Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Tirana, Albania

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Tirana, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the staff was truly outstanding and made my stay incredibly enjoyable. First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredible friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Andriane, from the restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was perfect, always greeting guests with a warm smile and attentive service. The women at the reception desk were equally impressive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs, making the check-in and check-out process seamless and pleasant. The gentlemen at the rooftop bar deserve a special mention as well. Their courteous demeanor and excellent service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evenings spent there. The food at Mercure Hotel is another standout feature. Every dish was delicious, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary experience was consistently top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, particularly the swimming pool, were fantastic. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Tirana. Overall, my stay at Mercure Hotel was marked by exceptional service, delicious food, and excellent facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana and looking for a place that truly understands the importance of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. A very good hotel, centric and with modern rooms and bathroom for a reasonable price. At a 15 minute (at the most) walking distance of the main landmarks and nightlife area of Tirana. The staff is very nice, it has confortable beds and a safebox.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

Struttura ottima, sita in zona molto strategica e smart. Si dorme molto bene, forse le stanze potrebbero avere un mobiletto o un tavolino in piu, ma la scelta soft non è male. Bagno molto tecnologico e bello, molto ben apprezzata anche la larga doccia, finalmente un posto dove puoi regolare l'aria condizionata per davvero e in maniera ergonomica ed efficace. Personale molto disponibile, forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: si tiene sul tetto e a livello scenografico è accattivante, peccato non sia ricca e quel caffè ad un euro di sovrapprezzo stona parecchio Ottimo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel, considerando che ci sono multe continue all'esterno

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, tetapi kemudahannya lama, bilik 24 meter persegi benar-benar sempit, sarapan pagi tidak layan diri, sikap layanan tidak disebutkan, sangat bagus, tetapi harga lebih dari seribu benar-benar terlalu buruk, persekitaran dan kemudahan hotel ekspres domestik adalah harga hotel yang terbaik

幫朋友訂的，酒店環境衞生都很好，前台接待員也很人性化，給辦理了提前入住!另外還有攜程客服一開始我訂的青旅，結果因為航班延遲青旅沒人接待，攜程酒店管家又幫忙免費取消 重新預訂希爾頓花園酒店，全程貼心服務，十來年一直信任攜程的服務，一直都是最棒的

Da un lato Consiglio questo hotel poiché si trova a circa 800 MT dalla piazza centrale della città , e da diverse attrazioni da vedere . Lo consiglio anche perché si riposa bene senza rumori che vengono da fuori , ma purtroppo ho riscontrato anche diversi aspetti negativi . La camera era sufficiente per quello che dovevo fare , ma il bagno non mi è piaciuto per nulla . Doccia pessima , arrugginita e con la tendina . Lavandino arrugginito . Colazione decisamente scarsa con solo il latte Sterilgarda , qualche brioche vuota e con solo la marmellata di pesca. Caffè in un contenitore a caldo . La macchinetta non c’era … Il personale però è stato gentile poiché mi hanno fatto stampare il biglietto del volo di ritorno nella hall , e mi hanno chiamato il taxi per il giorno successivo . Parlano anche benino l’italiano . Un giorno non mi hanno rifatto la camera però.. . In conclusione ? Vi consiglio un altro hotel

This was an amazing hotel, was so clean, the staff was so helpful and professional all the time. Only had breakfast and it was really good lots off to choose from… the hotel is about 15mins from the main square and from there you can get to everything, I will go back to this hotel

The rooms are so clean and spacious , beds are so comfy . It’s been lovely and the staff are very helpful . I can only recommend this hotel for you . And it’s really affordable for what you get . Thanks TROCI for my lovely stay . Check in was easy and simple

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Gracias.

Hotel molto elegante nella zona centrale e della movida di Tirana.colazione a buffet eccellente sia di caldo che freddo.la spa e la piscina riscaldata comprende anche al sauna e La vaca idromassaggio iacuzzi. tutto compreso nel. prezzo della camera senza nessuna limitazione di tempo.le camere spaziose con tutti i confort. Vi ritornerò con piacere al prossimo viaggio in albania

The staff were all very good, so no complaints at all with them. The hotel is covered in scaffolding, so you don't get a great view, and lots of building work is going on, but it didn't affect us, apart from the scaffolding. The hotel provides a kettle in your room, but not coffee and milk. Never mind, we had booked a gold room we thought, so entrance to the club lounge, for coffee, tea and soft drinks. unfortunately this week it wasn't available, use for private party. The fridge in the room actually made things in it warmer....? Breakfast on our first morning was nearly empty, with 2 hours left, I asked a the egg chef if they had any croissants/pastries, and he disappeared never to return, a waiter went to find out and came back with the answer, nothing was being restocked. The gym was excellent, but it's also for use for non residents, as is the superb outside pool, but at the weekend all sunbeds were took (by the outside guests I'm sure) And as we were in the pool on Monday, the girl came out and said it was closing for a private party, we mentioned we were guests that had booked the hotel and the pool was a big reason for that, she shrugged and said it was a late decision? Excellent national park behind the hotel with bars and restaurants and other attractions, and very safe to walk around. I will definitely return to Tirana, but not to this hotel (Photos of breakfast provided)

The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in was quick. We were welcomed by Mary, Resarta and Raul, fantastic and kind guys who immediately gave us a warm welcome 🥰. They explained to us all the services and meal times. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower foam, body cream, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a manicure set. There are 2 restaurants, one buffet and the other à la carte. In the buffet restaurant, you will find chef Atilla with his staff who will delight your palate. The chef is a very kind person, he welcomes all customers with a smile. The dishes are delicious and the restaurant is full of all kinds of food! Every day you will find fresh salad, variety of meat and fish, local cheeses, sweets and fruit. And then the chef creates works of art in the watermelon. He cut the watermelon peel and made one with my face. What a kind thought. Thanks again chef 🙏🤲🏻🥰 The resort has a SPA too where you can relax. Im Preis des Aufenthalts besteht das Schwimmbad, der Sauna und das türkisches Bad. Other services as massages are obviously paid. In the à la carte restaurant you can eat well and you don't spend much but the right price. The pasta is well cooked (and I'm Italian) and the pizza can be improved. The service is good, but here too you can improve and get better !!! Here, I had the pleasure of meeting the director Aminka, a woman! Between women we understand each other immediately! We talked a lot and she was very interested in my opinion. Listening to a customer always leads to great solutions. Thanks again to everyone, we will definitely be back. 🌹🌹🌹

beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
