The room was booked in the Continent, but when the settlement was placed in the continent 2 (is across the road), respectively the view on the lake was not, from the window view on the wall two meters from the window!
The room is normal, purely enough, but the adventure began at night - at three o'clock in the night behind the window the generator was turned on and all night until the morning there was vibration and noise as from drill.
If you have the option, choose another hotel

Хороший отель, качество обслуживания и обстановка вполне соответствуют своему классу. Минус - очень далеко от центра. Если хочется гулять по городу или планируешь деловые встречи, нужно закладывать время на переезды. Второй минус - завтраки. В Грозном Сити - за ту же цену завтраки гораздо вкуснее и разнообразнее.

A brand new hotel, run by the whole family, each one of them was so helpful. Only drawback, it is a bit out of central area. It does not exist on Google maps, and taxi drivers had hard time finding it. Satnav (Google driving directions do not work most of the time! ).
Breakfast buffet was great. Next door there was an excellent Uzbek restaurant!
Unfortunately Website is only in Russian. Most of Chechens don’t speak English, so have a translation app that works offline on your mobile phone.
We actually stayed four nights (moved from Grozny Central hotel to Hayat, because the former had malfunctioning elevator)

Проживали в отеле 2 суток. Номера новые, чистые, стильные. Сразу хочу предостеречь, что кровати только односпальные, поэтому, для кого критично спать на двухспальной кровати, будьте внимательны.
В ванной комнате 3 полотенца на 1 человека, зубные наборы, гигиенические наборы, тапочки. Халатов нет.
Завтраки проходят в столовой на первом этаже. Еда разнообразная и даже с утра можно найти полноценные блюда (рис, картофель, курятина, фрикадельки и др)
У нас был последний номер на этаже, поэтому у нас все было тихо и никто не мешал.
Расположение очень удобное, до прогулочной улицы Эсамбаева пешком 7 минут.
Однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

"Zama Hotel" is located in central part of Grozny city, 7 km away from the airport, and 8 km away from the railway station. Located in walking distance are the major attractions of the city - "Heart of Chechnya" Mosque, Nuradilov Drama Theatre, Lermontov Drama Theatre, National Museum of Chechnya Republic, Grozny City Shopping and Entertainment Mall.
The hotel offers rooms of Standard, Comfort, Suite and Apartment categories. The Standard room includes - comfortable bed, air-conditioning, TV with cable channels, house phone, fridge, bathroom with shower and toiletry accessories. Rooms of superior categories offer additional conveniences.
Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant, offering fixed meals, and European and Caucasian courses a la carte as well. The venue suits well for hosting banquettes and festivities. Also available on site, the cafe bar serves a wide selection of light appetizers, desserts, beverages and alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee.
Guests can relax after a tiresome trip or sightseeing at the hotel's sauna with cool swimming pool, or enjoy Russian billiards while socializing with friends and colleagues.
