛了😄😄買了四盒裝的膏葯，參加活動給了17%的優惠，加上買的其他東西，一共便宜了快2000日元哈哈哈 説回酒店，最最最驚喜的就是酒店的早餐，太太太豐盛了，又好吃，以至於我們一家三口都吃胖了😂😂導遊介紹的珊瑚烘焙茶酒店每天都能喝到，沖繩人氣的紫薯和酸橘冰激凌每天早上隨便吃，還有自製菠蘿黃油和其他各種自製果醬，想想就又饞了 雖然住了一個星期，爸媽表示完全沒有住夠，沖繩這個城市也沒玩夠，下次來還會選擇這家酒店！

Convenient location and great stay! The hotel is situated in the heart of Kokusai Dori, Naha. Close to restaurants, shops and other amenities. The hotel is very clean and new. Breakfast is good too.

The hotel is comfortable, nice beach and good pool facilities. The breakfast has enough variation and good quality. For dinner or lunch there are plenty of good options very close outside of the hotel. However, for being a resort almost no services are included in the price and you have to pay for almost anything. For example, at the beach there is no place to seat and if you want a normal chair you need to pay. Similar thing in the outdoor pool with certain types of sunbeds. The access to the indoor pool/gym/onsen is also charged. For the price of the room and the type of hotel, I would expect these kind of services to be already included in the price to make it more convenient for the guest.

Amazing resort hotel. I stayed there for three nights and i am so glad that I have chosen it for my first time visit to Okinawa. I really love the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel. Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water! Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown. The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.

Lifeguard at the hotel pool was very rude to us when we were a few minutes late leaving the pool when the time was up, because we were handing a 6-year-old kid. This is totally unacceptable and have ruined our hotel experience completely!

I had a wonderful stay at the Orion Hotel in Motobu during my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from popular attractions like the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and the beautiful Emerald Beach. The surrounding views of the ocean and lush greenery were breathtaking. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the sea—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and professional. They were always willing to assist, whether it was answering my questions about local attractions or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. One highlight of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast buffet. The variety of local Okinawan dishes and international options was impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. The rooms and interior is outdated but the service and staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for families with young children. There are live cultural shows at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience to get to see real Okinawan dances and traditions.

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

An old hotel, with very big rooms and nice views, the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from anything. In any case, for resting, it is worth. Be ready to go up and down the hill (the hotel is on top of a hill) if you want to go out for strolling the beach, restaurants or the like. Being in the middle of nowhere sometimes has its advantages. Relatively convenient bus stops down the trail connects you with Naha/airport in about 1h45min for budget option, 1:15 min for a limousine bus and maybe just 1h for a private/rental car. It is a place to rest, and that's it. Do not expect a fancy service. The Japanese has their own rules regarding cleaning time and tea music in the afternoon, so if you are a foreigner, expect shocking situations such as bedding exchange time (there is a schedule for that), tea music time at 5 (which in case you get a nap for whatever reasons (i.e diving) it can make you wonder what´s going on (not just in the lobby, but in your room as well) and okinawa typical folklore music until 8 every day in the afternoon. If you have to sleep a while because of exhausting day, it could be relatively annoying. In any case, for the price it has, it is okay.

Staying at the Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort was an absolute delight. We checked in on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the breathtaking sea view. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat. Dinner at SeMare Italian Restaurant was a highlight, with delicious Italian food that exceeded our expectations. To top it all off, we enjoyed a spectacular firework offer by hotel that made our stay even more memorable. The only regret was that we didn’t catch the sunset due to the cloudy weather Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Nicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.

Excellent restaurants, I tried all three restaurants’ breakfast all so great value of money. I especially love the buffet breakfast really huge selection of food.

The hotel is just a few minutes drive away from American Village and has free parking space for guests. We had two rooms, both clean and neat, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided 24hr reception service. Overall, good value for money.

Very enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

キッズルームのある部屋は子供たちが大喜びでした。無人のホテルが心配でしたが問題なく宿泊できました。 一つ残念なのが、アリが多くてびっくりしました。食べ物は置いておけないです。

位置在山上。如自駕無問題。車位充足 鄰近大型購物商場 外觀非常新淨，但房內設施有點歷史 整體乾淨，清潔房間也不馬虎 欣賞lobby 有自助蒸餾水機，飲品機及冰供應 浴場夠大，乾淨。舒服， 但太早關門 (22:00) 早餐如不食酒店的，可直接在大堂購買麵包，好食！ 不足之處係我們帶著小朋友，一堆行李卻安排住尾房 不過要求轉房後又立即更換另一間靠近lobby 的房 有點奇怪。

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

這次入住DSH海濱大廈美濱體驗超棒，因為我們行程規劃有點滿，到了飯店晚上11點才入住，櫃檯一直都有人在超貼心，雖然停車格有免費的，但數量有限最好還是提早Check in 比較保險，距離飯店150公尺還有他們的停車位，也不用特別擔心沒辦法停，旁邊就是沿海風景也是一級棒
