I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough since I booked for 2 only, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The amenities were excellent and added great value to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The food was super delicious, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and an amazing breakfast. I look forward to staying here again! 😊

We were given a smelly room at first, but when I requested for room transfer. They immediately transferred us to a better and cleaner room. We experienced good service from Cafe to the Pool. Love the pool area cos of their friendly and accommodating staff there!

Everything is good. The buffet breakfast is okay too. Location is near terminal 3 its convenient if you have flights in terminal 3. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep.

I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—from check-in to room service—showing how committed the team is to providing excellent service. One highlight of my stay was the complimentary drinks. They were a thoughtful touch that added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to the experience. It’s small details like this that really set Lime Hotel and Resorts apart from others. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that values quality service and guest satisfaction. I would definitely come back again.

I appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the birthday decorations. However, if there’s a next time, I hope they can pay closer attention to my specific requests, such as assigning a higher-floor room. Regarding housekeeping, I noticed that after having some food in the room at night, a few crumbs remained on the floor. Even after the daytime cleaning service, they were still there, which suggests the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly. Also, every time you enter the hotel, your belongings are checked for security reasons — which I understand — but it can be slightly bothersome. As for the location, the hotel is very convenient as it’s right across from the Greenbelt shopping mall in the city center. That said, guests should note that the connection between the hotel and the malls other parts is either via outdoor paths or a footbridge, so those sensitive to heat might want to keep that in mind.

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di hotel ini dan secara amnya mempunyai pengalaman yang baik. Biliknya bersih dan terjaga dengan baik, yang saya sangat hargai. Walau bagaimanapun, saya dapati ia agak kecil memandangkan harga yang saya bayar, ia terasa agak sempit. Kakitangan sangat membantu dan mesra sepanjang lawatan saya. Mereka sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan sebarang kebimbangan dan membuatkan saya berasa dialu-alukan. Secara keseluruhan, kebersihan dan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang menonjol.

Seda hotel north is Nicer hotel . The food at Misto Restaurant is very fresh and delicious. It’s within walking distance to Ayala Mall and Landmark Department Store, which is very convenient. The non-smoking rooms are much cleaner compared to ****** hotels, with better air quality, allowing for a more comfortable and restful sleep. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks. Pros * Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions. * Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks. * Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival. * Bed size is king as advertised. Cons * Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional. * No room service available. * Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient. * The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience. Recommendation Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the  attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.
