It was great. But early in the morning there were a lot of young people laughing and shouting. I had broken sleep.

Breakfast was disappointing- there were no breakfast potatoes, no yogurt, and only instant oatmeal. Room was small, but clean and had a lot of clever places to store things. Convenient location. No pool, but good for staying overnight only.

The staff was so kind and seemed like they loved what they do!! Very clean and rooms smelled great!! Area kinda sketchy tho(no fault of Marriott).. Nice lounge and sitting area you can watch TV on the ground floor..

It’s a nice hotel to stay with near the school. Clean and neat with all necessities available. It is always my first choice !

早餐比較簡單一點，淋浴花洒水小，不夠熱，太累了，等好久沒有熱水，就睡了，第二天早上折騰了近兩個小時，水可以洗澡了。酒店很Nice,贈送了早餐券作為淋浴不悅的補償。大概是在裝修的原因，上次入住游泳池就在裝修。

I have stayed at a hotel for 5 days, the bed is comfortable, the facility quite well which free drinking water dispenser was enjoyable, people all nice to me. If I find fault with on purpose, which was the coffee maker disappointed me very much, hope them will refreshed the beans. By the way, I have 2 deposited each 50 dollars, but it seems not refunded back.

The room was probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in if not the cleanest. It even smelled clean as soon as we opened the door! Absolutely immaculate! The sink in the kitchenette was gleaming. No stains on the carpet or on couch upholstery. Clean, intact grout in tub and bath area. Spotless sink with handy cubby storage area. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were awesome. Quiet A/C. The room was well laid out and there was a sofa/trundle that could sleep two children. There was plenty of parking as well. The breakfast was not so great. The eggs were cold and didn't seem fully cooked. and the sausage in the sausage biscuit sandwiches made the biscuits soggy. The waffles, cereal, muffins , bread choices were fine. The coffee was a 10 and the ladies who kept it all clean were very nice. Booked through a 3rd party web site for half of what other family members paid. I would definitely stay here again.

首先是酒店的地理位置很好，門口的主幹道前後幾個街區都有不少吃飯的餐廳選擇，步行到大學的各個地方逛一逛也很近。其次是酒店大堂雖然不大，但設定了很多舒適的沙發，佈置得挺温馨的，我去的時候正好是模聯比賽期間，各國選手都在那裡熱烈的討論，大廳裏還貼心的有一台電腦，我看到經常有人在使用，確實有時是很需要的。房間雖然不算大，但也並不侷促，定了一間大床房，床挺舒適的，不知道我沒有感覺需要倒時差是床的功勞嗎😏房間裏有一張長條書桌，正好方便我每天晚上處理一些工作的事情，沙發邊有一個暖氣櫃，其貌不揚，但是很實用，在這個下雪的日子裏，需要洗的小件物品我會擰乾後放在上面烘一下，第二天就幹了，換衣服前烘一下，穿上去還暖暖的😄算不算被我解鎖了新的功能。服務也剛剛好，不會打擾我，不會過分熱情，但是有需要的時候，都能及時給予幫助，每天也定時打掃房間、換毛巾等（之前看到有些評論説國外酒店入住後不是每天提供這些服務的）

Great stay at the hotel, across the road from the aquarium and a little village. Highly recommend visiting a bakery called sift downtown.

I stay for three nights over the past week. This is a older high rise hotel in a great location relative to downtown and to Yale. I would have given a 3.5 star rating if I could have. Everything was passable - not great. The front desk staff (with the exception of the late night staff) did not seem proud of there hotel or happy to greet you as a guest. At no point did they seem to go beyond the minimum level or interaction or service. The water pitcher in the lobby is filled a couple of times a day but seems to sit empty for hours with the fruit in the bottom - in plain view of the front desk. Another example - on checkout after after 2 nights, the attendant asked me “how was my stay?” I said “uh, fair.’ No further comment reply or question from the attendant. Made it seem like they didnt care very much. The rooms were clean and nice. Linens very good. About what you should expect from a large chain hotel. The building itself is beautiful and worth a little time exploring. Dont miss the staircase to the second floor. The best art was the 19th floor lounge. The view and service was wonderful there - old school service and vibe. I tip my cap to the bartenders there. Especiallly the gentleman who worked the late shift on 2/17/23 - Best part of the stay.

The Hotel Marcel was quite Modern and very aesthetically pleasing! Upon arrival, I could tell this hotel was full of charm and personality. I especially enjoyed my stay in a corner suite with a King bed. The bathroom was very luxurious and I felt as though it was something out of a magazine. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and affordable. If I had one gripe it would be that the interior of the room was very dim in lighting even when the lights were fully on (touch censored lighting was available). I wish more light was able to be in the room.

酒店位於紐黑文市中心，整個酒店的佈置充滿迷人的耶魯元素，一共5層，一層大堂宛如博物館，非常吸引眼球，其餘四層是住宿房間。房間面積不算大，適合兩人，床很舒適，衞生間空間不小。房間隔音不錯，很安靜。酒店服務人員很熱情。酒店周圍不少餐館雜貨店，到幾家當地的中餐館步行即可到達，生活十分方便。交通也很便利，來回紐約各大機場的巴士可以通過網上預約直接停泊在酒店門口。酒店在當地比較出名，旺季需要提前預訂。

Great location , nice facilities. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast but if they can add more salad or fruits corner would be great for everyone.

I stayed here for 11 days . Brian the manager went out of his way to make me comfortable including getting a de humidifer for my room as my allergies got bad . the place was immaculate always mopping and cleaning the lobby The maintence man mike was always doing something not just waiting for work (even picked up papers in parking area ) breakfast was awesome huge selection including healthy items gluten free and even had pancake machine all the staff were so friendly and helpful i would not hesitate to stay there again especially if brian kathy medina and mike were there

While out for the evening or during breakfast in the lobby, $1500 cash was taken from my luggage, buried in a pocket, in our room. The manager blames me for not using the hotel safe and failed to provide promised proof of reporting the loss to their insurance company. Of course they don’t believe me but I don’t have time to file such claims. During check-in, two large conventions were also checking in, and the lobby noise was so loud it was nearly impossible to communicate with the desk agent. The breakfast was only for convenience and mediocre at best. And they were slow to refill. I’m surrendering my silver status award points and will look for accommodations elsewhere from now on as I don’t feel safe at this hotel and don’t trust Hilton in general. Their “investigation” came up empty. A case filed with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection was unsuccessful because of course the big guy denies and wins. Would give them no stars if I could.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. It’s very straightforward when booking a reservation. The rooms are update. Everything works and it’s a simple room design with an empowering quote, “Dream Big.” The bathrooms are fully equipped with bottled shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I never have a negative experience when I visit. I will be staying here again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised with the updated Hotel Hi-Ho. The contactless check in was pretty straightforward. The liquor store and restaurant on site were very convenient. The room was comfortable and the new bathroom was lovely. The ice machine in the common room was broken and/or out of ice.

Last minute booking and the front desk service was amazing and will come back again!

Watershed is my first choice location in Norwalk. Aside from proximity to the train, it is a great facility and usually at a great price.

Me and my wife did an overnight at the Circle Hotel Fairfield while attending a local event. The service people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, and there was someone staffing it overnight. They were also training new staff while we were there, but there was always someone experienced there to ensure good service. We had a dual-queen sized room as it was what fit our budget with the Trip.com discounts. We stayed in building 2 which is a very short walk from the main building. The room was spacious, basic but nicely enough decorated, and nicely clean-enough, though the toilet seat had been through some things and maintenance should have replaced it, but it wasn't broken. I let the front desk know and they said they'd have it addressed. The room had basic amenities (2 free bottles of water was nice), coffee maker, Ironing board iiron, soap, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, tissue box, etc. A closet with a few hangers It could have used more hangers and it would have been nice to have a suitcase stand. No dresser/drawers, and no phone. There was a serviceable mini-fridge. We didn't use the TV so I can't comment on it. There wasn't a book with local businesses listed or deals for them, etc. The front desk area has a little shop you can buy overpriced neccesities and drinks. There's a pool out back that looks nice. There's also a nice lounge area inside and chairs/tables to relax outside out back. There was a decent breakfast layout, but it's mostly a variety of bread stuffs/carbs - not diabetic or keto friendly. They did have hard boiled eggs, fruit, and hot cereal packets so there are meager non-carb options. There was also cereals, sugar-sweetend yogurts, and a variety of drinks including coffee and juices. The make-it-yourself waffles were a nice touch. I would have liked bacon or sausage, but overall for the room rate it was a nice breakfast layout. We'd ordered food at night from Seamless and got a delivery to our room door with no problem. Note: Restaurants close early in the area, but there's a nearby 24hr McDonalds that's drive-through and order-only after 10pm. There's also a decent diner open right next to the hotel during the day. And shopping center across the road. If you don't feel like driving, the local main street bus stops right in front of the hotel on either side of the street going in both directions. Great if you're checking out the local brewery, which also has good food and was an A+ experience. Just make sure you have quarters for the bus. $1.75 per person gives you a 2-hour ”unlimited” pass to use the local busses in either direction. Overall, we liked our stay and would stay again in the future if the price is right. Compared to our experiences with similar hotels, under $140 was just right for our room as they had minimal business and it was nicely quiet. If they were busier, I'd expect $100 to $120 deal, and very busy, maybe less.. If I can think of anything else I'll update my review. I hope it helps!

Unfortunately even after double checking the pool was open it was closed when we arrived for a broken pump or something. Very quiet hotel with great staff right on the Berlin turnpike.

為了趕早班飛機，選擇住到了機場旁邊的酒店。本以為飛機噪音會很大，但沒想到卻十分安靜。房間很大，很乾凈，關鍵是離機場太近了，確切地説，位於機場內部，走路不用1分鐘就到了客運大樓。太方便了。

Traditional ' Old-Style Hotel' that needs updating. Stayed here for 4 days in October. The good news: The location is great for either Farmington or the Greater Hartford area since it's close to I-84 but not too close. Hotel has traditional look and furnishings, although the furnishings are worn and need refurbishing or replacement. The room was clean though. Bed was very comfortable. The rate was low, compared to others, but there are shortcomings: There's no elevator!!! I stayed on the second floor. I usually travel with just a carry-on bag and a laptop, but this time had extra luggage for an event I was going to. It was busy at the time, I didn't see any sign of bell service nor luggage racks (which wouldn't help me up the stairs) so I had to haul it. They should disclose this. The rate: As you check in you find out there's an additional fee of $ 10.00 per day they didn't disclose. Not a lot of money, it just feels slimy. The internet service is free but slow. The sink doesn't have a stopper in it. Breakfast is better than adequate, and they have a couple of items that are gluten free for those of us with that problem. Would I stay there again? Maybe. Depends on other hotels in the area's rates, length of stay; am I able to make due with my cell phone's hotspot which outperformed the free wi-fi service.

The Hampton Inn in Farmington is lovely. It is clean, the staff is friendly, we felt safe during our stay, well lit parking, various breakfast options, although I would have liked to see non dairy milks for coffee/tea/cereal. Kudos to Jay at the front desk, he's professional, friendly and courteous. Thank you for a safe stay.

This is a beautiful and clean hotel! E we’re actually disappointed that we didn’t get to spend more time in the room!

I have styed here multiple times (10+) over the last 18 months or so spending thousands of dollars in the process. Im in a good position to offer a review. Good - Like 95% of HIEX's...Location. Right off 91. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lady who tends to work mornings on front desk/breakfast is always super friendly. Staff in general pretty friendly, cleanliness decent. Never had a problem with WI-FI, its always been pretty good and reliable. Bad - Like 95% of HIEX's...Walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. Breakfast typical of this chain, nothing to write home about. Tiny breakfast room. Only one elevator and its mostly taken up by housekeeping staff 8am-1pm. STRONG smell of **** in corridors. Exit doors always wedged open (not great for security). Ugly - Ive witnessed at least 3 occasions where cars have been broken into in the parking lot. On my most recent visit, 10 (yes, TEN!) cars had their windows smashed. Now this isnt the hotels fault per se, blame that on the local scumbags, but the parking lot is dimly lit and has no CCTV. Maybe time to install some better lighting and cameras? This was my go-to hotel for my work in the Hartford area but after seeing all the car windows smashed up i was a) glad my car was spared, b) sorry for all those folks who had their day ruined and c) looking at other hotels elsewhere from now on. Shame

The location of the hotel was perfect for me since the place I was attending was down the block from the hotel. Service and cleanliness was also perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay to park in their parking garage even though you was staying at their hotel. It was the first time that I had to do that.
