I loved this place, and boutique describes it well. From the moment I set foot in the front door I felt right at home with the friendly welcome. Staff could not do enough to help, and their smiles brightened the day of this weary traveller. This extended to the crew staffing the restaurant and bar on the fourth floor where I enjoyed a few very well priced cocktails while soaking up the city views. My room was comfortable and clean and the bed was dreamy. And talk about location!!! A moments walk from gardens and walking street shopping with a charming little bar next door. The biggest problem I had was deciding what to eat for breakfast which the ample options on offer. I highly recommend

Guest Feedback & Appreciation Hotel: Bellagio Staff Member Recognized: Mr. Gary I have stayed at Bellagio on numerous occasions, both personally and while hosting business partners. Overall, the hotel’s facilities are good and suitable for business travelers. However, I have consistently felt that the service quality does not always match the standard of the facilities. From my observation, many members of the service team are very young, with some being university students or interns. While they are polite, enthusiastic, and willing to help, they understandably lack practical experience. As a result, there have been occasions where commitments made by one staff member were not followed through, requests were delayed, or guests received little or no update on the progress. For example, some service requests took more than 30 minutes before any response or feedback was provided. During my most recent stay, however, I experienced a noticeable difference because of Mr. Gary. Unlike my previous stays, where feedback often ended without any follow-up, Mr. Gary responded promptly whenever an issue was raised. More importantly, he consistently followed up until the matter was resolved. Whenever an immediate solution was not available, he quickly proposed practical alternatives to ensure that my needs were met. His sense of ownership and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly evident. One example was when I was using the hotel’s meeting room. The meeting room display only supported HDMI, while most modern laptops now use Type-C connections. The hotel did not have a Type-C-to-HDMI adapter available. Upon noticing this, Mr. Gary immediately arranged for the use of a hotel computer as an alternative, allowing my meeting to continue without interruption. This was a thoughtful and effective solution that demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving ability. There was also an occasion when I requested a clothes rack for my room. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, it still had not been delivered. Once I informed Mr. Gary, he immediately investigated the matter, ensured the request was fulfilled, and sincerely apologized for the delay. On another occasion, I requested express laundry collection. Unfortunately, the garments were not collected until the following day. After I informed Mr. Gary, he immediately arranged for the issue to be handled. As the delay resulted from the hotel’s oversight, the express service charge was waived. I appreciated both the prompt recovery and the willingness to take responsibility for the mistake. I would also like to offer a suggestion regarding the hotel’s laundry service. I believe there is still room for improvement in handling premium garments. Many high-end clothing brands use removable care labels for comfort, meaning the garments no longer have washing instructions attached. At several other international hotels, the laundry teams are experienced enough to identify the appropriate cleaning method based on the fabric and garment construction, supported by more advanced laundry equipment and processes. At Bellagio, however, the laundry team appeared less confident in handling such items. I hope the hotel will continue investing in staff training and equipment upgrades to further improve this service. Overall, Bellagio offers very good facilities and provides a comfortable environment for both business and leisure travelers. While there are still opportunities to strengthen service consistency across the team, I would like to specifically recognize Mr. Gary for his professionalism, responsiveness, initiative, and strong sense of ownership. His proactive attitude, effective communication, and genuine commitment to solving guests’ problems significantly improved my experience during this stay. Employees like Mr. Gary truly represent the level of hospitality that guests remember, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes and encourages more team members to demonstrate the

Oh, this was a different story. I didn’t believe that I would find a hotel with this luxury with the this price. I was shocked when I arrived. It was very, very classical and clean and fancy and luxurious. I loved it. I know it’s a little bit far from the downtown Shanghai but if you have a car, no problem.

Lokasi: Betul-betul di sebelah stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar, dan ia sangat bagus kerana ia sangat dekat dengan restoran Mara Longxia!! Ia adalah kira-kira 1km berjalan kaki dari Dataran Rakyat/Jalan Nanjing Timur, dan ia mudah untuk pergi dengan teksi atau kereta api bawah tanah. Kemudahan/Kebersihan: Sangat berpuas hati… . Perkhidmatan: Semua perkhidmatan adalah memuaskan. Ini adalah hotel yang paling saya berpuas hati sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Shanghai. Keburukan tidak wujud. Terima kasih kerana memberi saya kenangan indah!

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan Hotel Yangtze sepanjang perjalanan ini, kedua-dua persekitaran dan perkhidmatannya hebat. Menginap dalam dua jenis bilik. Saya bimbang tentang bilik biasa pada mulanya, tetapi ia lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan. Biliknya besar dan bilik air juga besar dan berfungsi sepenuhnya. Sarapan pagi kaya dan lazat. Bangunan lama mempunyai suasana sekolah lama Angin bertiup dari balkoni dan sungguh menyegarkan melihat dua orang pergi ke sana! Terima kasih untuk kemudahan sokongan di sekeliling: Kereta Api Bawah Tanah, Jalan Nanjing, KFC, bar, makanan Jepun, tangan foie gras, minuman Kantonis yang lazat, yang akan membuatkan anda ingin pergi lagi!

The hotel was the perfect finish to our three-week China holiday. With a huge outdoor pool and a large indoor pool, it was ideal for spending the last two days relaxing with the kids. On weekends there's a great Chinese buffet where Europeans will also find plenty of tasty options. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a room with a huge bed plus an extra bed, and one of the kids slept in our bed with us — that worked well too. The only small downside: the pool could easily have held another half metre of water.

Not sure where to start! Banyan tree has surpassed every expectation. From the second you step out of your vehicle, they accommodate you inside taking care of all your luggage and offering complimentary tea. The service at the reception was the best we have experienced and we have travelled to a lot of counties. Deslin at reception was the superstar of our experience, she made our transition as smooth as can be, she’s a really good representation of China’s top tier services. Thanks Banyan Hotel, thanks Deslin! Ps: Don’t make the mistake on missing out on the buffet breakfast. Really quality food and unlimited options.

We had an excellent time during our stay in Regent Shanghai Pudong. The rooms were excellent with a great view of Pudong and the surrounding buildings. Staff members were great. The hotel has great transport links. It is a 10-15 minute walk away from a subway station and a metro station which takes you straight to Nanjing Road and the People’s Park and People’s Square. There is also the Liujiazui mall which is also another 10-15 minute walk awak. I would definitely consider coming here again in the future. On an added note, we also had complimentary laundry of up to 3 pieces of clothing per day.

Di bawah jenama Intercontinental, bilik suite adalah sangat luas Walaupun hiasannya biasa-biasa saja, ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan. Adalah lebih baik jika terdapat kain teduh di sekatan kaca di antara bilik tidur dan ruang tamu Lelaki dan gadis kacak di meja depan sangat bagus Kami melancong sebagai keluarga yang terdiri daripada tiga orang dan mereka membantu kami katil tambahan secara percuma, serta minuman selamat datang dan makanan ringan Apa yang lebih mengejutkan ialah Terdapat juga persembahan oleh kumpulan yang dipanggil Uncle Shanghai, yang menganggap pingat gangsa itu adalah raja. Sungguh perjalanan yang berbaloi.

Tanggapan pertama tentang hotel ini ialah ia tenang dan elegan, tanpa hiasan yang terlalu mewah, tetapi dari lobi hingga ke bilik, anda boleh merasai suasana hotel yang agak matang. Sepanjang penginapan saya, saya berasa sangat tenang dan santai seperti bercuti. Susun atur bilik adalah munasabah dan mudah untuk kegunaan harian. Kebersihan, linen katil dan infrastruktur memenuhi jangkaan. Kakitangan mesra, dan proses daftar masuk, perkhidmatan bilik, dan daftar keluar berjalan lancar. Lokasi hotel, perkhidmatan, persekitaran, dan kemudahan seimbang, tanpa kelemahan yang jelas. Pada asalnya, ia hanya perjalanan biasa ke Shanghai, tetapi kerana penginapan ini, ia menjadi lebih selesa dan santai. Pengalaman keseluruhan lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan, dan jika saya datang ke Shanghai lagi pada masa hadapan, sama ada untuk perjalanan perniagaan atau percutian keluarga, saya pasti akan mempertimbangkan tempat ini lagi.
