I had a fantastic stay at Centro Corniche Khobar! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. The bathroom is average, there are flies in the room, and the most unacceptable thing is that they drilled the wall for renovation from 11pm to 2am for two consecutive nights, and they also argued that the work did not take place in the hotel. Apart from this, the room environment is good

The rooms were consistently clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The hotel enjoys an excellent location with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was warm and friendly. I stayed for several consecutive days and found the overall experience to be excellent.

The hotel room is very large, with a living room, the environment is quiet, and the customer service staff are also very nice and enthusiastic. They helped us solve many problems. This is the most satisfactory hotel I have booked on Ctrip so far, no doubt about it.

Everything is very good, there are places to eat and banks nearby, but the shopping mall seems to be far away. The disadvantage of the threat is that the network signal is really poor, so bad that voice communication cannot be normal. This really needs to be improved!

Even though I arrived before check in time, they let me check in without questions.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

A nice and beautiful experience. It wasn't my first. But they were very late in getting me in and they didn't compensate me or take into account the notes I mentioned to them.

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

The room is quite small, the soundproofing is quite poor, the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow, but the facilities in the hotel are good.
