Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco....
Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi.

Hotel que assinala alguma idade e desgaste. Insonorização dos quartos fraca, permitindo ouvir ruídos de quartos contíguos.
Reservamos 2 quartos para a familia, não havendo o cuidado de os colocar, pelo menos, no mesmo piso.
Autoclismo a pingar toda a noite. Depois de reclamado, os técnicos tentaram resolver e na segunda noite, acabou por partir todo o mecanismo, tendo ficado sem água na sanita.
No check out é que propuseram a mudança de quarto. Tarde de mais.
Boas condições de piscina interior, sauna e banho turco.

Clean hotel, budget breakfast. Old pool (not very clean) and no access to the gym. Far from the city and no transfer.
No restaurant, only a bar with regular food like burgers and pizza (not very good).

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля.
На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака.
Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер.
Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы.
Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем.
При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Отличный отель с великолепными кроватями и постельным бельём. Бассейн морально устарел , и в нем очевидно не хватает хотя бы сауны , а лучше и хамама тоже. Завтрак хороший.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

GGuest UserWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

JJAVIER OBESSOThe hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

I would like to make a special emphasis on the reception at the day we arrived: you were very kind, you asked us to present the hotel with all details and you left us right away. This care in the care made the whole difference and made the experience even more pleasant.

这这里悄悄放个阵It is within walking distance to the central area. The room has a balcony and the bedding is clean. The style is relatively old and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the snoring of the neighbors next door. I did not use the parking lot and swimming pool, so I will not comment.

IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

IitravelrussiaDid not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry
