SS 1984The hotel is good as always, see my previous comments, but Ctrip's management is in chaos. When I renewed the hotel room at 12 am, I just booked one room and could not check out. When I booked another room, the room price increased from 2900 to 5800 in half an hour (12:30-1am). Five times when I paid, it was shown as unsuccessful. The room price was rising like a stock. I was ready to separate from my travel partners. I went to the front desk with a try-and-see attitude. Fortunately, the hotel handled it well. I only spent 300 US dollars to solve the problem of 5800 RMB renewal. Now it seems that Ctrip is killing old customers and suspected of price fraud! It has been the fourth day of the complaint. Ctrip insists that there is no problem with the technology and that they have not found the price increase. Isn't this lying with open eyes! ! ! The service of each operator is very nice, but it is not professional at all and does not solve the actual problem. I am really disappointed with Ctrip's customer service. After they angered me, the pullman I booked before can have a better individual price at the front desk. Ctrip's price and service are too bad! ! !

MMerveille BangangaI had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

JJINGThe first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

MMireille69Beautiful place to stay, the rooms are very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast with so many choices. The only problem is the noise coming from outside (the market or street) as the hotel is located in a very busy commercial area. Apart from that, can’t wait to go back. Thanks

AAfrica travelerOverall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

DDongdongAccording to the standards of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this is a good value for money, but it is still a bit disappointing. The room facilities are relatively outdated, and there is basically nothing, not even shower gel is provided. The breakfast has very few types, and I insist on filling my stomach.
