GGuest UserThe hotel location is at the city center, close to attractions, food and shopping. The staffs speak limited english which led to some communication difficulties. The hotel offered only 1 mineral water and 1 coffee sachet for free while there were 2 of us. Overall, it was a pleasent stay but the hotel could have provided better services.

II live to travelLocation is the only thing that’s great. Central and walkable to main landmarks. The toilet at the lobby was really dirty. Room was nice and comfortable BUT no kettle & coffee provided (unlike other Ibis i’ve been to in other countries). Surprisingly , NO bidet in the bathroom This was disappointing since it’s Algeria. All the other hotels i stayed at in Oran and Algiers had bidet. Staff at the reception were not warm at all, except for one guy who was always smiling and helpful.
