Bom dia ! A minha estadia foi boa, conformea pontuaçãoacima. Muito atenciosa a recepcionista Samaria. A única observação a ser considerada é que na reserva pelo aplicativo, fiz a opção de parcelamento, foi cobrado o valor a maior com juros e cobraram o valor integral.

I rented by app Trip.com room for two people, when I arrived at the site I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the site (trip.com) I was given the option of two single beds or one couple beds. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to arch with a value of R$ 60,00 (real sixty) to make upgrade to the couple bed, up to there OK! The problem was the facilities of my bathroom, a motor noise, a noise interrupted, came and stopped, because of that I couldn't sleep quietly, and wake up all the time the noise appeared.

Quanto a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, não tem como fazer pedido do quarto. E ainda o tel do quarto não funciona. Preço das bebidas muito caras

Não me agradou o monitor como um aparelho de TV, muito ruim. Imagem distorcida, som ruim. Precisa de melhoria.
