Pujian yang tinggi kepada Darren Tan yang saya berurusan dengan tempahan saya dan pemindahan lapangan terbang. Biliknya selesa dan bersih. Sarapan pagi perjalanan ini adalah yang terbaik daripada 3 lawatan saya. Lokasi baik juga berhampiran pasar raya dan kedai makan. Ini adalah hotel pilihan saya di Brunei."

"The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing."

"This is a little outdated but very well maintained and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast offers a lot of choices, especially deserts.The hotel is located in a very busy shopping area and it's difficult to find a parking spot because hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot except for several spots in front of the main entrance."

"Overall a good option for a budget stay in BWN, hotel offers complimentary airport pickup and drop which is a really good facility to have, as grab etc do not work in BWN ( you can download Dart through ) Hotel also offer a city bus tour ( excl Friday ) Location of the hotel is perfect for seeing the main sights ( highlife in pics ) and most things are walkable in that area , it’s literally around the corner from the Radisson and the Brunie hotel so if you want their location but on a budget then this is a good option Rooms are clean and serve their purpose but offer nothing beyond what s standard room would but that’s reflected in the price , I would stay again when in BWN"

"Good location for budget travelers, but cleanliness and facilities need improvement Location & Accessibility. The hostel is located near the Gadong Night Market in a relatively safe area. It takes about 15 minutes by car or bus to reach the city center, where you can find the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Kampong Ayer (water village), and museums. Public buses to the city center are available right from Gadong Night Market. Room & Cleanliness: I booked a bed in the female dormitory and was guided to another building about a 1-minute walk from the main Google Maps location, which was fine. However, I had concerns about the cleanliness. The bedsheets, although supposed to be fresh, had visible hair and dust on them. I was offered a different bed, but it had the same issue. Since I was exhausted from long-distance travel, I gave up and accepted it, but I felt uncomfortable watching the staff simply brush off the dirt by hand and assign the previous bed to another guest. Facilities & Wi-Fi: There is room for improvement regarding the bathroom and Wi-Fi. The shower rooms (separate from the toilets) are extremely small, with no hooks to hang towels or clothes. There is also a mild sewer smell from the toilet and shower area. The hostel uses a strong orange air freshener throughout the property, which felt a bit overpowering. While Wi-Fi is provided, the connection was extremely slow—perhaps because my room was at the far end of the hallway. Since eSIMs in Brunei are relatively expensive compared to other countries, the weak Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient. Overall: It has the absolute basics. If you are on a tight budget and just need a cheap place to sleep for 1 or 2 nights in price-heavy Brunei, this could be an option. However, expectations for cleanliness and comfort should be kept low."

"Hotel ini sepatutnya menjadi yang terbaik di Bandar Seri Begawan Lokasinya yang selesa untuk perjalanan Ia tidak jauh dari Dewan Peringatan Sultan, Masjid Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin dan kampung terapung. Bilik ini luas dan terang, dengan kemudahan asas. Variasi sarapan okay. Khususnya, terdapat pejabat penyewaan kereta AVIS di sini di mana anda boleh menyewa dan mengambil kereta di hotel (kerana saya berumur 72 tahun, beberapa laman web domestik utama tidak boleh menyewa kereta di Brunei, jadi tidak ada masalah untuk menyewa kereta. di sini). "Staying anywhere, my main priority is a good night's sleep and thus the facilities required to deliver it. Jubilee excelled in this respect. Firstly, the Aircon was really effective and, sensitively, it was turned on for my arrival, so I was pre-chilled. A hard core turbo setting lowered my core temperature quickly enough to enter the land of nod without being turned on for a hard core hypnagogic preamble. Just as well, since I was exhausted after an interminable queue on arrival at the airport. Again, the hotel scores location points here, being a stone's throw from the airport, so the driver didn't have to 'cane it' to get me to reception..And, the driver was patiently waiting for me in the early hours with a name placard large and clear enough to be seen by the plane's captain. ( After midnight, transfer is not free but is only 20 $ BND and it was easily arranged with good messaging comms). Secondly, the bed itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with a welcoming threesome of voluptuous... pillows. Whoever conceived that the linen and towels should be immaculate deserves a place in the annals of housekeeping history. This high hygiene trend continued throughout, but , to be as balanced as the BBC, the room being 'well-thumbed' since the hotel's halcyon award-winning era, was showing a few signs of gentle scuffing. Nevertheless, it didn't detract from an overwhelming sense of functional cleanliness. Thirdly, the shower could go through the entire bearable temperature range, relaxing throbbing muscle and eliminating stiffness before bedtime; despite there being a tub there was nothing to shove in the hole, but wants to steep in their own filth anyway and a shower is more sustainable. Basics: kettle, fridge, lighting, bottled water and beverages all supplied and fine - soap and shampoo too, but bring your toothbrush. The restaurant has a wonderful array of delicious food and different cuisines at super reasonable prices - delicious. Back to location: apparently it's perfect in this respect, but I had to spend the day working online - WiFi is good.Last, but not least, the staff are incredibly amenable, friendly, polite and helpful."

"I recently stayed at Parkview Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. Although the facilities are quite basic and the rooms could use some improvement or updating, everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient and appreciated. The 'sahur' buffet food was reasonable, with a decent variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you value cleanliness, quiet, spacious rooms, and excellent service."
