I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

Nice luxury hotel. Reception and service are excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is also good and very customer friendly. Breakfast was good but may vary. I would surely come back.

The location is excellent, there is not much traffic jam in the city, and the breakfast is rich. The guests are quite satisfied with the accommodation this time. It would be even better if there is Chinese food. It is recommended to introduce a Chinese restaurant.

Staying at the Novotel was a fascinating experience in terms of the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the services provided by staff across the board, starting from the cleaners, technical staff, bar and restaurant staff and the reception personnel. They are all always ready to bend over backwards to satisfy hotel clients. They always do their work with a smile.

It was great experience in staying at Protea Hotel. The staff was so nice and professional. They know how to manage the hotel and customers (especially foreigners) unlike other Congolians.

I had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! According to the standards of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this is a good value for money, but it is still a bit disappointing. The room facilities are relatively outdated, and there is basically nothing, not even shower gel is provided. The breakfast has very few types, and I insist on filling my stomach.
