"Os quartos vem como toda a área do hotel apresentam-se limpos. Os quartos são espaçosos, com varanda, bem decorados e têm máquina de café.
A casa de banho do quarto foi renovada, está bonita e funcional e bem equipada com produtos de higiene.
O staff é, todo ele, simpático e prestável.
A minha esposa celebrava o aniversário no dia do check-in e foi presenteada com um cesto de frutas, bolo e até uma vela - obrigado!"

"Apreciamos sobretudo a comodidade do quarto, em especial no que diz respeito à dimensão e isolamento acústico. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro excelente, mas o arrumo de roupas é exíguo e parcialmente à vista. Está bem localizado e com espaço exterior agradável e desafogado. Pequeno almoço relativamente completo e de boa qualidade. Por fim, ressalta a simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis."

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas.
La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

A truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

We had a great stay at this hotel during our three-day family vacation in Ponta Delgada! From the warm welcome to the comfort of the facilities, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, providing us with an excellent rest after days exploring the Azores.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with options for all tastes. The location of the hotel was also a big positive point, allowing us easy access to the city's main attractions.
Furthermore, the friendliness and availability of the staff made all the difference in our experience. Without a doubt, a hotel that we recommend and would love to return to!

We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. All staff on reception that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. There was a fridge but my one down point for amenities was that there was no kettle. A coffee maker but no kettle! No everyone drinks coffee but this seems to be a normal thing nowadays. I know you can boil the water but not use a coffee capsule, but the water still tastes of coffee. It was noisy at night but the hotel is right in the centre. Great location for the harbour. Would stay again if we ever visit The Azores again!

JAVIER OBESSOThe hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Guest UserWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located with a great view over the harbour and sea. I guess the low overflying planes might be a problem, but I wear earplugs when away anyhow! Quite dramatic and not an issue for me.
Reception staff were very helpful, as were the restaurant staf esp. Bim and his colleague - I really felt welcomed, though first night it was chaotic with two many people (coaces?) trying to get fed in a relatively small dining room.
The buffet style I liked, less choice for me was good!
I especially liked the soups and fish.
Overall. I would recommend.

IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA
