Very clean hotel, welcoming manager and we managed to get an early check in thanks to my Accor membership. Room is big with complete amenities. Close to a metro station and walking distance to dining options. Felt generally safe while moving in the surrounding area.

Positive: The proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, the breakfast buffet is sufficient, the pool, the gym (although small is fine for a temporary workout). Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

We found our stay very pleasant!! Staff are helpful and happy !!! Meals were very nice and bar was good !!! Parking on site a definite advantage !! Good location with restaurants cafes and shopping not too far away!! As I am a pet owner being Pet friendly was certainly one of the main reasons for choosing this Hotel!!! Unfortunately for my situation as my dogs have fresh food diet having the fridges removed from rooms I had to rely on trying to keep food cold via ice! Ice machines also not available but you could get a small bag of ice from bar !!! I would stay again but if either my dogs it would only be for one night

Loved the room for view and cleanliness. Had a great customer service satisfaction. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Loved the atmosphere . Enjoyed the lunch at restaurant . Loved the location. Had easy access to taxi services. Was helped with taxi to airport. And great check out experience

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help It is a hotel where they make you feel like family. All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Karen, Isis (in reception) and Laura (housekeeping) who were always attentive to our requests. It is a great hotel with excellent service and everything is close. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent choice in Panama City, the rooms are perfect, neighbourhood is great with endless number of restaurants. Continental breakfast is amazing. We stayed here for 10 days, however 1 single issue did confuse & upset us: Here was the scenario explained to them: - 10 nights of stay - guest A&B stayed for the first 6 days. - guest A alone 7th day - guest A&C the last 3 nights. Told them upfront that 1 guest leaves & another will join later. They charged $27.5/day, admin fee to change a guest name!? This was after suggesting that we cancel with Trip.com & rebook again with the correct names. We told them it doesn’t make sense to do that & it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any solution to a customer who just gave them 10 days of business & being a Riu Class member loyal to this chain.

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

As two 30-year-old travelers, we recently stayed at the Riande Urban Hotel in Panama City and had a pretty positive experience overall. We had read online that it was a good idea to request a room opposite to the courtyard due to potential noise, so we did that and were glad we did. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with nice air-conditioning to keep us cool in the Panama City heat. The hotel's bar area was really cute and had a great vibe, with a pool adjacent to it that we enjoyed using. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. While the fitness room was a bit spartan for our tastes, we appreciated that it was available for guests to use. We also loved the hotel's location, which was close to public transport and within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, we would recommend the Riande Urban Hotel to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Panama City.

This hotel I have recommended to a friend of mine. I am happy my friend was satisfied. I think the price is good and the area. If you want to save money and still be in the city I believe this place is good for the price. It is very clean They have a friday next door. It is very close by from Albrook and Dorado Mall It is very easy to get an uber or taxi. You can even walks to coffee stores and some restaurant.

Llegamos ayer y estaremos aquí hasta el lunes… Desde que llegamos la experiencia ha sido PÉSIMA… cambiadas 4 veces de habitación. La primera en el piso 5 con las camas revueltas, baño sucio, no la habían limpiado … bajamos a recepción nos dieron otra en piso 14… llegamos y la alfombra con pedazos de gypsum, sin espejos, cortinas, respaldares en las camas, sin coffe maker, plancha, secadora para cabello, lámparas … los cuadros en el piso… nos volvieron a cambiar a otra en piso 12 y la habitación estaba peor, sin apagadores, ni grifos en los baños… volvimos a bajar y nos dijeron que ahorita nos daban habitación que tuviéramos paciencia … tuvimos una paciencia de 3 horas y al fin nos dieron la misma habitación del piso 5 pero al menos ya limpia… seguimos sin coffee maker, ni plancha… y el llavín de la puerta no sirve… desde ayer lo reportamos pero no lo han arreglado entonces no hemos podido salir de compras… nos fuimos a desayunar dejando el cuarto abierto, el desayuno terminaba a la las 10 llegamos a las 9:05 am y había fila de gente esperando el desayuno, nos dijeron que ahorita traerían más pero esperamos 40 minutos para que al final nos dijeran que ya no iban a traer más entonces nos fuimos con dos tortillas de desayuno. Bajamos a recepción a las 9:50 a poner la queja del desayuno, la plancha, el coffee maker y el llavín y el recepcionista con muy mala actitud nos dijo que iba a poner el reporte de lo del desayuno pero que no nos hiciéramos ilusiones con la plancha porque no tenían, que el llavín subían en 5 minutos a arreglarlo y ya son las 10:50 y aún no hemos podido ir a ningún lado. Este hotel no está capacitado para tener ocupación completa.
