1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место.
2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова.
3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо!
Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем.
4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем.
5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!).
В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.

Очень хороший отель с удобным расположением. От центральных ворот идти метров 200-250. Жили на последнем этаже в номере-мансарде. Из окна открывался очень красивый вид. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Шумно не было. Вообще читала другие отзывы и готовилась к худшему, но отель оказался даже лучше. Сантехника новая, кровать удобная. Кресла и матрас не продавлены. Винтаж, очень приятная обстановка.

It’s within the Old Town itself so lugging the luggage was a little difficult. But the room made up for that. It has really quaint-looking and authentic old town kind of furnishing. Breakfast was really simple given that it’s winter and there’s not many customers.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

25年1月入住，可能因為是淡季，沒什麼人，也沒遇到被音樂轟的睡不着覺。鐘樓半點敲鐘，早上七點起床前沒注意，可能是睡太死了。不過房間隔音還是可以的，不仔細聽就把鐘聲忽略了。
重點表揚下早餐。不是傳統的自助，是點餐式。每位一份熱食一份甜點一份冷飲一份熱飲，量那是相當足，兩大一下吃得撐死。
要吐槽的是衞生間排風扇聲音很大，以及二樓看不到海。

Everything was very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Cleanliness was excellent. My wife and I chose it for our honeymoon holiday and if we come to Montenegro again, this will definitely be the place we will prefer. Also thank you very much for the welcome gifts.

因為入住前兩天定的，價格很貴，但是房間很大，而且在科托爾古城裡麪，晚上可以在古城裡麪隨心所欲地逛到很晚。前台服務很好👍

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

GGuest UserThe environment is excellent. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I especially like their ”Do Not Disturb” policy. Even if you don't hang a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, they won't knock on the door to ask if you want to clean. They won't start cleaning until you leave. I particularly like this. There are hidden options for breakfast. You can ask the waiter for eggs Benedict. They are not available on the table outside. The hotel has its own small pier, which is convenient for heading out to sea. Go to the Blue Grotto and go directly. Although the hotel reservation is a bit expensive, you have to spend money for the convenience. There is also a resident performance every night, and the atmosphere is very high. FFengtaimarcooBecause I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! If you book early, you will definitely choose an apartment not far outside the city.

1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

AAnna MarieLocated in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.

GGuest UserThe hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!
