It was a pleasure staying at Aston Hotel and Villas Gorontalo Very good facilities and friendly service

Basically everything is good, I like it, the only thing left is the bathroom, the space for taking a shower, if possible, it can be improved or changed.

Excellent address. Hotel very well placed, the service is impeccable . The rooms and the entire hotel have certainly been renovated recently.Francely nothing to say negative. Go.

First stay at this hotel is very satisfied with the affordable price, the facilities are quite complete, clean, fragrant, and the most pleasant thing is that there is a swimming pool and cafe upstairs with a view of the mountains and Gorontalo city that makes me comfortable and feel at home

I stayed in Room 112 No hot water. Shower is slow. Air Conditioning is not work properly, I set 16C but similar with room temperature. Near hotel there is Angelato Resto, this is good resto.

Untuk pelayanan resepsionis ramah dan informatif namun untuk billboy Masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Untuk ukuran kamar dan kamar mandi sangat memuaskan tapi Masih ada beberapa fasilitas yang harus ditambahkan. Terutama untuk kamar mandi Dan washtafel tidak tersedia waterheater. Dan yang terutama jalan/halaman depan hotel perlu diadakan renovasi

Not bad for the price

Location is good,in town centre. Room facilities quite complete. But house-keeping need to be improved. Trash bin not cleared & coffee/tea/sugar/cream sachets not replaced. Need to tell them.

During my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space. However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience. In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to.
