I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer. The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years. Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. My room was spotless and had a great view of the OKADA. The location is perfect—walking distance to okada and several cafes. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

I recently stayed at Belmont Manila Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport or the nearby malls and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, although I usually have to wait a little longer before being assisted. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities, even though some parts look a bit dated. The bed and overall setup made it easy to relax after a long day.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The amenities and buffet breakfast offer good value for money, though both the elevator wait times and buffet lines can get quite long, especially during peak periods like our check-in on December 24. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient.

Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room. As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first. When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest. The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out. Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking. When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases. Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains. On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind.

Neely opened so the hotel is clean and new amenities. Yhis hotel will definitely improve once they fully opened. Had a great sleep and the suttle service to airport is fantastic. The driver was on time and I reached airport in 10mins.

Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs. After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding. Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.

Since I have a plan to go to arena for volleyball match, the hotel location is really help me out with just 5 minutes walking distance. One female staff was not so friendly (I guess coz we check in at 4am since our flight land late) and helpful but the rest is fine, they actually provide great customer service so will definitely book there again on my next trip.

Check in early wasn't allowed even i am willing to pay extra. Had an option to pay for an upgrade the room then I can check in early. so thats what I did. What's funny is gave me 2 choices of the room style amd the onw I picked in the end was not available so I didnt habe a choice but to pick the other. Breakfast was not bad but by the 3rd day as I ordered a certain drink due to my throat inflammation and sorethroat onw of rhe waitress said it is not part of the drink options and the whole 2 days I was there I've been ordering it, so I was so confused. In the end we asked for another staff and they gave to us. Pls train the staff well and knowledge about what can be serve. Cleaning the room, one of the towel when I get back was left behind to my surprise but I didnt bother to check. Flushing toilet is not as strong. Concierge or the door guys, didn't automatically come to ask or bother to ask to help even I have some something big and heavy Their gym equipmentare not as smooth either. But still overall it is not bad in a way.

The service was amazing! The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast buffet was packed. The pool was also full of guests. It was a bit overwhelming to see too many people. While the place was a bit crowded during the holiday season, I’ll give them a 10/10 for the service and food.
