The hotel has a great location. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has a big variety of food. The room is very clean but the only problem is that the hot water takes time. Much recommend! I enjoyed my stay

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Very good place , nice atmosphere 😃 Good staffs , welcoming with omani traditional coffee with dates , there is Jim to workout there is no entry fees it's free , if you have any meetings or any business work they will give meeting room free , They will provide tour guide , inside the hotel taxi and bus facility have , Totally Worthy, Well hygiene rooms , service 24 hours Near salalah International airport Near to Lulu hypermarket and gardens mall , And many more place to visit near. 🙏👍 Thank you for your best service

Auch während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir die Anlage fast für uns allein, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Aufgrund der geringen Auslastung, wurden wir zum Frühstück individuell versorgt (ohne Buffet) und es wurde auf jeden unserer Wünsche eingegangen. Der Küchenmanager war offen und freundlich und wir hatten viele interessante Gespräche mit ihm über Land und Leute. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit (als wir zu Fuß zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt unterwegs waren, trafen wir den Hotelmanager, der uns mit seinem Auto mitnahm und auch wieder zurück brachte). Die Zimmer sind groß, klimatisiert, gut ausgestattet und es wurden täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt, was wir besonders bei unserer Ankunft zu schätzen wussten. Hier und da löst sich die Tapete etwas von der Wand und der Türrahmen im Badezimmer machte auch einen sehr speziellen Eindruck - allerdings empfanden wir diese “Mängel” eher als charmant. Außerdem war das Bett ein Traum! Super Matratze, also durchgehend als Doppelbett und nicht zu weich - wir haben noch nirgends so gut geschlafen! Klar, man ist etwas ab vom Schuss, aber da wir nur sechs Nächte dort waren und drei arrangierte Ausflüge wahrnahmen, war das für uns nicht schlimm. Den Supermarkt erreicht man zu Fuß, das Hilton (falls man mal etwas alkoholischen Trinken möchte - unser Hotel schenkte keinen Alkohol aus - oder eine Kleinigkeit aus dem Shop benötigt) über einen entspannten Strandspaziergang. Es gibt jedoch auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel oder man kann sich über die otaxi App schnell ein günstiges Taxi ordern. Die Nähe zum Wasser war unser Highlight, morgens aufstehen, hundert Meter durch den Sand und direkt in den Pazifik, der eine perfekte Badetemperatur hatte - ein Traum! Die Anlage ist groß und hübsch gestaltet, der Pool hat meinem Mann ebenfalls viel Spaß bereitet, vom Zimmer aus konnten wir das Meer sehen… wir würden uns wohl wieder für das Samharam entscheiden.

The food was extremely nice and the staff were very courteous. All in all I would recommend this place as a good place to stay

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread wasn't great to be honest. We selected this place since the airport is only 15 minutes away. However all the other tourist spots were nearly one and a half hours away drive from the hotel. But if you enjoy long drives I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Salalah during the Khareef season.

We were very satisfied, the hotel staff are amazing and kind. the girls at the reception are nice, very helpful. the room service, namely Abu Toyab and Rashid are thorough. The kitchen services were absolutely perfect expecialy the waiter Badsha and small girl with cute freckle between eyebrows Megha🥰. Thank you for wonderful week ❤️.

واجهة الفندق الاستقبال كان سيء ناس مكشرة غير بشوشة وغير متعاونين معنا كسياح طلبنا غرفة مطلة على البحر حطو لنا غرفة بالقبو للفندق الغرفة غير نظيفة وقالوا انها مطلة ايضاً!! والموية صفراء مانقدر نتروش و اخلاق الفلبينية خصوصاًً تكرهك بالمكان وظفوا شباب عماني اخلاق يشرف المكان طلبنا نغير الغرفة قالت مااقدر ماقلتي لي من اول ! طلبنا نسوي خروج كلمت اللي يشيل الشنط لنا قلت لها بشيلهم قالت ليه ماقلتيلي طيب انا جالسه اقولك! والعمانية الموجودة متعاونة معها وماكانت بشوشة ابدا ولا تعرف لشغلها باقي النجوم اعطيتها لاصحاب مطعم الدلفين و دربات الرائعين رغم وجود شعره باكللهم في. يوم ما معجونة مع عجين الخبز بس الاخلاق تغفرلهم

普通標間，住的環境一般般，設施有些舊，不過旁邊就有大超市，樓下咖啡廳雖然看着一般，設備和豆子挺好，出品不錯

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.
